Chapter 80

~3 min read 445 words

"Hahaha."

A loud laugh rang out, then Iron Man Tony Stark walked over to the group's banquet, glancing at Hou Jue Wo Ban, who now looked utterly triumphant.

"Old man, weren't you always annoyed by me? Now have the guts to challenge me again! Still planning to trap my soul after I die? It's not that simple."

Long ago, Tony Stark had been forced by Hou Jue Wo Ban to sleep poorly and eat badly, but now he finally felt at ease.

Didn't you see how the chairman punched Hou Jue Wo Ban just now—and not a single scratch was left?

Clearly, Hou Jue Wo Ban cannot harm him.

Hou Jue Wo Ban's face darkened, saying nothing, only drinking his wine in silence—and this clearly made Tony Stark even bolder.

Su Han picked up a gigantic drumstick. In the One Piece world, due to its unique cosmology, certain foods were enormous beyond description, yet their flavor was equally extraordinary.

As he gnawed on it, Su Han pretended to speak casually: "Shouldn't completing this mission earn us a lot of points? I wonder if someone might jump into another person's world and cause chaos? If some world's richest man's flagship buildings all collapsed, wouldn't he be ruined?"

Tony Stark's laughter abruptly stopped.

He stiffened slightly, turning to look at Hou Jue Wo Ban, and found the marquis stroking his chin, looking distinctly intrigued.

Hou Jue Wo Ban seemed to murmur to himself, or perhaps to the others: "I wonder—if I destroyed a city called New York and blamed it all on Iron Man, would that send Iron Man straight into bankruptcy?"

Tony Stark's legs went weak; he felt a cramp in his left leg, coughed lightly, and bowed slightly to everyone present.

"Lords, sorry for the disturbance!"

Then Tony Stark turned and walked away.

"So why go through all this?" Su Han sighed softly.

Those present exchanged glances; after a brief silence, they all burst into laughter.

The banquet lasted late into the night.

But Su Han left early; during his departure, Bai Hu Zi personally escorted him to a luxury cabin aboard the Moby Dick.

"Chairman, we'll set sail formally for the Marine Headquarters tomorrow—just a few days' journey, and we'll reach them. We'll need your guidance then."

Bai Hu Zi's voice was earnest. Though immensely powerful, he knew clearly that only Su Han could now suppress the rebellious geniuses in the guild and unify all their strength.

"No need for such formality," Su Han smiled and shook his head softly. "Our purpose in coming here is exactly this."

"But don't bother me these next two days. Only call me out when real battle comes."
