Chapter 133: Take Off Your Shoes Before Stepping
After Kitazawa left the Ninja Academy, he walked toward Kurenai Yuhi's home.
On the way, he pondered his missions.
He currently had quite a few unfinished missions.
Some were very difficult, such as becoming Tsunade's student and sending Mizuki to prison.
And the most recent mission was the monthly exam next week, to get Naruto Uzumaki into the top ten.
Missions like helping Hinata Hyuga awaken the Byakugan or Sasuke Uchiha learning a second Fire Style ninjutsu were just a matter of time.
"Stop!"
A familiar voice rang out.
Kitazawa came back to his senses and looked not far away.
Tsunade was wearing high-heeled sandals, her expression unhappy, as she walked toward him.
Behind her, Shizune was holding the pet pig Tonton and signaling him desperately.
"Do Itachi have any money on Itachi?"
Tsunade reached out her hand and asked.
"No."
Kitazawa looked at her fair palms and guessed that she had just come from the casino and must have lost all her money.
"Give me whatever Itachi have; I can definitely win it back."
Tsunade said through gritted teeth.
"Lady Tsunade, don't forget our main business."
Kitazawa shook his head and said.
"What a killjoy!"
Tsunade was very unhappy but had no other choice.
"The sooner we create a new ninjutsu, the sooner we can obtain funding."
Kitazawa said with a smile, "The money I give Itachi is small change after all, and it's not fun to play with."
"Itachi have a point there."
Tsunade's attitude softened; she brushed her hair and said, "Let's go, let's head back."
She took the lead and headed toward Kurenai Yuhi's home.
"Impressive."
Shizune leaned in toward Kitazawa and whispered, "Well done."
"Don't think I can't hear Itachi!"
Tsunade turned back and glared at them.
"I didn't say anything!"
Shizune straightened her fair legs and stated her position.
"Me neither."
Kitazawa said with a smile.
"..."
Tsunade suddenly discovered that Kitazawa was a bit like Shizune.
Always stopping her at critical moments, making it impossible for her to have fun.
But where did this guy Kitazawa get such guts?
Shizune had followed her since she was a child, so she understood her.
But what about Kitazawa?
Ordinary ninjas were always timid when they saw her; how could he be like this?
Tsunade suppressed the curiosity in her heart and walked into the living room.
Kurenai Yuhi and Kurama Yakumo were already waiting.
"Yakumo, have Itachi taken your medicine?"
Tsunade sat on the sofa, crossed her legs without any regard for her image, her fair jade-like feet swaying lightly in the air.
"I just drank it, thank Itachi for your concern, Lady Tsunade."
Kurama Yakumo said gratefully.
She had thought it impossible for her body to move as freely as a normal person's, but Tsunade's appearance gave her hope.
"Hmm."
Tsunade nodded and said, "Then let's get down to business."
And so, they researched the new ninjutsu until late at night.
"Let's talk again tomorrow."
Tsunade checked the time and returned to the house next door with Shizune.
"Kurenai, are Itachi hungry?"
Kitazawa noticed a takoyaki shop not far away.
He and Kurenai Yuhi had just sent Kurama Yakumo home.
"Just eating takoyaki isn't very interesting."
Kurenai Yuhi licked the corner of her mouth and asked, "Do Itachi want to go have a drink?"
"Forget it, if Itachi get drunk, it'll be a hassle again."
Kitazawa refused, saying, "And we have to see Lady Tsunade tomorrow; it wouldn't be good to delay."
"What do Itachi mean?"
Kurenai Yuhi couldn't help but raise her hand, bumped into him, and said, "I don't act crazy when I'm drunk."
"Hard to say."
Kitazawa recalled the situation after she got drunk last time.
"Explain yourself!"
Kurenai Yuhi grabbed his hand, her ruby-like eyes staring at him.
Even though she was shorter than him, Kitazawa felt an inexplicable sense of pressure looking at her.
She was a bit like Tsunade, but Kurenai Yuhi had an elegant, mature style, while Tsunade had a sophisticated, womanly charm.
"What are Itachi looking at?"
Kurenai Yuhi noticed his gaze and asked.
"Looking at a beautiful woman."
Kitazawa looked her up and down openly.
Because they were close, he could see her fair, smooth neck and the black mesh lining with its curves.
"Don't have wild thoughts!"
Kurenai Yuhi's face flushed slightly, and she quickly said.
"Sorry."
Kitazawa blinked and said.
"No sincerity at all. Hmph, I'm going to eat takoyaki."
Kurenai Yuhi let go of his hand, stepped on his foot, and said.
"Please take off your shoes next time before stepping."
Kitazawa said solemnly.
"Are Itachi a pervert?"
Kurenai Yuhi was stunned for a moment and asked with disdain.
"I'm just afraid of pain."
Kitazawa coughed lightly and said, "I'll go buy the takoyaki now."
Kurenai Yuhi looked down.
She was wearing high-heeled sandals, revealing her fair, rosy toes.
Her bones were like jade, her skin like snow, and her slender toes were spotless, each one distinct.
"Unreasonable."
Kurenai Yuhi's lips curled slightly as she spoke.
Not long after, Kitazawa returned with two boxes of takoyaki.
The so-called takoyaki was octopus balls, a type of snack.
"Thank Itachi."
Kurenai Yuhi took the takoyaki and used a wooden skewer to pick one up.
Just as she was about to bring it to her mouth, she suddenly stopped.
"What? Do Itachi want me to feed Itachi?"
Kurenai Yuhi met Kitazawa's gaze and asked.
"If Itachi want to feed me, then I certainly can't refuse."
Kitazawa said with a serious expression.
Kurenai Yuhi raised an eyebrow and reached out her hand.
But halfway through, she pulled it back.
