After thinking it over, Su Han accepted the red packet.

"Ding! Congratulations, President, you've obtained the Flying Lei Shen Technique."

Sss! Su Han, who had been calm just moments ago, now stared wide-eyed.

How could he not know what the Flying Lei Shen Technique was? It was created by the Second Hokage and became the Fourth Hokage's signature technique—allowing instantaneous movement to any location marked with a Flying Lei Shen seal.

But after his brief excitement, Su Han remembered something and frowned: "I recall—the Flying Lei Shen Technique requires chakra to activate, right?"
