The Spirit Transformation Realm contains three minor realms: Fleshly Body Spirit Transformation, the Reshaping of the True Self on a spiritual level, and Cave Heaven Spirit Nourishment.

These are the three minor realms of the Spirit Transformation Realm, and also three necessary, non-skippable steps:

The first step is to let the fleshly body generate spirits, making the fleshly body full of spirituality.

The second step is the reshaping at the spiritual level, which is also the deepening and elevation of self-cognition. It allows the Heaven and Earth spiritual energy of the outside world to combine with one's own spirit, further cultivating and elevating spirituality, thereby molding the True Self of the soul.

The third step is to use the Cave Heaven to nourish the spirit, using the spirit to fill oneself, making oneself reach the strongest state. This spirit can be mountains, rivers, plants, or trees, or it can be various fierce beasts, or even oneself.

On the path of cultivation, the Banxue Realm is the measure of entry-level aptitude.

The Dongtian Realm is the foundation on the path of cultivation; it embodies endless potential, and the number of Cave Heavens opened determines future growth.

And the Spirit Transformation Realm is the evolution and reshaping of the True Self on this foundation, making the foundation even more unshakable.

The spiritual Reshaping of the True Self already involves the ultimate mysteries of the soul.

If one can comprehend it thoroughly, the whole person will be sublimated, and one's own self will undergo Nirvana into a Divine Fetus True Spirit.

Anyone who has achieved great success at this level has already, in the subsequent step of Cave Heaven Spirit Nourishment, nurtured a Spirit God—that is, the True Self molded by the soul—whose combat power is not weaker than the true body.

Therefore, if one can reach the extreme of the Spirit Transformation realm, the mysteries are indescribable, and there will be various divine changes and benefits.

Now Mengchen has completed the first step of the Spirit Transformation Realm, which is Fleshly Body Spirit Transformation; what he needs to do next is to let the Heaven and Earth spiritual energy fuse with his own spirit, thereby achieving the process of molding the True Self.

Now he wants to further transform; not only must he draw in the Heaven and Earth spiritual energy from the outside, but he must also drive the various Runes of his fleshly body, which has already undergone spirit transformation, to nourish and temper his soul. Only when the soul reaches a certain strength can he attempt to reshape the True Self.

Otherwise, if the soul is damaged, it is a quite large and serious problem; at the slightest provocation, he could perish, and everything would turn into a dreamlike bubble.

In this process, Mengchen drew the surrounding Heaven and Earth spiritual energy into his body, while on the other hand, the various Runes of the spirits within his body shone and pulsed, slowly wandering through the meridians and flesh of his body, gradually rising to the Spirit Sea in his brain.

For a time, Runes jumped into the Spirit Sea, which had originally been as thin as a gossamer thread and looked nearly empty, accompanied by a small amount of Heaven and Earth spiritual energy. Those gossamer-like threads of energy were Mengchen's spirit, which is also a way the soul currently exists.

During these two months, Tianhu Shaonü and Heizi had both remained immersed and had not yet awakened, while Shi Hao woke up and went out for a stroll once during this period, then returned and started cultivating again.

During this time, Heaven and Earth spiritual energy swirled like divine clouds and mist, pouring into their bodies without interruption.
