With the couple Deng Yin and Shen Wugou combined, I had the intention of salvation through union back then; today, we can also carry out the unfinished business of that day. As for that Guyue of West Kunlun, she can serve as my Water-Moon Guanyin image."

Chili Laofo established a Buddha Kingdom in the Western Teachings, with a group of demons and ghosts playing the roles of Bodhisattvas and Venerables, while he himself is the Living Tathagata; it can be considered self-amusement. Yet his Daoist Practice is peerless in the world; even if Xu Zhangshou were to arrive in person, he would not dare say he could kill or subdue him.

Buddhism emphasizes Cause and Effect, and his branch of Demon-Buddha emphasizes it even more; Demon Seeds and Demon Fruits are nothing more than variations.

Chusanzi sat upright upon a golden lotus, his body like a mass of white vapor. He had already completed the refinement of form, forging his physical body and Primordial Spirit into one, returning form to the formless. He did not need to ascend to the Form Realm, but instead took a step directly to ascend to the Formless Realm. The Formless Realm is without form or appearance, leading the Dao everywhere; without the burden of a physical body, and without the need for the accumulation of Dharma Power, it is omnipresent, nearly the Dao itself. If needed, he could manifest thousands of Dharma bodies, appearing wherever there is a response.

Chusanzi said: "This trial of Deng Yin is the Calamity for you and me. As a master, I had long foreseen this day, but I did not expect an outsider to pop up. His realm is actually not necessarily that of a Heavenly Immortal like you or me, nor has he attained the perfection of a Golden Immortal proven by the realization of a trace of the Golden Nature Incorruptible; at most, he is at the Yang Spirit realm."

"But he carries strange treasures, faintly related to the Huang Tian Divine Way of the past. Now that the End of Dharma Era is approaching, it is just like the beginning, when the Huang Tian Divine Way descended to confer gods, delaying the destruction of the world. The End of Dharma Era descends, stirring up slaughter and initiating the Conferring of Gods."

"However, the world's Formation, Abiding, Decay, and Emptiness is a law; it repeats in cycles. Except for the eternal world, no one can jump out of this cycle. This world is already exhausted and difficult to recreate."

"This is merely the final struggle of a flickering light before it goes out. You and I are both materials for Immortals; there is no need to lower ourselves to his level. If he wants to save the world, let him go save it; it has nothing to do with us. It is just that this world is raising its price; originally, three thousand Merit and eight hundred completed practices were enough to ascend, but now it requires one hundred thousand Merit—it is truly being a rascal."

"Master, then my Shushan's great rise..."

"Leave it to future generations to find a way. You should go yourself and seal Deng Yin into West Kunlun for two hundred years; then your practice will be complete, and you can ascend in broad daylight."

"Shen Wugou's fate is afflicted by a killing calamity; reshape her Primordial Spirit and bring her into our Shushan sect."
