Chapter 528: Where Is Kiss Sister?

"Next up to announce is the server‑wide personal power ranking!"

"This list also only reveals the top ten. The judging criteria are: travel mileage, accounting for 40%! personal wealth value, also 40%! and… Instance clearance performance, accounting for 20%!"

"Special note: Instance clearance performance is evaluated by the system based on a player's various data within the Instance, absolutely fair and just~"

Cheng Shuili lifted her hand to support her chin, looked up at the World Channel before her.

They added an Instance clearance performance this time? This metric is appearing for the first time; it might cause unexpected changes to the list.

Someone on the World Channel has already started wailing.

"??? What the heck is Instance clearance performance? I've never heard of it before!"

"Why does Instance performance still take up twenty percent? I'm the type who just goofs off in Instances, chasing speedruns… Ahhh! On what grounds?!"

"It's over, it's over, it's over. My mileage is okay, my wealth value is barely watchable, Instances? I don't even know which door the Instance opens to; I always just come out behind the big‑boss teammate's backside."

"So this ranking is prepared for the top dogs among the big bosses? Ordinary folks can't even smell the exhaust of the top ten?"

"Ordinary people? What joke are you telling? When will a ranking like this ever rotate to ordinary people? I'd light incense just to get into the top hundred! Yet this list only counts the top ten, and ** it's a server‑wide list—how could it ever come to me? What kind of joke is that?"

"Hold on, hold on, let me sort this out. Mileage 40%, wealth 40%, Instance performance 20%. Doesn't that mean if someone performs insanely in an Instance, they could overtake via that 20% shortcut?"

"In theory, yes, but here's the problem: anyone who can perform insanely in an Instance already has strength, right? Their mileage and wealth would be low?"

"That stings, bro."

"So this ranking is basically tailor‑made for those few people, right? I can already guess which familiar faces make up the top ten."

"Black Feather's Wuya Lao Da is definitely solid, need I say more? Their faction ranking is already first; it's reasonable that the personal ranking is also first."

"No, no, no, stop flattering! My Wu Ya fans are now panicking, who knows what trouble this suddenly added Instance performance will bring!"

"Hahaha, I'm dying laughing, weren't you in Dong Da Qu pretty wild just now? Why are you chicken now?"

"Wild stays wild, but when you have to chicken out, you must. This is a personal ranking; if I'm not first, I could end up crying myself unconscious in the bathroom tonight."

"Don't worry, if Wu Ya isn't first, I'll wash my hair upside down."

"Upstairs I've noted your ID, waiting to watch the live stream."

It's not only the World Channel that's lively; each regional channel is especially bustling.

Under everyone's gaze, the tenth place is finally revealed.

【10th place, Langa (Nan Da Qu), mileage score 1633, wealth score 1822, Instance performance score 2655, total 6110.】

"Langa?"

A puzzled question echoed in the quiet room; Cheng Shuili lifted her head and looked at Xinxue.

"Right." Xinxue replied, also full of question marks, "Who is this person? Where did they come from? I've never heard of them before."

"From Nan Da Qu, not a faction leader; it's normal not to know them."

"The masters are like clouds; this ranking definitely isn't what I thought before—it's all faction leaders now."

As the words fell, the few fell into a tacit silence, patiently awaiting the next rank.

【9th place: God Is Merciful (Bei Da Qu), mileage score 1788, wealth score 1988, Instance performance score 2988, total 6764.】

【8th place: Olivia (Xi Da Qu), mileage score 2122, wealth score 2344, Instance performance score 2877, total 7343.】

"The eighth place is already seven‑three‑something," Xinxue muttered softly beside, "What are the top spots like?"

Cheng Shuili said nothing, just kept staring at the World Channel floating in mid‑air.

The chat box has already exploded.

"WTF Olivia? A woman? When did Xi Da Qu have a female big boss?"

"God Is Merciful… I've seen this ID in Bei Da Qu; it's a lone wolf, didn't expect it to be this fierce?"

"Hold on, hold on, did you notice? The Instance performance scores of the eighth and ninth places are both higher than the first two items!"

"Indeed! Olivia's first two items add up to 4,400, while the Instance item alone is 2,800? That's only 20% share; if you convert it to 100%…"

"Don't convert it; conversion is a horror story."

"So this Instance performance score really can widen gaps? Doesn't that mean…"

"A dark horse is really about to appear!"

Cheng Shuili lightly furrowed her brows; she noticed a detail: of the three just announced in the top ten, all came from different regions.

One each from the western, southern, and northern regions, but none from Dong Da Qu.

"The next should be someone from Dong Da Qu, right?" Xinxue voiced her thought.

As if to confirm this, the World Channel announcement refreshed again.

【7th place: Warwolf Soul Unfading (Dong Da Qu - Great Wall Watch), mileage score 2567, wealth score 2988, Instance performance score 2433, total 7988.】

The room's atmosphere instantly relaxed a lot; finally a familiar name appeared.

Xinxue's expression was somewhat complex: "Warwolf seventh? Wealth score higher than mileage? Is Great Wall Watch that rich?"

"Great Wall Watch has many members," Guanghui continued, his tone tinged with a hint of sentiment, "Their faction employs a manpower‑wave strategy, housing many ordinary players; the Warwolf as leader controls everyone's resources, so a high wealth score isn't surprising."

"But his Instance performance score is only 2,400, lower than both mileage and wealth. Looks like his Instance performance is pretty average."

Those words were spoken by Chen Qing Shan; as soon as his voice fell, he met Guanghui's gaze.

Guanghui seemed… to be warning him?

Chen Qing Shan subconsciously closed his mouth, but felt extremely odd inside; what about that sentence just now? Wasn't it the truth? Why can't anyone say it?

Chen Qing Shan felt a bit resentful, yet said nothing more, quietly waiting for Zhi Nu to announce the next term.

【6th place: Eagle Eye Walker (Xi Da Qu - Wilderness Roar), mileage score 2433, wealth score 3122, Instance performance score 2655, total 8210.】

Seventh place and …?

The next second, the fifth place was announced:

【5th place: Crimson Sand Holy Flame (Nan Da Qu - Holy Flame), mileage score 2899, wealth score 3088, Instance performance score 2599, total 8586.】

Just as expected.

Ailin Qing Qing smiled, "Looks like, the upcoming ranking has no suspense."

Jiang Tang, not understanding, asked foolishly: "What does that mean?"

Xinxue opened her mouth to explain: "These three rankings are the same as the power rankings; there's not much chance of change later."

Jiang Tang frowned, thought for a moment, then suddenly asked: "Then... what about Kiss Sister?"
