Cultivating according to the Great Vow path is cultivating your own vow power. Alas, Xuanzhen Taiyi was born because of the Great Vow. If the benefactor walks the Great Vow, it will be difficult to restrain him."

This lotus seed was also taken by the Bodhi Tree.

Only two lotus seeds remained.

Now Prajna Wisdom and Mahayana Vow had already gone.

Brother Qian Chen wondered: "Six Dharmas of the Buddhist sect, Prajna Wisdom is Great Wisdom, Mahayana Vow is Great Vow, Tathagata Appearance is Dharma Characteristics, Golden Body is Golden Body, Lotus Seat is Fruit Position. Now removing the Golden Body method, which is the Jin Gang Body sitting on the Lotus Seat, now only one kind of Bodhi Heart remains. Could it be that the Bodhi Heart is in the Compassion or Action method?"

The Bodhi Heavenly Heavenly Linggen smiled: "Can the benefactor guess which lotus seed the Bodhi Heart is?"

Brother Qian Chen picked up Compassion and said: "Once the heart of compassion falls, it is Bodhi. I guess the Bodhi Heart is the heart of compassion!"

The Bodhi Heavenly Heavenly Linggen said: "The benefactor really has wisdom roots."

The Twelve-Petal Jin Lian was also excited: "It's settled! Regardless of the Lord Pangu Demon Lord or the Xuanzhen Taiyi Demon Xie Xie Zushi, they will definitely not have a heart of compassion. Cultivating according to this path, you will definitely be able to achieve the right fruit."

"Heart of compassion!"

Brother Qian Chen's face was bitter, and he was in a dilemma: "I have the heart of compassion, and I don't lack benevolence and righteousness. But what kind of Great Dao is the Buddhist heart of compassion? Please explain in detail..."

Brother Qian Chen smiled slightly, the Nezha killing appearance manifested behind him, and he stepped on the red lotus, igniting infinite karma fire.

Listen to Brother Qian Chen: "Karma is a huge obstacle in heaven and earth. Obstacles fall and karma is born. People walk in heaven and earth, acting because of desire, and because of action, they hinder heaven and earth, so there is a reaction force, its name is karma!"

The Bodhi Tree slowly shook its head, sighing: "The karma the benefactor speaks of is the karma in divine abilities and magic spells. It is only after I, the Buddha, attained the Causality Dao Fruit and held the Causality Dao Fruit that heaven and earth gave birth to karma, with infinite retribution. But before I, the Buddha, attained the Causality Dao Fruit, was there no retribution?"

"Causality Dao Fruit?"

Brother Qian Chen's pupils shrank, and he suddenly understood why the complete Dao Fruits added to the Twelve-Petal Jin Lian and the Bodhi Heavenly Heavenly Linggen were not how profound.

"The Buddha is the one who has the deepest cultivation of Dao Fruits. Other Dao Venerables have already put down their Dao Fruits. Only he picked up the Dao Fruit and held it in his hand, as if holding up the Causality Great Dao for the heavens and ten thousand realms, so that good and evil karma could be reported through the invisible Causality Great Dao."

The Western Kunlun Mirror saw that Brother Qian Chen didn't know this secret, so it traveled back to the past, found a gap, and told Brother Qian Chen.

"Holding up the Great Dao for heaven and earth?"

Brother Qian Chen's face was solemn: "Worthy of being the Buddha!"

"Karma is before the Great Dao, it is a principle that exists forever like causality and extinction."

The Bodhi Root said: "There are Buddhist disciples who often say that those who commit evil karma will definitely be reported to their own bodies, and there are so-called three karmas of mouth, body, and intention, entangled in reincarnation and past lives, and causal retribution is endless."

"In fact, before I, the Buddha, held up the Causality Great Dao, retribution did not exist!"

"Karma and retribution do not exist at all... Evil people do evil things and create evil karma, but they will not be reported to their own bodies."

"What?"

The spiritual treasures with shallow qualifications were all shocked. The various Buddhist Dharmas, reincarnation, and retribution spoken by the Buddhist sect were actually forcibly inserted into the heaven and earth Great Dao by the Buddha? The evil karma obtained by those Buddhist practitioners actually came from the Buddha.

"But can the benefactor believe that others have hearts?" The Bodhi Root asked back.

"If there is a heart, there is a feeling, and if there is a feeling, one can receive karma."

"Sentient beings, because they have feelings, have hearts, and because they have hearts, they have karma. A stone has no knowledge or consciousness, so it has no heart. Even if it is crushed, what karma is there to speak of? But sentient beings in the world do evil things and do evil deeds. Is there really no consequence?"

"Good and evil are born from the heart!" Brother Qian Chen said calmly: "Therefore, karma is born from the heart!"

The Bodhi Tree nodded slowly: "People create all kinds of evil karma, which is naturally reported on others!"

"The so-called karma is nothing more than moving the hearts of others. If a mark is left in the heart, it is karma. This is mouth karma..."

"If one person kills or plunders, others will inevitably be harmed, which is the karma received by others."

"If one person is bullied, slandered, or suffers various malice in childhood, how can there be kindness in the heart when growing up? Thus killing and setting fire, the flow of karma, is it not born from karma? Looking at all evils, they are born from karma and flow from karma."

"Similarly, good karma will also flow."

Brother Qian Chen nodded slowly. He did not deny this. The Bodhi Tree was just stating a very simple truth, that is, all fruits have causes, there is no groundless evil, these evils are born from the aggregation of causes and conditions, but more importantly, it is the flow of karma.

Tracing all sins, the heart before they sprout must have been touched by others.

No matter whether this touch is being hurt, or seeing evil with one's own eyes, or being influenced by some gossip.

They all exist!

All karma is born from the heart and moves from the heart.

Brother Qian Chen suddenly understood what the heart of compassion the Bodhi Tree was persuading him to have!

He killed one person, even if it was an evil person, it was certainly saving many people and avoiding more people from being harmed by the evil person in the future. But does the evil person have no kindness?

Does the act of killing not create karma?

If the evil person has a wife and children at home, and they starve to death because the evil person died, even if Brother Qian Chen didn't want to kill them, if they have kindness in their hearts, they will die because of Brother Qian Chen.

The Buddha in the past saw this scene and felt compassion in his heart, sitting under the Bodhi tree, thinking about how to truly solve the root of the problem.

In the end, there was no gain, but because of a Bodhi heart, he decided not to create any karma and not to harm anyone.

Brother Qian Chen is open-minded, killing one person to save ten thousand people, I will go.

But the ancestor of the past was unwilling to kill one person for ten thousand people, because in his view, karma has no weight, and creating karma from karma makes the number of karma infinite, so he stood up for all kinds of karma because of his Bodhi heart.

That is, bearing all karma without creating karma, and the karma between heaven and earth stops there when it reaches him.

This is the Bodhi heart.

Brother Qian Chen understood the heart of compassion, but he was not prepared to cultivate according to this at all.

Because this completely violates his nature. The so-called flow of karma, good and evil retribution, and his own thoughts and actions harming others are originally natural.

Did the Buddha save sentient beings?

Now, isn't it still the rotation of all karma, with greed, hatred, and ignorance drowning the heavens and ten thousand realms?

"Because of great compassion, great wisdom is born, because of great wisdom, great vows are established, and because of great vows, great actions exist. The Bodhi heart sprouts, and all divine abilities come naturally, because these divine abilities are not for the sake of creating evil karma, but for tempering oneself."

"Great action?" The Supreme Supreme Tian Mo Tablet sneered: "Doing nothing is great action?"

"Is it not a great action to not harm others despite the infinite divine abilities of the Buddha, even if his heart is aching to death and his great vows are almost collapsing?" The Twelve-Petal Jin Lian said strictly.

The Bodhi Root did not want to answer at all, but looked at Brother Qian Chen and said: "In the benefactor's heart, there is also a heart of compassion. The Bodhi heart is not in me, nor in the Buddha, but originally in the hearts of all living beings. The so-called divine abilities and magic power are just things that come in response to karma. Compassion, wisdom, vow, and action are the Great Dao. Divine abilities and magic power are karmic obstacles. When karmic obstacles come, do not let them hinder the Great Dao in the heart because of their existence, and when karmic obstacles go, do not abandon the Great Dao because of their use!"

"I say, the Bodhi heart is given to the fellow Daoist! It is because, if the fellow Daoist cultivates this heart, all kinds of Xuanzhen Taiyi and Tai Shang thoughts are just divine abilities."

"External appearances are all demons, but they cannot move."

The Bodhi Root finished speaking and closed its eyes.

The Great Supreme Supreme Tian Mo Tablet looked at Brother Qian Chen nervously. Everything else was fine, but if the Xuanzhen Taiyi Demon Xie Xie Zushi was persuaded to enter Buddhism.

The face of his Nine Netherworlds Demon Dao would be completely lost!

"I will slash the Buddha of the past with one knife, what cultivation is all nonsense!"

The Bodhi Tree said calmly: "Letting you give birth to evil thoughts, although it is caused by all evil roots, is also creating karma. Do you know the difficulty of the Buddha's Great Vow? In the past, when watching the Buddha's cultivation, I don't know how many people had evil thoughts moved in their hearts. It was precisely because in the Buddha's cultivation, he sensed that people died because of him, creating killing karma, that he gave birth to the ability to sense the hearts of others, and then after all kinds of hardships, he persuaded everyone's killing intent, and also led the evil karma of killing to himself. This was his first tribulation of giving birth to divine abilities!"

"The Buddha's cultivation is not for you to harm. If you kill someone, isn't it also a kind of creating karma?"

Brother Qian Chen understood. What the Bodhi Root told him was actually.

Because of compassion, wisdom, vows, and actions, the Buddha gave birth to infinite divine abilities during his cultivation.

These divine abilities seemed to be helping him cultivate, but they were actually tribulations, until his hometown suffered a great disaster. Although the Buddha had infinite divine abilities, as long as he moved, his cultivation would be destroyed.

And this tribulation did not come from ignorance, but was just a kind of nature in the human world, a kind of suffering, a kind of impermanence of all actions.

The Buddha endured the tribulation and did not use divine abilities from beginning to end.

He continued the great compassion, great wisdom, great vows, and great actions.

But he also felt the suffering of all living beings, the impermanence of all actions. Just not wanting to harm others, he had to suffer such impermanence.

All suffering in the world is born from karma.

But it is not because you realize the Buddhist Dharma that it disappears. Unless you are pure and extinguished, far away from everything, otherwise even if you are a Buddha, you have to experience pain. The so-called Buddhist Dharma is not to bring pain to others.

"And then?"

The Bodhi Tree said calmly: "Heart-to-heart transmission, obtaining the Great Vehicle!"

"The Buddhist Dharma is dead!"

Brother Qian Chen sighed: "What you cultivate now is magic..."

The Bodhi Tree,

"Great Conduct?" The Supreme Supreme Tian Mo Stele sneered, "Doing nothing is Great Conduct?"

"With the Buddha's divine powers, even if his heart ached to the point of death and his great vow nearly collapsed, he still did not harm others—is that not Great Conduct?" The Twelfth-Rank Jin Lian's tone was stern.

The Bodhi Heavenly Heavenly Linggen, however, did not want to answer at all. Instead, it looked at Brother Qian Chen and said, "In the benefactor's heart, there is also a heart of compassion. The Bodhi heart is not in me, nor in the Buddha, but originally exists in the hearts of all sentient beings. So-called divine powers and magic are merely things that come in response to karma. Compassion, wisdom, vows, and conduct are the Great Dao; divine powers and magic are karmic obstacles. When karmic obstacles arrive, do not let their existence hinder the Great Dao in your heart; when karmic obstacles depart, do not abandon the Great Dao because of their use!"

"I say, give the Bodhi heart to the fellow Daoist! It is because, for the fellow Daoist who cultivates this heart, all thoughts of Xuanzhen Taiyi and Taishang are merely divine powers."

"External forms of all demons, yet they cannot move him."

The Bodhi Heavenly Heavenly Linggen closed its eyes after speaking.

Brother Qian Chen, however, had a moved expression. If he truly possessed the heart of the Buddha of yesteryear, naturally neither Xuanzhen Taiyi nor Taishang could move him; he only needed to view them as external objects, as the supreme divine powers of the Buddha of yesteryear.

The Great Supreme Supreme Tian Mo Stele looked at Brother Qian Chen nervously; other things didn't matter, but if the Xuanzhen Taiyi Demon Xie Xie Zushi were persuaded to enter Buddhism...

His Nine Heavens Demon Path's face would be completely lost!

"So-called Bodhi heart cultivation—I'll just hack the Buddha of yesteryear with a blade; any cultivation is just nonsense!"

The Bodhi Heavenly Heavenly Linggen said calmly, "Causing evil thoughts to arise in your heart, though caused by all evil roots, is also creating karma. Do you know how difficult the Buddha's great vow was? In the past, when seeing the Buddha's cultivation, there were countless people whose evil roots were stirred in their hearts. It was precisely because, during the Buddha's cultivation, he sensed that some died because of him, creating killing karma, that he gave birth to the ability to sense others' hearts. Then, through ten thousand hardships, he transformed everyone's killing intent and drew the evil karma of killing onto himself. This was the first tribulation of his budding divine powers!"

"The Buddha's cultivation was not for you to harm; if he let you kill people, wouldn't that also be a kind of creating karma?"

Brother Qian Chen understood; what the Bodhi Heavenly Heavenly Linggen was actually telling him was this.

Because of compassion, wisdom, vows, and conduct, the Buddha gave birth to immeasurable divine powers during his cultivation.

These divine powers seemed to be helping his cultivation, but in reality, they were all tribulations. Until his homeland suffered a great disaster, although the Buddha had immeasurable divine powers, as long as he moved, his cultivation would be completely destroyed.

And this tribulation did not come from ignorance; it was just a natural occurrence in the human world, a kind of suffering, a kind of impermanence of all conditioned things.

The Buddha endured the tribulation and, from beginning to end, did not use his divine powers.

He continued his great compassion, great wisdom, great vows, and great conduct.

But at the same time, he also felt the suffering of all sentient beings, the impermanence of all things; just by not wanting to harm others, one had to suffer such impermanence.

All suffering in the world arises because of karma.

But it does not disappear because you suddenly realize the Buddha-Dharma; unless you reach pure extinction and distance yourself from everything, even if you are a Buddha, you must experience pain. The so-called Buddha-Dharma is not bringing pain to others.

"And then what?"

The Bodhi Tree said calmly, "Transmitting heart to heart, receiving the Mahayana!"

"The Buddha-Dharma is dead!"

Brother Qian Chen sighed, "What you cultivate now is magic..."

The Bodhi Tree, the Twelfth-Rank Jin Lian, and even other spiritual treasures related to Buddhism all lowered their heads in silence.

Brother Qian Chen pondered for a long time, sitting upright on that prayer mat. The various Buddha-Dharmas from before could not move his heart, but the story of the Buddha attaining the Dao told by the Bodhi Tree unexpectedly moved Brother Qian Chen.

Facing the wall and thinking, he did not know how long it had been before Brother Qian Chen opened his eyes and cut off the Bodhi.

"Bodhi is not my Dao. Even if there is a heart of compassion, if I am no longer I, that heart is not this heart. What use is it?"

"Bodhi sprouts because of a thought of kindness; this heart is like that heart!"

"But although the Buddha of yesteryear had a great vow, didn't he still break his vow?" Brother Qian Chen sighed, "Because of one kindness, he did not want to harm others—how magnificent. Alas, his homeland was destroyed, which ultimately let him know that what divine powers could save, the Bodhi heart could not. Even though he passed the tribulation of divine powers, he failed to pass the tribulation of the Buddha-Dharma, teaching the Dao he realized to others and creating countless verbal karmas. The current divine powers, magic, and longevity Dao fruits..."

"Are all... merely demonic obstacles!"

"The Buddha-Dharma was originally a method of self-liberation. Alas, he taught it to others, creating the Mahayana, and thus the fruit of self-liberation was also gone. Only demons remained..."

"The only thing to be comforted by now is that the bit of compassion from back then has not changed."

"No wonder the Mahayana path is also called Bodhisattva; its foundation is that Bodhi heart."

Although Brother Qian Chen's words were harsh, Buddhism had heard words more excessive than this, but the deep demonic nature within them made the Bodhi Tree, which had always been calm, shudder with emotion.

But the change in his homeland and the tribulation of divine powers and magic could not destroy the Buddha's cultivation, yet the final creation of the Buddha-Dharma completely destroyed his initial cultivation.

Because the initial thought was not to harm anyone, not to create karma, and not to let sentient beings be hurt.

But spreading the Buddha-Dharma immediately brought infinite karmic force, harming countless people and making countless people suffer; his initial cultivation was already completely destroyed.

Therefore, the Buddha is the Demon Xie Xie Zushi, the Buddha-Dharma is magic, and Buddhism is a demonic cult.

Only because the initial Bodhi heart is still there.

Therefore, the Buddha is still the initial him.

It is just that he fell into another kind of demon called "saving all sentient beings."

Compassion gives birth to wisdom, wisdom establishes vows, and vows lead to conduct.

Finally, wisdom is transmitted to all sentient beings, compassion remains, the great vow is completely destroyed, and his conduct is no longer born from the vow.

"The Bodhi heart is the Buddha's original intention, which is why he established a great vow, had great conduct, and established a great religion."

"Still, his original intention has not changed!"

"That is his Dao. My original intention is not a heart of compassion, nor is it a Dao of not harming anyone. I have the heart to harm anyone, trample on the innocent, and affect all sentient beings. As long as that comes from my original heart."

"This heart does not move; the suffering of others is, to me, all... illusory!"

The Bodhi Tree shuddered and said, "The benefactor's demonic nature is indeed deep!"

Ordinary demon lord: The Bodhi heart is infinite divine power and magic; what can you do if I hack you to death with a blade?

The true source of the Demon Path: I see that this Buddha has also fallen into being a demon!

"Thank you for transmitting the Dharma!"

Brother Qian Chen bowed respectfully to the Bodhi Tree.

The Bodhi Tree, however, declined this bow.

Only at this moment did it perceive that this spiritual light cut off by Taishang, the spirituality of the Dao Dust Bead stained with dust, was indeed—firm in its demonic nature.

Not understanding the Buddha-Dharma, being obsessed and not realizing, and having one's spiritual platform obscured by greed, hatred, and ignorance is not terrible; one day, they will perceive the true Great Dao of the Buddha-Dharma and take refuge in Buddhism.

But knowing all this, and even having the Bodhi sprout within one's original heart.

Having deep kindness, and even to some extent identifying with the principles explained by the Buddha.

Yet still going one's own way and remaining unchanged after experiencing all kinds of pain—that is the true Patriarch Patriarch Damo!

The Twelfth-Rank Jin Lian quietly moved its prayer mat.

Its cultivation was still inferior to the Bodhi Tree's; now that it saw a demon that the Bodhi could not save, it had better retreat to avoid being tainted by the demon!
