Chapter 455

In Hollywood, the filming of Manchester by the Sea is going smoothly.

The protagonist played by Leonardo, because of his brother's dying will, became the guardian of his nephew.

Because of family affection, he had to return to his hometown, Manchester town, which he had been avoiding.

That is the source of all his pain, sadness, and remorse — and the beginning of the plot.

The film officially entered fast-paced filming, and the shots of Ma Te Damon, Jessica Chastain, and several child actors also unfolded one after another.

Domestic.

It is said that scripts involving gods and ghosts will be reviewed relatively slowly, and Lin Nan Pictures can be considered to have encountered it for the first time.

But fortunately, Journey of Flower was finally approved at once and publicized.

Immediately after, the news was reported by a large number of media, and quickly climbed to the headlines of film and television information.

"Lin Nan Pictures produces its first costume fairy drama, Journey of Flower, successfully approved and officially approved."

"The drama is adapted from a well-known internet novel, and is a big heroine type..."

The film and television circle is almost numb, from the Spring Festival to now, everyone's eyes almost haven't left Lin Nan and Lin Nan Pictures.

Nirvana in Fire, Oscars, foreign language films, martial arts films, fairy dramas... concentrated outbreak in just over two months.

In addition, The Taking of Tiger Mountain is sprinting for 2 billion, just a little bit away.

It has dominated the box office list of the first quarter for more than a month, incomparably dazzling!

Adding these things together, it is impossible for Lin Nan Pictures not to attract the eyes of the industry.

However, while the film and television circle was scolding, they also reacted immediately.

This is a fairy drama!

Looking at the domestic TV series market, there is no fairy drama that doesn't make people popular.

With the strength of Lin Nan Pictures, it will definitely not be shoddy to smash its own brand, this TV series is highly likely to be a high-quality drama.

And how many actors does Shanhai Media have? And half of them went to Brotherhood of Blades 2.

Doesn't this mean that the casting of Journey of Flower will be open to the entire film and television circle? All actors and artists in the circle have a chance!

Just when most film and television companies and actors in the industry were making plans, Jiang Xuerou and Lin Nan Pictures' Weibo updated the news at the same time.

"Independently produced by Lin Nan Pictures, the large-scale costume fairy drama Journey of Flower, starts open casting to the film and television industry from today.

Welcome all film and television, brokerage companies, actors or artist studios to actively submit casting resumes..."

As soon as this Weibo came out, the industry moved immediately.

But everyone also found a problem:

There are many roles published on the official website of Lin Nan Pictures, but only the female lead, that is, the big heroine role, is missing.

"Looks like it's already internally decided! Zhao Liying? Or Reba?"

Many actors and agents realized this problem.

But fortunately, there are still quite a few eye-catching roles, male lead, several male supporting roles, multiple female supporting roles...

"Looks like it's internally decided. Don't think about it, honestly wait for Director Gu's Micro Love to start filming next month. How to say it is also the female lead."

"But fairy dramas really make people popular! Liu Yifei, Yang Mi, they have all acted in fairy..."

"That's no way, it's all internally decided. I can't go to disturb Director Lin and Yifei because of this matter? Not appropriate."

Huang Xiaoming said with a smile, although his voice was gentle, his tone was very firm.

He knows very well that human feelings are not used like this, the more you use, the more you have is the right reason.

If forced, it will only make everyone have gaps, and the gain is not worth the loss.

At night, the sky is very dark.

The crew just finished filming the shot where the male lead played by Leonardo caused his three children to be buried in the sea of fire due to unintentional mistakes.

Jessica's ex-wife role, also because of extreme, heart-piercing grief, her whole body twitched and convulsed, and she was carried into the ambulance with oxygen.

"When this movie is in post-production, it will tire the editor to death."

Lin Nan looked up at the starry sky at night and joked.

At that time, the film plot will constantly switch between reality and memories, the kind without traces.

In reality, after the male lead returns to Manchester, every thing he encounters, even an inadvertent word from a passerby, can make him passively, reflexively think of the past he doesn't want to face in the depths of his memory.

"Leo just held bread and beer, stood in the crowd, watching his house in a raging fire, that kind of blank brain, hindsight, painful remorse and helpless state, very wonderful!"

Ma Te Damon praised.

At this time, the staff was already packing up things.

Tomorrow morning, I have to come over to continue filming, filming a shot of a father watching the police search for his children's remains.

"Under the paralysis of alcohol and drugs, this big fire caused by the male lead's unintentional mistake is his nightmare for more than ten years."

Lin Nan added with a yawn.

"Work finished, hurry home to sleep, sleepy to death... I didn't even answer crystal's call today, going to be nagged! Ah... wu..."

"Haha, Lin, you are really weak."

The mainland's fifth, unofficial, and very disgusting film critic award — Golden Broom Award, announced the winning list.

Feng Xiaogang's Personal Tailor, leading the three younger brothers of Switch and two Tiny Times, won the Most Disappointing Film Award.

Guo Jingming and Sun Jianjun "deserved the name", won the Most Disappointing Director Award.

Jing Tian "happily won" the Most Disappointing Actress Award because of Special Identity, this really can't be quibbled.

Originally everything was the same as previous years, the Golden Broom Award is disgusting, so be it.

Even if they kept sending invitations and shouting on the internet for the "winners" to come to receive the awards, everyone ignored them completely, at most perfunctorily saying "no time".

Maybe the Golden Broom Award also thought so, so it kept brushing its presence, very loudly.

As a result, the organizer made a mistake, this time someone retorted, and it was very fatal.

Guo Jingming might be a bit "angry" recently, he directly @ the Golden Broom Award official:

"Last year, Tiny Times won the Best Film Award of the Shanghai International Film Festival — Movie Channel Media Award unit.

Which one is more professional, your Golden Broom Award or the Shanghai International Film Festival? Who should I listen to?

Do you think you are more professional than the expert judges at the Shanghai International Film Festival? Or are you deliberately disgusting the expert judges at the Shanghai International Film Festival?"

Good heavens, Guo Xiaosi's question is quite tricky, instantly making the circle and media excited.

Everyone clearly knows that Tiny Times is very rotten.

But when Guo Jingming moved out the only international A-class film festival in the country, the Golden Broom Award organizer immediately had no moves.

They didn't even dare to defend themselves.

The internet was mocking that the Golden Broom Award was cowardly, while the film and television circle was watching the joke, they could also understand.

After all, this is the country, among the founding team of the Golden Broom Award, many people rely on official media to eat, can't afford to offend Shanghai.

So the result was destined, the Golden Broom Award, which was still shouting in the morning, was completely silent and had no sound by the afternoon.

Time passed quite fast, Lin Nan had a feeling of nine to six, working overtime from time to time.

Of course, filming in Hollywood, the staff's overtime pay is very high, this is the benefit of having a union.

In the film plot, the uncle and nephew had a disagreement on the issue of whether to leave Manchester to live in another place.

The nephew can no longer leave Manchester, here are his friends, classmates, girlfriend...

But for the male lead, staying in Manchester, he is enduring torment and pain every second, his emotions are on the verge of collapse at any time.

His heart died long ago, no one can walk in, including those women who have a good impression of him.

"Manchester by the Sea, filming is more than half done.

Leo, after the film is finished, I hope you can walk out of the role as soon as possible."

Although not worried that Leonardo wouldn't be able to walk out, Lin Nan still subconsciously reminded him.

The "lifelessness" of the protagonist on Little Li is still quite obvious.

"Lin, don't worry about Leo. As long as he goes to a show, whether it's Victoria's Secret or Fashion Week, he will immediately come back to life, haha..."

Ma Te Damon teased unscrupulously on the side, and Jessica Chastain on the edge was also nodding with a smile.

Leonardo looked at Lin Nan and the others with an indifferent appearance, "Hehe, I know you two envy me, no need to say it."

Uh...

Lin Nan and Ma Te looked at each other, speechless!

Liu Yifei and Shu Chang, are the producer and female lead of Brotherhood of Blades 2, recently jokingly called the fourth cooperation of "best friends" by the media.

After the two wandered outside for a day, after four o'clock in the afternoon, they met an old acquaintance in a cafe near Lin Nan Pictures.

"I am only 4 years older than you two, but today, why does it look like 14 years older."

Jiang Xin touched her face and said with emotion.

Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils and Chinese Paladin 1 are still fresh in memory, when everyone was tender enough to pinch water.

But now by comparison, Liu Yifei and Shu Chang have no changes at all, just she has become "rough" quite a bit.

"Haha, don't say that." Liu Yifei smiled and pulled Shu Chang to sit down.

"Why did you think of asking us to drink coffee today?"

After Shu Chang ordered a coffee with milk, she asked with interest.

"Offering diligence for nothing." Jiang Xin self-deprecatingly said.

"Oh, then understood. Xixi, she is treating you, I am redundant." Shu Chang pretended to be sarcastic.

"Don't talk nonsense, even if you drink here until tomorrow, I will treat."

After saying this, Jiang Xin looked at Liu Yifei, "I just went to your company to cast today."

After this sentence was spoken, Liu Yifei was a bit embarrassed, and scolded with a smile on her face: "What, nonsense..."

Jiang Xin didn't pick up the stubble, but complained about herself:

"Empresses in the Palace can be considered to have been acted in vain, it might also be the reason for my low emotional intelligence, the more I mix, the worse it gets.

Although I felt that others couldn't compare to me when casting today, for the sake of insurance, I still came to find you."

Now Liu Yifei understood.

"The female lead seems to be decided?" Shu Chang looked at her best friend puzzled.

Without waiting for Liu Yifei to speak, Jiang Xin rolled her "Hua Fei" style eyes and grabbed a sentence:

"Look at my appearance, does it look like the appearance that can play the female lead?"

"Haha... you laughed to death."

Liu Yifei hit Shu Chang and nodded to Jiang Xin with a smile: "No problem, rest assured, you can receive a reply tomorrow."

"Then thank you so much, come, cheers."

The movement of Sina Weibo made the film and television entertainment industry and the internet industry all look sideways.

The former announced to the outside world that Weibo officially removed the "Sina" prefix, leaving only the two words "Weibo".

This declared that the Weibo business of the other two internet companies, which were dying, completely died, closed servers, and stopped operations.

Nowadays, there is indeed only one Weibo left on the market, from Sina, dominating alone!

This news is not big news.

What really made the two industries widen their eyes is the "Proposed Listing Prospectus" released by Weibo to the outside world!

In the prospectus of hundreds of pages, it detailed all the data, plans, and expectations of Sina's Weibo from its birth, to several rounds of financing, as well as existing scale, market share, future potential, etc.

Just from the prospectus and real examples, one conclusion can be drawn, this is a unicorn enterprise with great potential and market.

However, what made the film and television entertainment industry stunned is the information about Lin Nan excerpted by the media from the prospectus.

Before, everyone only knew that Lin Nan got shares at the beginning of Weibo's founding, but how much share it was, the circle couldn't know.

Remember on the eve of the release of The Flowers of War, there was a draft on the internet called "I acted in a bed scene with Bale", which made Mou girl Ni Ni and Zhang Yimou feel ashamed.

At that time, there was gossip that Zhang Yimou found Lin Nan to help, and then quickly removed the draft and banned Zhang Dapao for a period of time.

Now it seems that this gossip is not groundless, it is true!
