Chapter 2253: Ye Chen's requirements

Liu Jiahui's spirit and will had long been destroyed by Ye Chen. He could no longer afford to consider gains and losses; his only wish was to be spared from death.

Therefore, no matter what conditions Ye Chen proposed, he was willing to agree without hesitation in his heart.

Seeing that Liu Jiahui had completely given in, Ye Chen had achieved his goal of punishing him, so he said coldly: "Liu Jiahui, listen carefully. The first thing I want you to do is to compensate Uncle Zhong for twenty years of salary according to the highest salary of professional managers in Hong Kong, and then pay two times more as compensation. One part is for Uncle Zhong's youth loss, and the other part is for the mental distress of Uncle Zhong's family."

Having said this, Ye Chen added: "In other words, you have to pay Uncle Zhong sixty years of salary according to the highest salary of professional managers in Hong Kong at once. Do you have any objections?"

"I have none!" Liu Jiahui blurted out almost without hesitation. How could he dare to have any objections at this time?

According to Ye Chen's requirements, it would be at most 6 or 7 billion Hong Kong dollars, which is less than 1 billion US dollars.

Chen Zhaozhong, who was on the side, hurriedly said: "Young Master Ye, I cannot accept this money..."

Ye Chen said earnestly: "Uncle Zhong, the main purpose of this money is twofold: compensation and punishment. Even if you don't need his money, he must pay this price, even if you turn around and donate it."

Chen Zhaozhong nodded lightly when he heard this.

Ye Chen said to Liu Jiahui again: "The second thing I want you to do is to buy the villa of the Huo family next to your mansion on Shixun Road and give it to Uncle Zhong's family, and then personally invite Uncle Zhong's family to move in. When moving, you must invite the best master of ceremonies in Hong Kong to host the most grand housewarming ceremony!"

Liu Jiahui was speechless.

He really didn't expect Ye Chen to make such a request of him.

Chen Zhaozhong was already a hurdle in his heart. For so many years, he had wished he could get rid of him, but now not only could he not get rid of him, but he also had to become neighbors with him...

For Liu Jiahui, this request was indeed a bit unacceptable.

Chen Zhaozhong also didn't expect Ye Chen to make such a request.

For him, he didn't want to be neighbors with Liu Jiahui every day; just thinking about it felt a bit weird.

However, Ye Chen had his own ideas.

He felt that for a villain like Liu Jiahui who goes back on his word, he must not let him experience this pain only this once.

The best way is to keep the alarm bell ringing in his heart.

At this time, Liu Jiahui was extremely depressed, but he didn't dare to anger Ye Chen, so he could only think in his heart: "Damn it, at worst, I won't live there in the future! I have countless properties all over the world. As long as I move away from Shixun Road, I won't have to see him and be annoyed!"

Thinking of this, he hurriedly said: "Okay, Mr. Ye, I will definitely handle it according to your requirements... handle it properly..."

But he didn't know that Ye Chen seemed to be able to read minds, and said: "Also, I want to remind you that from now on, you must live in your mansion on Shixun Road for at least two hundred days a year."

Liu Jiahui was dumbfounded.

Being neighbors with Chen Zhaozhong was one thing, but making him live there for two hundred days a year was simply killing him and punishing his heart, right?

Ye Chen continued at this time: "Also, transfer your driver to another position. I will send a soldier from the Wanlong Palace to be your bodyguard and driver. At the same time, he will help me monitor your daily itinerary. If you stay at Shixun Road for one day less in a year, you will be fined 100 million US dollars."

Liu Jiahui was speechless with a bitter face.

He really didn't expect Ye Chen to be so damaging, rubbing his face on the ground repeatedly.

However, no matter how depressed he was, he didn't dare to have any rebuttal to Ye Chen, so he could only nod and say: "Mr. Ye, rest assured... I will definitely do as you say... definitely do as you say..."

Ye Chen added: "Oh, by the way, it costs money for my Wanlong Palace soldiers to be your bodyguard and driver. I will have Pojun select four soldiers, rotating every quarter to serve you, and you must pay a reward of 2 million US dollars per month. Do you understand?"

Liu Jiahui could only say honestly: "I understand, Mr. Ye. 2 million US dollars per month, I will definitely pay on time!"

Ye Chen nodded and said indifferently: "The third thing is to immediately strip the property rights of the snack street near Hong Kong University from your current group structure, establish a separate company, and the company's shareholder must be Miss Manqiong alone!"

Hearing this, Liu Manqiong looked at Ye Chen in surprise. She didn't know why Ye Chen would bring up the snack street here.

At this time, Ye Chen continued: "All decisions for this snack street in the future must be made by Miss Manqiong. If you dare to develop it without authorization, no matter when I find out, I will have your driver break your legs immediately!"

"If you are sitting in the car at that time, I will have the driver pull the car over and pull you out to break your legs;"

"If you are sleeping in the bedroom at that time, I will have the driver break in directly, pull you off the bed, and break your legs! Do you understand?"

Liu Jiahui was scared out of his wits. He knew that his plan to develop the snack street had angered Ye Chen, so he hurriedly expressed his position: "Mr. Ye, rest assured, I will never redevelop this snack street..."

Ye Chen waved his hand: "This snack street won't be yours in the future, and you don't have the qualifications to say such things. You just need to hand over all the property rights of the snack street to Miss Manqiong."

As he spoke, Ye Chen remembered that Liu Manqiong's snack street was losing money every year, so he said: "Oh, by the way, when stripping the property rights, remember to inject 100 million US dollars into Miss Manqiong's new company as operating funds. In the future, you will only have the share of paying money in this company, and you will have no decision-making power. Do you understand?"

Liu Jiahui nodded like a chicken pecking at rice: "I understand... I understand!"

Ye Chen nodded slightly and said indifferently: "Besides these things, there is one last thing."

Liu Jiahui became nervous again.

He knew that the things Ye Chen just said were all centered around Chen Zhaozhong and his daughter Liu Manqiong, but Ye Chen hadn't given any punishment for his going back on his word to Ye Changying back then.

Therefore, this last thing must be related to Ye Changying.

So, he looked up at Ye Chen and said nervously: "Mr. Ye... please... please give your instructions..."

Ye Chen's voice turned cold, and he said word by word: "I won't require the 20 billion US dollars in ten years I mentioned earlier, considering Miss Manqiong's sake, but you violated the promise you made to my father back then. So, I want you to fly to Yanjing immediately after Uncle Zhong's family moves into their new home, and repent in front of my father's grave for three months. During these three months, you are not allowed to leave Ye Ling Mountain for even half a step. After the three months are up, you are permitted to return to Hong Kong!" ===== CHAPTER 2254 =====
