Chapter 454: I took the exam in my spare time!

Two days later.

At the naval vessel berthing port, a steel beast lay quietly in the naval base.

This was the 001 aircraft carrier, here for maintenance!

The 001 aircraft carrier officially entered service in 2012 and has been serving the Dragon Nation's navy for ten years!

At this moment, two tiny figures stood beneath the carrier, swallowing their saliva as they looked at the behemoth before them.

The two were Song Qi and Zhou Yonghui.

Although they knew the carrier was huge, seeing is believing; even though Song Qi had prepared himself mentally, he was still startled by the steel beast in front of him.

After sighing for a while, the two wanted to board the carrier to investigate.

But the next second, Song Qi was blocked by a squad of soldiers with live ammunition.

"Stop!"

"Who are you two?"

"Where are your passes?"

An aircraft carrier is a major national defense asset.

It's not a hometown bus that you can just hop on.

Naturally, the defense was tight.

However, Song Qi and Zhou Yonghui looked at each other, having no idea what a pass was...

Looking at the two suspicious-looking men, the soldiers looked at each other and were about to apprehend them.

Song Qi thought quickly and hurriedly took out the First-Class Naval Vessel Designer certificate that Wang Lao had given him half a month ago.

"Ahem!"

"Take a look, can this thing serve as a pass?"

The leading soldier took the designer certificate and gave Song Qi a deep look; his expression immediately changed, and he respectfully gave Song Qi a military salute.

"Hello, Chief!"

You have to know, in the entire Dragon Nation, there are probably fewer than one hundred First-Class Naval Vessel Designers in total.

Furthermore, as special talents, these people all have terrifyingly high military ranks!

The soldiers calling Song Qi 'Chief' seemed quite reasonable...

Seeing this, Song Qi finally let out a long sigh of relief.

Sure enough, the things Wang Lao gave him were still useful.

If he had been arrested for looking at the carrier, that would have been a huge joke.

Immediately after, Song Qi continued to ask cautiously: "So, can I go up now?"

"Of course!"

"In the Dragon Nation, First-Class Naval Vessel Designers can freely enter any naval vessel!"

"This is your authority!"

After speaking, the leading soldier hurriedly led the team and cleared a path for the two.

Song Qi didn't hesitate and immediately took Zhou Yonghui onto the 001 aircraft carrier...

After the patrol soldiers walked away.

Zhou Yonghui's confused voice came slowly.

"Little Qi..."

"When did you become a First-Class Naval Vessel Designer for the navy?"

"Why have I never heard you mention this?"

Zhou Yonghui narrowed his eyes; vaguely, he seemed to smell something unusual.

"Emmmmm..."

Song Qi didn't know how to answer either!

"I took the exam in my spare time during the New Year... I took it in my spare time..."

Looking at Song Qi's stammering, Zhou Yonghui's suspicion grew even deeper.

"Really?"

"I've heard that this certificate is extremely hard to get! In the whole Dragon Nation, only a few dozen people have it!"

"It's more precious than a pilot..."

"Ahem ahem..."

A cold sweat silently seeped from Song Qi's forehead.

"Rumors... all rumors..."

"Hey! Old Zhou, look!"

"This carrier's deck... um... it's a really good deck!!"

"And this ocean, it's really blue..."

Zhou Yonghui: "? _?"

Your topic change is way too stiff!

Looking at Song Qi playing the fool, Zhou Yonghui realized that this kid must be hiding something from him!

But since Song Qi didn't want to say, he had no good way to force him...

The two wandered around the deck for a while.

Blowing in the sea breeze, Zhou Yonghui changed from his usual unserious self and said to Song Qi with a serious face.

"Little Qi! This 001 aircraft carrier is the first aircraft carrier in service for our Dragon Nation; its predecessor was the Varyag from the former Mao Bear Nation, but due to that major incident, the Varyag was forced to stop, with only 68% completion. Our Dragon Nation redeemed it from Er Mao, and it took three whole years just to transport it back!" ===== CHAPTER 456 =====
