Chapter 543: The Starting Lineup is Released, Heading to the World Cup!
After Echizen Ryoma left, Tokugawa Kazuya, unable to move, continued to lose to Dōgenji Hōō.
After this farce ended, Kamishiro Aki returned to the training camp.
He had originally wanted to fight Mifune Nyūdō.
But that old man Mifune Nyūdō refused to fight no matter what.
Even tempting him with fine wine proved useless.
Seeing this, Kamishiro Aki felt quite helpless.
Mifune Nyūdō also revealed the reason.
"The you of now is not my opponent."
"Moreover, you should focus your attention on the World Cup."
"In one week, the World Cup will begin."
"At that time, pour your sweat fully onto the world stage."
"Even if you defeat me, what of it? I am merely a forty-year-old old man."
These words refreshed Kamishiro Aki's view of Mifune Nyūdō.
Indeed, it is time to turn one's gaze toward the world!
One week later, the representative team list was officially announced.

That is the list.
Kamishiro Aki's ranking was placed second among the Junior High School representatives.
As for rankings, Kamishiro Aki did not care.
Moreover, Mifune Nyūdō and the others had promised to let him compete in the main tournament.
As long as one displays one's strength, there is no need to look at the ranking to know who is stronger!
Furthermore, Kamishiro Aki was quite satisfied with this ranking.
Because he did not need to lead the team; he could just lie back comfortably.
As expected, Echizen Ryoma was also selected.
However, Echizen Ryoma has now gone to America.
Obviously, it is because he can no longer represent the Land of Cherry Blossoms in the competition.
Besides the competing players, some others also departed with the team.
They were Strategist Mitsuya Akuto (Grade 3), a former First Team regular, and the senior who taught Yan Renji data tennis.
