Chapter 2215: Watching Him Die with My Own Eyes

When Instructor Lin led everyone to rush to Robin's Nest, Liu Manqiong drove her Tesla and brought Ye Chen to Lan Kwai Fong.

After parking the car in front of Wave Club, Liu Manqiong asked Ye Chen: "Are we really going in?"

Ye Chen nodded and said: "Since we're here, we have to go in and sit for a while."

After saying that, Ye Chen prepared to push the door and get out of the car.

In her anxiety, Liu Manqiong grabbed Ye Chen's hand and said nervously: "Ye Chen, think about it again. The Zhong family and the Hongmen must be searching everywhere for the whereabouts of Zhong Zitao and the others right now. As soon as they find Robin's Nest, they will know it was us who took Zhong Zitao. By then, they will definitely be searching all over Hong Kong for us. If we run now, we might still make it, but if we go in there, it will be hard to get out."

Ye Chen smiled slightly and said: "Don't be afraid. It's your birthday today; just consider it a good show for you to watch. It's not easy to catch a show like this."

Seeing his persistent expression, Liu Manqiong said helplessly: "Fine, I'll accompany you to the end today."

As she spoke, she let go of Ye Chen's hand, pushed the door, and got out of the car.

Subsequently, the two walked into the entrance of Wave Club together.

The time was eight o'clock in the evening.

It was exactly the time when the nightclub started to get customers.

When the two entered the nightclub, the booths were already eighty percent full.

A beautiful waitress walked up and asked Ye Chen: "Sir, would you like to sit at the bar or in a booth?"

Ye Chen asked her curiously: "What's the deal with the bar, and what about the booths?"

The waitress said: "There is no minimum consumption for the bar, while the minimum consumption for booths ranges from 3,888 to 88,800."

Ye Chen nodded and waved his hand: "Give me the most expensive one."

A look of joy appeared in the waitress's eyes, and she hurriedly said respectfully: "Sir, Miss, please come inside! Our largest booth just happens to be unreserved!"

After saying that, she finally saw Liu Manqiong beside Ye Chen through the dim light.

In Hong Kong, many people know Liu Manqiong. After all, she has been rated as the most beautiful second-generation rich kid in Hong Kong for the past few years. Although she is very low-key, she often appears in local Hong Kong news and magazines.

This waitress recognized Liu Manqiong and was shocked in her heart. She didn't expect that Liu Manqiong would actually come to a place like a nightclub with a man.

Moreover, this shop was not an ordinary nightclub; it was a business owned by the Hongmen.

Those who often come here to play have some connection with the Hongmen. To put it bluntly, they are basically street thugs or little hoodlums. Decent people would never come to a nightclub like this.

Therefore, seeing Liu Manqiong appear here, the waitress was also somewhat dumbfounded.

However, she didn't show her surprise but asked Ye Chen respectfully: "Sir, for your minimum consumption of 88,800, would you like a set menu or à la carte?"

Ye Chen waved his hand: "Set menu."

The waitress nodded and said: "Are you paying by cash or card? If by card, I'll bring the POS machine over."

Ye Chen said calmly: "Card."

As he spoke, he took out the black gold card and slapped it on the table.

Seeing this card, both the waitress and Liu Manqiong were extremely surprised.

Especially Liu Manqiong; compared to the waitress who just thought the black gold card was very impressive, she was the most aware of the gold content of this black gold card.

It was impossible to get this kind of black gold card without having over ten billion in cash in the account.

For a second-generation rich kid like her, ten billion in assets wasn't surprising, after all, her father's assets were nearly a hundred billion Hong Kong dollars. However, the difficulty lay in having ten billion in cash assets.

If, as Ye Chen said, he worked at Yisu Shipping, then even if the entire Yisu Shipping were handed over to him to manage, he couldn't possibly have such wealth.

Therefore, this made her even more curious about Ye Chen's true identity.

The waitress diligently brought the POS machine over, and after helping Ye Chen swipe the card, she immediately reported three big pieces of news to the manager.

The first piece of news was that the famous Liu Manqiong had actually come to their shop;

The second piece of news was that the man who came with her was actually holding a top-tier black card;

The third piece of news was that Liu Manqiong seemed to be in a romantic relationship with that man.

Upon hearing this, the manager immediately instructed the waitress to serve them well, and at the same time, subconsciously took out his phone, preparing to call Zhong family's young master, Zhong Zitao.

Everyone knew that Zhong Zitao had been pursuing Liu Manqiong, but it seemed now that Liu Manqiong had already found someone else. ===== CHAPTER 2216 =====
