Chapter 552: Great Han Ten States

However, the six ministers and cabinet ministers gathered together again after the court meeting.

The matter of re-dividing the world still needs them to discuss together.

"Ministers, now Shenzhou is easy to divide, just do it according to what Your Majesty said."

After Xun You finished speaking, he took the lead in determining the scope of Shenzhou on the map.

"This, the Nine Provinces are easy to divide, what is difficult to determine is the naming of these prefecture cities and commandery cities!"

"If this is not set well..."

At this time, Cai Yong stared at the map in front of several people and said with a solemn face.

Actually, this problem, everyone knows.

However, since Liu Bian handed this matter to them, they must try their best to complete it.

The division of the Nine Provinces, Liu Bian said the names of the Nine Provinces, so they only need to divide according to the original position of the Nine Provinces.

"Let's put this aside for now. Gongda, you should first divide the Nine Provinces."

After listening to Cai Yong's words, Lu Zhi said angrily.

"Alright, then I will first divide the Nine Provinces."

As Xun You's thoughts flowed, on the map, the Nine Provinces were divided one by one.

"Everyone, now the Nine Provinces have been divided, the next is the division of the nine prefectures. I will first divide the nine prefectures, you think of the names first."

After Xun You finished speaking, he divided the nine prefectures on the map. After a while, including Shenzhou, all the nine prefectures under all major states were divided.

Immediately, it was the names of these prefectures, commanderies, and counties. For a time, everyone expressed their opinions.

Soon, seven days passed in a flash.

And in these seven days, Liu Bian also finished checking the space gates rewarded by the system last time.

Three High Martial world space gates, five Middle Martial world space gates.

The three High Martial world space gates opened the High Martial High Grade Feng Yun world, the High Martial High Grade Da Qin world, and the High Martial Middle Grade Da Tang world.

The five Middle Martial worlds are the Middle Martial Middle Grade Yitian world, the Middle Martial High Grade Tianlong world, the Middle Martial Low Grade Xiaoao world, the Middle Martial Low Grade Great Wall world, and the Middle Martial Middle Grade Apocalypse world.

The three High Martial worlds are not what the Great Han can confront at the current stage.

However, these five Middle Martial worlds, the Great Han can easily capture.

The High Martial Low Grade world has powerhouses of the Martial Ancestor Realm.

The High Martial Middle Grade world has powerhouses of the Martial King Realm.

The High Martial High Grade world has powerhouses of the Martial Emperor Realm.

At this time, the Great Han, the only powerhouse of the Martial Ancestor Realm is Liu Bian alone. These High Martial worlds are far from what they can deal with.

"We pay respects to Your Majesty! Long live Your Majesty, long live, long long live!"

After arriving at the imperial palace, Xun Yu and others bowed respectfully to Liu Bian.

"You are here, all rise, sit down and talk."

Liu Bian waved his hand at them and said with a smile.

"We thank Your Majesty!"

After several people sat down, Liu Bian asked with a smile:

"How is it, has the division been completed?"

"Reporting to Your Majesty, we did not fail the mission, it has been completed, please check it."

Xun You stood up and replied respectfully to Liu Bian.

Afterwards, he opened the map.

Seeing that on the map at this time, the entire continent was divided into ten major states.

They are the capital Shenzhou, Jizhou, Yanzhou, Qingzhou, Xuzhou, Yangzhou, Jingzhou, Yuzhou, Liangzhou, and Yongzhou.

Under each state, it was divided into nine prefectures, and within the nine prefectures, it was divided into eighteen commanderies.

Moreover, each name was also very good.

Take Shenzhou for example, the center is the imperial capital Luoyang Prefecture.

In the surroundings, they are Qinglong Prefecture, Baihu Prefecture, Zhuque Prefecture, Xuanwu Prefecture, Qilin Prefecture, Qingyun Prefecture, Jingzhao Prefecture, and Shenwu Prefecture.

Yes, you read that right, it is the name of the six major legions plus the original commandery name.

However, this naming also made Liu Bian's eyes light up.

And other places were also mostly named after local place names plus some meaningful names.

After reading it, Liu Bian was also quite satisfied.

"This is very good, you did a good job this time."

After hearing Liu Bian's words, everyone's face also showed a smile.

You know, this is a big project. Under the Nine Provinces, there are eighty-one prefectures alone.

And under each prefecture, there are eighteen commanderies, which is 1,451 commanderies.

Under each commandery, there are thirty-six counties, and there are 52,488 counties alone.

Just this, not counting the township level, otherwise there would be more.

And these place names cannot be repeated, which shows that Xun You and others also racked their brains these days.

"The division of the Nine Provinces, just do it according to this."

"I will add the map function to the identity jade token, and all Great Han subjects can view it."

"From today on, the administrative division of the Great Han will be executed according to this. I will consider the candidates for Inspector and martial general."

"As for the prefecture masters and martial generals of the eighty-one prefectures, it will be decided by you."

"If there are insufficient candidates, you can elect them from the Royal Academy and the people of the world."

"The election method will be carried out according to the imperial examination. All Great Han first-class citizens can participate in this examination."

"As for martial generals, arrange them to the commandery level. Places at the county level and below will be replaced by county magistrates."

"Each county has 2,000 troops stationed, which is enough."

Liu Bian said his requirements to several people in one breath.

"We obey the holy edict of Your Majesty!"

Several people pondered for a while and responded respectfully to Liu Bian.

Everyone also knew that what Liu Bian said was the best way at present.

After all, the personnel needed this time are really too many.

Just the commandery governors need 1,451, and they also need to be equipped with martial generals to sit in town.

Actually, the easiest to find here is martial generals.

Martial generals only need to have reached the strength, and they can sit in town.

After all, future battles will be a contest of their own strength.

Although schemes and strategies are also needed, they are no longer that important.

And the Great Han currently has many people in the garrison troops in various places, and they can still find so many people to take office among them.

But civil officials won't work. If you don't have real talent and learning, then what you harm is the local people.

After discussing, several people bid farewell to Liu Bian and left the imperial palace in a hurry.

And as several people left, the news of the Great Han re-dividing the world also spread throughout the world.

All Great Han subjects found that there was an extra map function in their identity jade tokens.

"Thank God, I was actually divided into Shenzhou."

"I was divided into Yanzhou!"

"I was divided into Qingzhou here!"

"I was divided into Yangzhou here!"

For a time, all Great Han people noticed the state and prefecture they were in.

Those who were divided into Shenzhou were all overjoyed.

And those in other states were a bit regretful. ===== CHAPTER 553 =====
