Chapter 2130: Following the clues forward

Li Yalin's words made An Chongqiu feel a jolt.

He also immediately began to calculate the rationality of this matter in his heart.

Thinking it over, he felt that Li Yalin's point of view was very correct.

If all of this were a coincidence, then the Old Master could no longer be described as just having great fortune; it was simply divine protection.

Moreover, Gu Qiuyi's timing was simply too perfect.

If she had been even ten minutes later, once the Old Master suffered brain death due to oxygen deprivation, even an immortal might not have been able to save him.

Besides that, her sudden decision to fly so far to Los Angeles to visit tonight was indeed somewhat inconceivable.

After all, the distance between the east and west coasts of the United States is over four thousand kilometers; this distance is even further than from Mocheng, the northernmost part of China, to Hainan Island at the southernmost tip.

Crossing such a long distance late at night to visit really is somewhat unreasonable.

What's more, Gu Qiuyi had not been in the United States for just a day or two. If she wanted to visit, she could have arranged it much earlier, or she could have simply waited until later, when she came to Los Angeles for her concert, to visit the family on the way.

But she happened to choose this time, which is very likely as Li Yalin said: she only rushed over after learning that the Old Master was critically ill.

Thinking of this, he couldn't help but say, "If that's really the case, then where did Miss Gu get the news? The An family has many members; I certainly wouldn't dare guarantee that all An family members and servants are absolutely reliable, but the leakage of information takes time; it couldn't have been that fast."

Li Yalin said, "If you really want to know, you must start from the moment she landed at the An family and work backward to sort out her entire movement path. For example, which airport did her plane take off from, and at what time? Then work backward from the airport: how did she get to the airport? What time did she arrive? Who was she with? Then continue to trace back to see where she actually departed from before going to the airport."

As he spoke, Li Yalin immediately typed on his computer and said, "All civil aviation flight information and flight paths are publicly searchable online, and private jets are the same. I'll take a look now at the flight situation from New York to Los Angeles this afternoon."

While speaking, Li Yalin found a series of information on the website. Then, while operating the mouse, he said, "There were only seven private jets that flew from New York to Los Angeles this afternoon, and the ones that finally landed on the An family runway... hmm, only two. I recognize yours, and this other one with registration number B9733 should be the one Gu Qiuyi took."

After saying this, Li Yalin exclaimed, "She actually took off from JFK Airport just like you, and your takeoff times were only 20 minutes apart."

Upon hearing this, An Chongqiu was shocked.

Before he could speak, Li Yalin said somewhat excitedly, "Good! Good! I've finally caught a clue! I'll have someone thoroughly check the airport information and surveillance to see where this Gu Qiuyi got such supernatural powers to receive the news in such a short time!"

An Chongqiu was slightly stunned and hurriedly said, "Old Li, why don't we stop here and not investigate any further?"

Li Yalin asked in surprise, "Why? This is the only clue I can catch right now, and I feel more and more that my judgment must be correct. It's precisely because the Old Master's critical illness came so suddenly that this Gu Qiuyi didn't have the opportunity to properly handle the clues she left behind. Otherwise, if she had really been given enough time, and the person hiding behind the scenes had been allowed to plan and calculate every step, we wouldn't even be able to find this little clue!" ===== CHAPTER 2131 =====
