Chapter 507: Liuhe Chamber of Commerce! Free points!

Huh?

As soon as this was said, everyone was puzzled.

Su Yang sat in the main seat and arranged for Lin Yang to sit on the right.

Facing everyone's gaze, Su Yang leaned on the back of the chair and said indifferently: "I said long ago that the Liuhe Association needs to transform, and now is the time."

Zhao Xian asked: "If not called Gang Leader, then what should we call..."

Su Yang scanned their faces and said slowly: "President... from now on, the Liuhe Association is renamed the Liuhe Chamber of Commerce!"

"This..." Zhao Xian was stunned.

"Any objections?" Su Yang asked.

Zhao Xian waved his hands repeatedly, "That's not it, it's just a bit sudden."

Su Yang was not surprised by this. Zhao Xian had devoted the first half of his life to the Liuhe Association, and fighting and killing had become a habit. His Jianghu aura was extremely heavy, and it was not easy to change it in a short time.

"Transformation is the general trend. We are responsible for the reconstruction of Jinshan City. Carrying the name 'Liuhe Association' is somewhat inconvenient, and it is easy to encounter trouble when operating."

"Changing to a Chamber of Commerce is the most appropriate. Not only is it famous, but it is also more formal when purchasing and recruiting," Su Yang explained.

Feng Jingchu suddenly thought of something, "Does this count as... washing our hands of the business?"

Su Yang smiled, "Of course it counts. From now on, you are not allowed to collect protection fees in any name, and you are not allowed to bully the weak."

"The era of fighting and killing has passed. Within two months, I don't want to see any gangs in Jinshan City."

"This task is handed over to Minister Zhao, can it be done?"

Min... Minister?

Zhao Xian's eyelids jumped, and joy welled up in his heart.

As early as this morning, Su Yang mentioned the three words 'Minister Zhao' in front of the villagers.

At that time, he didn't take it seriously, just thinking that Su Yang had slipped his tongue.

However, hearing him mention it personally now, the big stone hanging in his heart landed slowly.

After the transformation, he didn't treat those who followed him unfairly, but entrusted them with important tasks!

Zhao Xian stood up abruptly, the chair was pushed far away, making a tooth-aching sound.

"Guarantee to complete the task!"

Su Yang picked at his ear and put on a painful mask. "At the beginning of the establishment of the Liuhe Chamber of Commerce, Zhao Xian will be the Minister of the Security Department, Feng Jingchu will be the Minister of the Procurement Department, Zeng Yunzhong will be the Minister of the Finance Department, and Shadow will be the Deputy Minister of the Security Department."

"Lin Yang will be the Vice President, and Yin Yun will be the Secretary to the President."

"The Security Department, as the name implies, is responsible for clearing out the small fry and eliminating evil. The task is handed to you. On weekdays, you must not only urge them to train but also arrange patrol work."

"Shadow, you are responsible for the main training work. Except for specific holidays and vacations, you must not be negligent."

"Yes!" The two responded in unison.

Su Yang looked at Feng Jingchu, "The task of the Procurement Department is particularly arduous. All materials for the reconstruction work will be handled by your department. The price must be negotiated."

"In addition, manage your subordinates well. You can take kickbacks, but you cannot be greedy."

"Understood." Feng Jingchu nodded.

"If you don't understand the procurement process, go directly to ask the people from the Floating Life Business Association. They will merge into the Liuhe Chamber of Commerce to assist your work," Su Yang added.

"I don't need to say much about the Finance Department, Minister Zeng is already familiar with it."

"Just compared to your main job, you also need to be responsible for the transportation, refining, and selling of Gold Mountain, and all funds obtained will be deposited into the Chamber of Commerce account."

"Your task is relatively heavy, do you need me to assign two people to help you?"

Zeng Yunzhong was like a cat stepped on its tail, waving his hands repeatedly: "I can handle this little thing alone, having one more person will only add chaos to me."

Seeing his appearance, Su Yang secretly laughed, just in time to meet Lin Yang's expectant gaze.

As if saying 'what about me, what about me'?

"The Comprehensive Management Department is responsible for all matters of the Chamber of Commerce, such as logistics support, meeting management, etc. The days ahead will be very busy, I hope Minister Lin can be mentally prepared," Su Yang said with a smile.

"Rest assured, guarantee to complete the task." Lin Yang patted his chest.

The Chamber of Commerce basically has these departments that can be used in the early stage, and subsequent expansion will be discussed after getting on the right track.

"By the way, during the reconstruction process, the Security Department must do a good job of supervision and patrol. It will not be peaceful during this time," Su Yang warned seriously.

After wars and disasters, some clowns will be unable to resist running out to commit crimes.

They take advantage of the lack of supervision to steal and rob everywhere.

This kind of thing is especially easy to appear when supervision is not in place.

But if people who pick up guns and go to the battlefield come out to deter, it can not only play a deterrent role but also stabilize public sentiment.

You know, copper wires, steel bars, and cement for building houses are all circulating goods that are easy to resell.

Although the Liuhe Chamber of Commerce is not short of money now, it is not wealthy enough to give money away at will.

"I will arrange for several shifts of people to be on duty day and night, but if there is any disturbance, I, Zhao, will offer my head!" Zhao Xian said loudly.

"Why are you roaring so loudly? My ears are about to be deafened by you," Feng Jingchu rolled her eyes with disgust.

Zhao Xian smiled, "Isn't this excitement?"

"How much money do we have on the books now?" Su Yang asked.

"Sold a batch of gold yesterday, now there are eight or nine hundred million," Zeng Yunzhong said as such.

"Discuss with Minister Zeng how much funds are needed for procurement. You arrange for people to negotiate tonight. We will pay in cash directly. Get as much goods as you can, and ensure that work can start early tomorrow morning," Su Yang said sternly.

"So rushed?" Feng Jingchu was surprised.

"The matter is of great importance, no delay," Su Yang said seriously: "Recruitment work is the responsibility of Minister Lin. Both skilled and unskilled workers are paid twice the market salary."

"Procurement of machinery and tools should be done nearby. If workers buy them themselves, let them prepare receipts for reimbursement."

Speaking of this, Su Yang paused, and then continued: "When you should delegate power, delegate power. Keep the main direction in your hands, don't let your subordinates get no oil and water."

"Still that sentence, a leader who can't lead a team can only work to death."

As Hall Masters, they understand this truth.

After all, people's energy is limited. If you do everything yourself, you will be exhausted sooner or later.

"If you have questions, you can raise them now. If not, then disperse and start acting," Su Yang asked.

Zhao Xian and Feng Jingchu looked at each other tacitly, the former coughed lightly and said: "There is one thing that is not so urgent that I want to report."

"Speak."

"In order to celebrate the victory of the battle, the villagers voluntarily proposed to cast a three-meter-high statue for you, the President, to be placed in the Central Square of the South City District," Zhao Xian said while observing Su Yang's expression.

When he said this, Zhao Xian was a bit uneasy.

After all, with Su Yang's low-key personality, he would probably scold him.

But he couldn't resist the enthusiasm of the villagers, so Zhao Xian had to propose it with a hard scalp.

Just as he was ready to welcome Su Yang's reprimand, he saw him raise an eyebrow,

"Good."

"Huh?" Both were stunned.

Didn't expect Su Yang to agree?

Did the sun come out from the west?

Su Yang laughed, "Since it's a heart from the villagers, how can I refuse?"

How did he not think of this free achievement?

A fool wouldn't take free points. ===== CHAPTER 508 =====
