Chapter 85

"Go and purchase them quickly!"

"For some things, if our Eleventh Institute doesn't have the authority to get them, let Elder Zhao and Liu Lao help us purchase them!"

"There are also two or three materials that need to be purchased from Boeing, keep an eye on that too!"

After speaking!

Song Qi turned around and became busy again.

Seeing that Song Qi had said so, Zhou Yonghui naturally didn't say anything more.

Anyway, he knew nothing about design matters.

Thinking too much would only increase his troubles.

It's better not to think about anything and just be a free and easy salted fish!

The next morning.

The purchase list of the Eleventh Institute of the Northwest Military Region was handed to Elder Zhao's desk.

Elder Zhao didn't react at all when he first saw the Eleventh Institute, not knowing who this Eleventh Institute was.

Until assistant Xiao Zhang mentioned that Song Qi was the director of the Eleventh Institute.

Elder Zhao then instantly realized.

For Song Qi, Elder Zhao was 120% confident.

Once he saw that Song Qi had a need, Elder Zhao didn't say a word, directly waved his pen, and signed his approval.

At the same time, the Dragon Scale Research Institute in Modu.

Liu Lao Dingbian also received the purchase application from the Eleventh Institute.

This time, what Song Qi produced was not a helicopter, but a large aircraft known as the crystal of modern civil industry!

The complexity of the large aircraft's structure, the strictness of material requirements, and the variety of materials needed.

Far exceeded that of a helicopter!

So much so that many special materials needed could only be found in the laboratory!

And the amount Song Qi needed was huge!

Liu Lao also thought for a moment, and finally gritted his teeth and agreed!

As of now!

For Liu Lao and Elder Zhao, investing in Song Qi is simply a business with a 10,000% return!

These successive surprises have already made the two elders completely convinced by Song Qi!

It can be said without hesitation, even if Song Qi wants the stars in the sky!

The two elders would do their best to get them for Song Qi!

Xijing.

The Eleventh Aircraft Research Institute.

"Song Qi!"

"There's trouble!"

Song Qi was holding a polisher, polishing the pitch-black fuselage, when he saw Zhou Yonghui running in hurriedly.

"What trouble?"

Song Qi put down the polisher in his hand and looked at Zhou Yonghui.

"Could it be that Elder Zhao and Liu Lao don't agree with our purchase list?"

"Or the military region doesn't agree to us borrowing missiles?"

Song Qi blinked his eyes blankly.

"Neither!"

Zhou Yonghui paused, took a breath, and then continued: "It's Boeing, their asking price is a full thousand times higher than your estimated price!"

"Among the materials you wanted, there are two or three things that cannot be found in the Long Guo at all, and can only be purchased from Boeing!"

"But they are asking for an exorbitant price!"

"That so-called aircraft heat-insulating coating, per square meter, they are actually asking for 500,000 US dollars!"

"And that special steel, they are asking for 100,000 US dollars per ton!"

"Just these two items alone will cost us 10 million US dollars!"

10 million US dollars?

Even Song Qi's face turned black instantly.

It's not that Song Qi can't afford this money, it's mainly that he doesn't like the feeling of being slaughtered like a pig.

But this kind of thing has happened countless times all over the world.

Boeing and Airbus, the two companies.

Relying on their accumulated technological advantages, they have always asked for sky-high prices.

I don't know how much money Long Guo enterprises have been cheated out of because of this!

However, their technology is leading!

And you can't not buy their things.

When a large aircraft is broken, there are only two companies in the world that can repair it.

Even if Boeing asks for sky-high prices, Long Guo enterprises can only swallow their teeth and swallow them into their stomachs.

There is no other way.

This is the power of technological hegemony!

Harvesting the world is simply as easy as pie!

Song Qi frowned.

He fell into deep thought.

He didn't expect things to get stuck in such a place.

These two things can be said to be the most insignificant two links on the large aircraft.

But I didn't expect that it would be these two bottleneck technologies that would cause such a big mess.

Special steel doesn't matter.

Song Qi can completely use other alloys to replace it!

It's just the heat-insulating coating of the plane.

The composition is extremely complex and requires repeated debugging to succeed.

Even if Song Qi knows the specific configuration, it is impossible to complete it without a few months of research!

Wasting a few months on this kind of thing is obviously unacceptable to Song Qi.

Still have to start with Boeing!

A flash of inspiration flashed in Song Qi's mind, and he immediately said to Zhou Yonghui on the side.

"Old Zhou!"

"Go and pull out Boeing's financial reports for the past few years!"

"Quick!"
