Might Guy stood up and said, "Kitazawa, if you still want to learn taijutsu, you can come find me."

"Sure."

Kitazawa agreed immediately.

"I'm going to go meet that Rock Lee you mentioned."

Might Guy smiled and said.

"See you next time."

Kitazawa nodded slightly.

Watching Might Guy walk away, he wondered to himself if this counted as changing Rock Lee's fate.

He wondered if, having learned the Eight Inner Gates six years early, Rock Lee would still suffer a crushing defeat when he encountered Gaara of the Hidden Sand Village.

"I'm full too, Teacher Kitazawa."

Hinata Hyuga set down her chopsticks and said.

The large bowl of chashu ramen in front of her had been eaten clean.

"Teuchi, one more bowl."

Kitazawa glanced over and said.

"Are you eating it?"

Teuchi poked his head out and asked.

"It's not for me, it's for Hinata."
