Chapter 4785: ?Kobayashi: The Game Can Be Lost, But Otto Must Die!

Miss Xia Shizi: "But even so! Spending money for others, watching others fall in love — the feeling is just as subtle."

Kasumigaoka Utaha had no idea what these guys were being weird about.

Let the World Feel Pain: "Someone who's never been in a relationship, one."

Yuan Dagu: "... The art style of the Naruto world makes it really hard to associate it with romance."

Gao Ban Kyosuke: "It's not a Japan: Slice-of-Life art style."

Gao Ban Kyosuke's expression didn't waver in the slightest.

Sakata Gintoki: "Honkai Impact 3rd player, one."

Started playing in this version."

The game's fine! But the Honkai Impact 3rd manga storyline built into the game..."

Sakata Gintoki: "I've pored over that manga no less than three times! And I've only got one feeling... it's a trap, a goddamn blood trap."

Edogawa Conan: "Yeah! And that's only because there's a real world behind this game... otherwise, I'd have started cursing it out long ago."

Edogawa Conan: "The retcons and face-slaps are insanely severe! I thought the Type-Moon world next door was already bad enough... but as it turns out now,"

Yukinoshita Yukino: "the two are evenly matched."

Yukinoshita Yukino spoke up tentatively after thinking it over.

Gudako: "..."

Doctor Roman: "!!!!"

Wei Bo: ""

Osakabe Taiga: "Six six six six six."

Laughing me to death!"

Domama Umaru: "A resident of the Type-Moon world who can still get hit by stray fire just standing on the sidelines eating melon."

Didn't know whether to laugh or cry."

"

Kogiso Yukina: "Moon people, moon people."

"

Edogawa Conan: "Besides, the manga bundled with Honkai Impact 3rd is also really bad at character-building."

Edogawa Conan: "Miss Theresa clearly is... a strong hero who's been through life and death partings, but in the end she somehow turned into a cutesy mascot."

She's an S-rank Valkyrie! One of the beings standing at the very top of the Valkyrie food chain."

Edogawa Conan: "Kiana too... she went through the Honkai disaster in Nagazora City, and even survived on her own for a stretch of time... but the way she ends up is just a brainless idiot!"

Domama Umaru: "... Um... did you forget Theresa joined the Rulegong Society?"

Domama Umaru spoke very tactfully.

Edogawa Conan: "..."

Edogawa Conan: "I can apologize for that one."

Theresa: "I-it's... it's fine."

Theresa bit her lower lip, her mind a total blank.

After playing through Honkai Impact 3rd, this was the state she was in — her feelings were extremely complicated.

Edogawa Conan: "Oh right, one more thing... does St. Freya Academy really not have any other teachers and students? Just those few Valkyries?"

Sazex: "..."

Ryuugu Reina: "You people... watching an ensemble cast, you fire off wildly."

Watching a single-character story, you also fire off wildly."

Katsura Kotonoha: "Angry, trembling, cold... well."

Forgot."

Su Xiao Xiao: "Can't even throw a proper punch! Move, move, move, my turn."

Elenesdei: "... Well, it has nothing to do with the ensemble cast or the protagonist, right? Shouldn't we be looking at the overall plot?"

Elenesdei fell into deep thought.

Elenesdei: "But the reason Conan went off like that, I suspect, is that he really loves the game — it's precisely because the love runs deep that the hatred cuts so sharp..."

Elenesdei let out a long, quiet sigh. If you don't like it, just drop it... how could it stir up such a huge inner turmoil? Edogawa Conan: "Judging by that look of yours, you must be the same as me, right?"

Conan pushed his glasses up with an unreadable expression.

He was very clear on one thing — people are the hardest for other people to understand, unless they're in the same situation... Youkai no Tomo: "It's alright, I guess... actually! The manga's plot alone can't show the whole worldview... half of it still has to be filled in by imagination! That's really annoying."

Magical Girl Nanoha: "Mm...! I actually thought it was pretty good... especially the Last Lesson, it made me cry."

Himeko died so tragically! Burst into tears with a wail."

"

Aikawa Ayumu: "... Although it's a tragedy! But that... chapter's character-building really can be called the pinnacle of perfection."

Aikawa Ayumu: "Of course, both Conan and you are right... in terms of overall plot, the Honkai Impact 3rd manga really isn't that great, but the Last Lesson absolutely counts as the peak of its storytelling."

Domama Umaru: "What's the point of you guys talking about the manga storyline bundled with Honkai Impact 3rd — what does it have to do with my Honkai game?"

"

Fujiwara no Sai: "I don't know why... but I always feel like Himeko's side was forced tragedy."

Lelouch: "That's where you're wrong! When all's said and done, Himeko's remaining lifespan was only one year to begin with... that's the setting."

Lelouch's expression was somewhat nostalgic as he spoke earnestly.

Lelouch: "Giving up the chance to live, not taking the serum, and instead fighting to the death to hold back the Second Herrscher — that's something worthy of solemn respect."

Lelouch: "Miss Himeko died fighting to protect the beauty of this world... not some plot-kill, forced tragedy.

If you insist on putting it that way... then to her sacrifice, that is a desecration!"
