Chapter 92

Lin Yifan looked at the two big jars of jam in front of him, feeling quite proud.

Especially these two jams actually had special attributes, which left him momentarily unable to react.

【Secret Recipe Blueberry Jam (Lin Yifan made)】

Usage: Soak in water or open and eat directly.

Attribute: Each spoonful of jam restores Physical Stamina +1.

, Physical Stamina max +1, duration 30 minutes.

【Secret Recipe Bubbly Jam (Lin Yifan made)】

Usage: Soak in water or open and eat directly.

Attribute: Each spoonful of jam restores Physical Stamina +1, Strength recovery +1, duration 30 minutes.

Lin Yifan looked at the information on these two jam bottles, feeling a bit surprised.

He originally thought that ordinary jam made with simple craftsmanship should have roughly similar attribute bonuses, but he didn't expect there to be a slight difference.

It seems he can find more varieties of wild fruit, then make jam from them; the resulting jam would not only have varied types, but possibly different flavors as well.

Speaking of which, he was quite proud of his ability to make jam himself.

As for himself, his cooking talent is really quite average; usually he just cooks food until it's done.

Now that he can actually make jam, even if it's because he learned a skill and thanks to this 【Mithril Cast Iron Pot】, it's still something worth being happy about.

The bottles for the jam, Lin Yifan bought them at the Trading Hall; they're actually just a few large canned jars, likely someone opened a Treasure Chest, got lucky and pulled out a large can, and left it behind.

He could have made them himself back then, but it would have required using 【Glass】; since Glass is still needed to upgrade the Level 4 Shelter, he saved where he could.

After Lin Yifan tidied up the two jam bottles, he then began to prepare dinner.

Eating meat every day, even if it's wild boar, rabbit, or crocodile meat patients eat, gets quite greasy.

Coincidentally, today he opened a Treasure Chest and got some rice; Lin Yifan grabbed a handful, washed it, and threw it into the pot.

Next he took out some wild boar meat, cut it into small pieces and threw it in, and also washed some previously stored wild mushrooms and wood ear fungus, putting them into the iron pot.

Then he started adding water to cook the rice, at the same time adding a bit of salt and MSG.

Exactly, his rice is just a random pot stew!

He also wanted to make a fragrant, colorful, tasty vegetable rice, but his cooking skills are just so-so.

However, the final result still made him quite satisfied!

The rice's saltiness was just right, the texture soft and sticky, and the umami from the wild boar meat and mushrooms combined perfectly with the rice.

One bite, and it truly filled the mouth with fragrance!

Moreover, most importantly, his pot of rice actually ended up with attributes.

【Mushroom Pork Rice (Lin Yifan made)】

Attribute: Physical Stamina recovery +5 per 200 grams.

(Special note: This is a freshly made pot of messy rice by the novice cook Lin Yifan, carefully prepared; its color, aroma, and flavor only take up one spot, barely passable! If a perfect score is ten, he barely reaches three! Keep improving, dear novice cook!)

Although he was still quite satisfied with the attribute information above, that final special note instantly made him angry enough to retort.

What does "slap in the face with a big move" mean?

This is slapping in the face with a big move!

Unfortunately, no matter how angry Lin Yifan got, it was useless; he could only swallow his frustration and finish the whole pot of rice.

As for whether this would be wasteful, this special food with attributes, that never even crossed Lin Yifan's mind!

To him, he was just making dinner; eating it was eating it, no big deal!

He even dipped two big spoonfuls of jam in it!

After eating and drinking his fill, Lin Yifan then went to transplant the blueberry tree and the spiky bubble fruit tree into those two portions of Advanced Cultivation Soil.

Jam is a good thing; he plans to make more, whether for his own eating or to put up on the Trading Hall as something valuable, both are quite good choices.

After finishing the transplanting work, Lin Yifan finally breathed a sigh of relief, washed up in the bathroom, and then prepared to sleep.

However, before sleeping, Lin Yifan still took out a 【Level 1 Squad Dungeon Teleport Scroll】, and a 【Squad Dungeon Teammate Summon Scroll (3-person)】, and began to think carefully about who exactly to summon.

The teammate summon can summon three people, and the only people Lin Yifan has nearby are Hong Shaojiang and Ruan Qingtan.

So the people he wants to summon naturally include those two, but he's hesitant about who to pick as the third.

For now, the best choice for the third person is Chen Yunuo, whom he once had a crush on during college.

Since there was no better option, Lin Yifan didn't hesitate any longer and decisively sent a message to the three:

"I unexpectedly obtained a dungeon teleport scroll, along with a matching teammate summon scroll inside the dungeon that can summon three people at once; if you're willing to join me in the dungeon, I'll summon you."

Although he believed that no one would refuse, he still wanted to seek their consent, so he gave them the option to decline.

Of course, the fact didn't exceed his expectations; whether it was Chen Yunuo, Hong Shaojiang, or Ruan Qingtan, they all chose to agree.

Lin Yifan originally wanted to delay the dungeon run, but the Heavy Rain Disaster was getting closer and closer.

Although he used a Water-Stabilizing Pearl to seal that bottomless water pool, he hasn't yet fully explored the surrounding area; who knows if there might be other water sources?

He now dares not guarantee that if the heavy rain really forms a major flood, his Level 3 Shelter can truly ensure his safety and peace of mind.

Lin Yifan is uncertain, but he doesn't want to gamble.

So he still needs to quickly figure out a way to upgrade the shelter to Level 4 to feel safe.

That he has now found the iron ore vein; as long as he seizes the time to mine it, whether it's 【Primary Pig Iron】, 【Intermediate Cast Iron】, or even 【Advanced Cast Iron】, they will be available in abundance.

And since he has already found the ore vein, there's naturally no need to rush.

So he still decided to go grind the dungeon tomorrow!

He wants to see what good stuff can be farmed from the dungeon.

After a dreamless night, Lin Yifan woke up in the morning and found he had slept straight through to 7:00.

Moreover, as soon as he woke up, he discovered that a message prompt appeared before him.

【Random Attribute +1】

Lin Yifan looked at the extra point of Random Attribute, and it was very satisfying.

How can opening sources and throttling expenses compare to a steady trickle!

He, just as before, put this point of Random Attribute into Physical Stamina.

Although after his Life Tier advanced last time, no matter how many points he put into Physical Stamina, the other three attributes showed no change.

He was also not in a hurry; he believed that since there had already been the first Quantitative Change Leads to Qualitative Change, there would definitely be a second.
