No longer stick to the boundary that can be seen by the eyes, nor stick to the eighteen realms of dharma phases combined by six roots, six dusts, and six consciousnesses. In this way, you can be clean, spotless, free, and all dharmas are empty."

Nanako asked confusedly: "Is it like a Buddha statue, not thinking about anything?"

Master Jingqing shook his head and said: "Not so. True emptiness of all dharmas is to abandon all attachments and false appearances, but later, after the guidance of a master, I realized that in fact, emptiness of all dharmas can also be understood in another way."

Nanako was even more confused: "Since all dharmas are empty, everything does not exist, what other explanation is there?"

Master Jingqing said: "Another way is to abandon all senses and distractions of the body to the outside world, use a method similar to the Taoist inner observation, and let the consciousness return to the sea of consciousness. Once the consciousness returns to the sea of consciousness, you will find that originally, people open their eyes and look at the stars in the sky. Although they are looking at the universe, what they see is only a grain of dust in the universe. But after the consciousness returns to the sea of consciousness, people are like closing their eyes and looking at the whole universe outside the universe! That kind of openness where the whole universe is in front of their eyes is a new realm that has never been seen before. I think that might be the no-consciousness realm that the Buddha said."

Nanako muttered: "Closing your eyes and looking at the whole universe? What you said is a bit abstract, I can't quite understand..."

Master Jingqing said: "Then I will change the way of saying it."

After speaking, he said with an extremely solemn tone: "Open your eyes, you are just standing on the earth, looking at a piece of sky in front of you. Close your eyes and enter the no-consciousness realm, the earth becomes a globe in front of you, everything is under control, and everything is in your eyes!"

Nanako frowned: "I have explored a little bit of the inner observation method, but... but I have never had the feeling of looking at the universe with my eyes closed..."

Master Jingqing exclaimed: "The donor actually understands the inner observation method?"

Nanako nodded: "I know a little, but I can't confirm whether it is true inner observation."

Master Jingqing asked: "Can the donor tell me how you did it?"

Nanako thought for a while and said: "I practice martial arts, use true energy to run through the meridians of the whole body, as if the meridians of the whole body are in my eyes..."
