Chapter 563: An explanation with sincerity!

Sakura, Naval General Base.

In a spacious conference room, a top-level Sakura military video conference was underway.

In the conference room, the figure of the Sakura Shogun was projected in the center, and sitting all around were the small handful of military commanders with the highest power in Sakura.

Murakami Suzuki huddled in a corner, his face deathly pale.

Sakura had suffered such a defeat, even being blocked at their own doorstep and humiliated by their old rival, the Long Guo. As the supreme commander of this campaign, he, Murakami Suzuki, absolutely had to bear immense responsibility for such a disgraceful defeat.

Furthermore, Murakami Suzuki even engaged in acts that harmed his own country's civilians, which was something that could not be tolerated in any nation.

Finally, the Sakura Minister of Land Forces spoke up.

"Murakami-kun! Our Sakura missiles are meant to defend against enemies and protect the Heavenly King, not for you to show off in front of civilians! Before, someone swore that by joining forces with the Free Nation, we would definitely annihilate the Long Guo's navy! And now? The Long Guo's aircraft carrier is riding right on our faces! It is simply a disgrace!"

"Heh! Before the battle, you said the Sakura fleet was the second best in Asia and would be invincible when cooperating with the Free Nation's navy, but now we can't even see a shadow of them!"

"Did you just throw so many of our fine Sakura men into the sea to feed the fish, Murakami-kun?" ===== CHAPTER 565 =====
