"Itachi really are my student."

"Three, currently Itachi, Shizune, and Shikaku."

"Why is there still my business?"

"Nothing, just adding a position for Itachi."

Tsunade said casually.

The actual reason was that the title of Anbu Captain wasn't well-known, not as direct as Hokage Secretary.

She was now completely grooming Kitazawa as the next Hokage.

"Do Itachi have any suitable candidates for Hokage Secretary?"

"Since there are already so many Hokage secretaries, why not open a Hokage Secretariat department?"

Kitazawa suggested.

"Is there any difference?"

"Of course there is a difference."

He told her about the functions of a secretariat from his previous life.

One is responsible for the daily work of the Hidden Leaf Village; minor matters can be handled directly without reporting.

Two is to act as a transit station between the Hokage and various institutions.

Three is to draft various rules, regulations, and documents.

Four is to supervise the operation and execution of various institutions.

Five is to mediate and connect various institutions.

"Itachi be the Hokage."

Tsunade said directly after listening.

"Itachi have more courage than me and the old man."
