Chapter 165: Destruction God King's Avatar

Lu Zheng could not figure out the use of this Divine Skill for the moment, so he simply stopped thinking about it.

It was not as if he lacked a skill like this anyway.

He went straight to the final trial content.

【Ninth Trial Content: Creation! A God King-level Divine Nation Plane!】

【Description: The new God King needs his own Divine Nation Plane. Destroy the existing Destruction God King's Divine Nation Plane, and using it as a foundation, construct your own God King-level Divine Nation Plane to complete the mission.】

【Rewards: Destruction Affinity +20%; Divine Skill: All Things Silence】

Seeing this content, Lu Zheng immediately understood.

So the reward for the eighth trial was preparation for the ninth trial.

A God King's Divine Nation Plane was not so easily destroyed.

Fortunately, Lu Zheng had mastered the skill of Plane Shattering and also possessed a divine pet with God King-level combat power, making this very easy to accomplish.

But the trial description required him to construct a new Divine Nation Plane on this foundation.

This meant it could not be completely destroyed.

In the process of destruction, he had to feel out the relationship between creation and destruction.

After a brief moment of thought, Lu Zheng chose to act himself rather than let Taotie do it.

First, he filled the entire Destruction God King's Divine Nation Plane with thunder, destroying everything completely and converting it into his own experience points.

At this point, Lu Zheng's own level reached 779.

Leveling up a divine pet would distribute at least one-fifth of the experience points to Lu Zheng. With Taotie advancing to the Main God level, Lu Zheng had naturally reached the upper god tier long ago.

His combat power was already no weaker than a God King's.

At the very least, a low-level God King was absolutely no match for him.

There were many things within the Destruction Divine Nation, but those towers and similar objects were not high-level, so the experience points they yielded were limited.

Next was the final step — bringing the entire Divine Nation Plane to annihilation.

This still carried danger.

Lu Zheng did not know the right timing to release the 'Divine Nation Plane' skill, so he could only first release ten billion mana points to create a breach.

He watched the entire plane gradually head toward destruction.

At the same time, he was ready to open the Gate of the Abyss and flee at any moment.

As the plane began to slowly collapse, Lu Zheng focused his mind to sense the entire world.

At a certain moment, he actually felt something within, and instantly knew — it was time.

The skill was released in an instant.

Surging mana surged into the void, using that as a focal point and spreading outward in all directions.

About five minutes passed, and Lu Zheng finally sensed the complete formation of the Divine Nation Plane.

He finally understood why one had to destroy a Divine Nation Plane first before creating one.

Because creating a Divine Nation Plane from nothing required far too much energy.

But when destroying a plane, one could borrow the energy released in the process to create a God King-level Divine Nation Plane in one stroke.

【Ding! You have completed the ninth trial content of the Destruction God King succession trial: Creation! A God King-level Divine Nation Plane!】

【Congratulations on obtaining the rewards: Destruction Affinity +20%; Divine Skill: All Things Silence】

【Current Destruction Affinity: 250%】

【Ding! Congratulations on completing all nine trials of the Destruction God King. You may now begin inheriting the God King Throne!】

Lu Zheng did not hesitate. He had long made his decision, and directly had an External Avatar begin condensing a divine core to inherit the God King Throne.

Since Lu Zheng's avatar had already reached the Main God energy level, it used an upper god's divine core as a guiding core.

Combined with the condensation of the power of destruction, he easily obtained a Main God-level divine core.

Immediately after, the aura of the avatar before him underwent a tremendous change.

Surging divine power of destruction converged from all directions, instantly elevating that Main God-level divine core to the God King level. Lu Zheng could see the changes in the avatar's information.

【External Avatar: Destruction God King】

【Level: LV. 999 (God King)】

【HP: 599,000 billion / 599,000 billion】

【Mana: 199,000 billion / 199,000 billion】

A peak God King!

Just one level short of touching the threshold of the next tier.

Lu Zheng felt that level nine hundred ninety-nine was absolutely not the endpoint, and this world would not be the limit.

But the practical problems had not yet been solved. Once all the problems were resolved, perhaps it would be time to explore things at a higher level.

Having gained another God King-level External Avatar, Lu Zheng felt even more inflated.

Counting carefully — himself, Taotie, Destruction, and Death — he now had four God King-level combat forces.

His approach could be a bit more aggressive now.

With a single thought, the Gate of the Abyss opened, and Lu Zheng returned once more into the Abyss Demon Realm.

He did not conceal his aura, and the Abomination Demon King who had just been chasing him and had a projection destroyed by him naturally sensed his presence immediately.

In an instant, the Abomination Demon King appeared before his eyes.

This was a terrifying goat-headed giant over ten thousand meters tall, holding a massive mace in its hand.

"You actually dare to come back! Human, die!"

The Abomination Demon King let out an angry roar. He was extremely furious at this human who dared to provoke a Demon King.

His fury and hatred transformed into boundless power. The mace crashed down, as if the entire Abyss was roaring, bringing immense crushing pressure.

However, in the next moment, its arm gripping the mace was struck by the light of destruction that burst forth from the Eye of Destruction at Lu Zheng's brow.

'Bang!'

The entire arm, like a water pipe burst open by high pressure, shattered into fragments in an instant.

A hundred thousand avatars were summoned, and using the 'True Blessing' plus 'Blossoming of the Other Shore Flower' skills, they instantly emptied the Abomination Demon King's magic power.

At the same time, Lu Zheng's figure became incomparably towering.

Taotie's Dharma Aspect Heaven and Earth doubled all attributes, combined with the Long-Armed Ape's Sun-Grabbing and Moon-Seizing, making both arms swell and multiplying his strength tenfold again.

He grabbed the falling mace, teleported above the Abomination Demon King's head, and smashed down viciously.

The Abomination Demon King dodged it.

It did not hit his head, but completely destroyed his right shoulder along with his arm.

Adhering to the principle that no energy should be wasted, Lu Zheng released a Devouring Black Hole to absorb the Abomination Demon King's severed limbs.

Ensuring that even if she wanted to reattach them, she would not be able to find the original limbs.

Of course, it did not have the chance to reattach them anyway.

With no superfluous technique, after adding Star Power, Judgment Power, Destruction Power, Critical Aura, and various other buffs, it was just relentless pounding! The Abomination Demon King, one of the Nine Great Demon Kings of the Abyss Demon Realm, was beaten into fragments blow by blow.

With multiple skills stacked on him, Lu Zheng's defense was maxed out and his strength had exploded; a God King level no longer posed a threat.

Having emptied the opponent's magic power, what remained was a contest of pure physical strength.

Continuous attacks, each one more brutal than the last.

Because the Devouring Black Hole's effect absorbed Demon King-level energy, causing Lu Zheng's level to rise continuously.

Rising rapidly from level 779 to level 798.

Finally, Lu Zheng took the Abomination Demon King's divine core of God King level, summoned the Spirit-Enlightened Stone Monkey, and had it transform into Taotie's form before devouring it.

Devouring it directly himself would be a bit of a waste.

Absorbing only one-fifth was enough to step into level eight hundred, and letting the Spirit-Enlightened Stone Monkey, which was only level 687 at this time, devour it would add another God King-level combatant! When the Abomination Demon King died, the entire Abyss Demon Realm shook completely! (End of this chapter)
