Chapter 3120

Facing Jimmy's begging, Han Meiqing was a little at a loss. Paul on the side couldn't bear it, so he said to Ye Chen: "Mr. Ye, although my uncle is a bit of a villain, he is his father's own brother after all. Please give him a chance to turn over a new leaf for the sake of his sincere repentance."

When Paul opened his mouth to beg Ye Chen for him, Jimmy hadn't figured it out yet, and thought in his heart: "Paul, my good nephew, if you really want to beg for me, go and beg your stepfather. After all, he has a friendship with the eldest young master of Rothschild. What's the use of you begging this young man next to him?"

Ye Chen asked Paul curiously at this time: "He wants to grab the industry left by your father and mother to you, and you still want to beg for him?"

Paul smiled awkwardly and said: "I know very well what kind of person my uncle is. The reason why he ran so far from the United States to make a scene is because he has no reasonable and legal way to grab the shares of the Shi Misi Law Firm from me and my mother. Otherwise, with his character, he would have sued us in the United States long ago. Although what he did today is indeed a bit low, it is essentially just a desperate attempt to make a scene. Even if he is allowed to return to the United States safely, he has no other way to ask for shares."

Jimmy didn't expect his nephew to see through his cards long ago, and said shamefully: "Paul, you are right... I am just psychologically unbalanced, and want to take advantage of this happy day to make trouble. As long as you can spare me this time, I will never come to harass you again!"

As he spoke, he wiped his tears and said aggrievedly: "And I have already paid the price for my stupid behavior. I never dreamed that my boss would deliberately dig a hole to get my handle. If he bans me, I will be completely unemployed when I go back. Maybe I won't be able to engage in lawyer-related work for the rest of my life. Just raise your hand high and don't kill me. I still have a wife and children..."

Seeing that he did admit his mistake and paid a great price, Han Meiqing said to Ye Chen: "Ye Chen... why don't you forget it? It's hard for you to talk to Mr. Rothschild and leave a way for Jimmy."

Steve was afraid that Ye Chen would really give Jimmy face, so he hurriedly said: "Mr. Ye, for despicable and shameless villains, we must kill them quickly. Otherwise, after he goes back and sleeps, after the scars are healed and the pain is forgotten, he will come to find trouble tomorrow. If you ask me, you don't need to care about anything. I will arrange it. I guarantee you won't see him again in your life!"

Steve had been wronged in Jin Ling for so many days. It was not easy to find a vent. If he only let out half of the vent, his heart would definitely be more stuffy.

Jimmy was pale with fright. He didn't dare to beg Steve, but when he thought that Paul and Han Meiqing had just gone to beg the young man who looked plain and ordinary in front of him, and even Steve Rothschild was respectful to him, he suddenly realized that Ye Chen was the real key behind this.

So he looked at Ye Chen and cried: "Mr. Ye, you see my sister-in-law and my nephew don't care about me. Please beg Mr. Rothschild for me. I will never come to find trouble again. I promise! If I break my word, it won't be too late for you to send me to prison!"

Ye Chen looked at him and smiled: "Look, Mr. Rothschild also said just now that you don't necessarily have to go to the United States to go to jail. There is no extradition treaty between China and the United States. You can live in China completely."

Jimmy said in a panic: "I... I came here with a visa-free transit. I can only stay in China for 144 hours... If I haven't left China after 144 hours, I will be illegally staying..."

Ye Chen smiled: "It's okay, I have a good place to settle you. You can stay in China steadily. It doesn't matter how long you stay."

Steve on the side heard this and was overjoyed, excitedly saying: "Yes, yes! Dog farm! Mr. Hong's dog farm! That place is too suitable for him, more suitable for him than prison!"

After speaking, he gave Ye Chen a thumbs up and praised: "Mr. Ye, it still has to be you! This is more enjoyable than sending him to prison!"

Jimmy heard that he was going to be sent to some dog farm. Although he didn't know what it looked like, combined with the name and seeing Steve Rothschild so excited about this place, he knew it was definitely not a good place.

He looked at Ye Chen uneasily and asked him crying: "Ye... Mr. Ye... may I ask what your dog farm is for..."

Before Ye Chen could speak, Steve sneered: "The dog farm is naturally for raising dogs, but there are real dogs and fake dogs, and you belong to the fake dog. You look like a dog but you are not."

As he spoke, Steve added: "Mr. Hong's dog farm has a very good environment. You can get a cage of your own, and a Japanese male servant will provide you with meal services. You don't have to work hard when you get there, just mix and wait for death every day."

Jimmy was scared out of his wits. Locking himself in a dog cage? This is a hundred times more cruel than prison! Is there any reason? Is there any humanity?

Thinking of this, Jimmy cried: "Mr. Ye, I beg you, I really beg you. You see I am old, you lock me in the dog farm, besides wasting your place and your food, it is of no use. I have to waste your energy to deal with the corpse when I die. You just treat me as an old dog that is about to die, and have mercy and let me go!"

Before Ye Chen could speak, Steve grabbed the lead and said: "It's okay, Mr. Ye, I will be responsible for all his expenses in the dog farm. I will pay double. Besides, if he dies, there is no need to worry about dealing with the corpse. Just chop it up and feed the dogs, isn't it? I will sponsor a batch of the best fighting dog breeds in the world."

Speaking of this, Steve waved his hand: "Forget it, forget it, I will simply sponsor Mr. Hong 10 million US dollars and upgrade his dog farm!"

Jimmy had already collapsed. He never expected Steve to be so determined not to let him go. The situation he was facing was really getting worse and worse. Originally, he could go back to the United States to go to jail. Now even this road was blocked, and he had to squat in a dog cage in China until he died. If he knew it would be like this, he would have gone back to the United States to go to jail!

Han Meiqing and Paul, the mother and son, also didn't expect Steve to be so dissatisfied with Jimmy, completely wanting to block his way to life. Both of them wanted to say something for Jimmy, but they didn't know where to start for a while.

The mother and son exchanged a look, and then Han Meiqing said very politely: "Mr. Rothschild, Jimmy did have many places to offend you just now, but I still hope you can spare him once for the sake of his sincere repentance. He still has three children in the United States, and the youngest one is not an adult yet. If he disappears in China, his family will definitely be very anxious..."

When Jimmy heard this, he shook violently, and hurriedly shouted crying: "Sister-in-law, stop talking! I beg you, sister-in-law, don't say it again!"

Jimmy saw through Steve. This guy is now completely blocking himself, and he will not give himself any chance and hope. Han Meiqing mentioned his wife and children, and he was really afraid that Steve's next sentence would be to send his wife and children over too.

Han Meiqing didn't react for a while, how could she help Jimmy beg for mercy, but instead scared him to death.

But immediately after, Steve clapped his hands and said excitedly: "Yes, yes! Should send his wife and children over too, let their family reunite!"

After speaking, he hurriedly changed his words: "No! Can't reunite, let their family of five have one cage each, and each cage should be separated by an empty cage, let them see each other and talk through the cage every day, but no one can touch anyone. I let him pretend to be forced with me, this time I must cure him!"

Jimmy was completely paralyzed on the ground. Seeing this, Han Meiqing hurriedly let Paul help him up, and then said very angrily: "Mr. Rothschild, you... even if you don't accept his repentance, you shouldn't involve his wife and children. We have an old saying in China that disaster does not reach the wife and children. If you do this, it will smear the face of the Rothschild family!"

Steve said without hesitation: "What does the old saying in China have to do with me, an American? I just want to have trouble with him. Not to mention his wife and children, even the dog he raised, I want to bring it over together!"

Seeing Steve gritting his teeth, Ye Chen opened his mouth and said: "Alright Steve, you are here to attend the wedding, don't make it so bloody."

Steve was stunned, and then looked at Ye Chen, aggrieved and said: "Mr. Ye, he was the one who bared his teeth at me first, I didn't provoke him!"

Ye Chen nodded: "I know, I know. Look, he is also old. It is of no use to keep him in the dog farm. Instead of letting him mix and wait for death at Hong Wu's place, it is better to find something for him to do and squeeze his remaining value."

Steve hurriedly said: "Then let him feed the dogs and clean up dog poop in the dog farm every day, which is also okay."

Ye Chen waved his hand: "He is an experienced lawyer anyway. Cleaning up dog poop is a bit of a waste. I just happen to want to start a company. The legal department currently has Auntie Han as a bare commander. It is better to let him come to my new company to do ten years of compulsory labor. If he performs well after ten years, let him go back. If he doesn't perform well during this period, it won't be too late to send him to the dog farm."

Steve suddenly realized: "So that's what you meant, Mr. Ye."

Ye Chen nodded, turned to look at Jimmy, and asked him: "Mr. Shi Misi, let you work in China for ten years, provide food and accommodation, no salary, are you interested? If you are not interested, just pretend I didn't say it."

When Jimmy heard this, he felt that the sky was bright, and hurriedly nodded frantically: "Interested! I am interested!"

For him, the worst is to go to the dog farm, followed by going back to the country to go to jail.

Being able to stay in China to work, at least he can mix a basic personal freedom. This is not a little bit worse, it is absolutely an extra-legal favor.

Han Meiqing didn't expect Ye Chen to let Jimmy stay and work under her. However, thinking about it carefully, this is also a very good solution. Although Jimmy is a bit shameless, this is also the basic quality of an American big lawyer, especially a lawyer who mainly does business direction. If the skin is slightly thinner, he can't mix at all. The thicker the skin and the higher the professional level, the higher the industry status and influence.

Jimmy can be a senior partner of Ellis Law Firm, which is enough to see that his professional ability must be impeccable, and she has retired behind the scenes for a few years. If she really wants to operate, she must be a little rusty. Jimmy has been in the front line, and his operational ability must have no problem.

Moreover, this is indeed a good thing for Jimmy. No matter what, it is much better than going to the dog farm and prison.

Ye Chen asked Jimmy specifically: "You said you are interested, is it sincere?"

Jimmy blurted out without hesitation: "Yes, yes! Absolutely sincere!"

Ye Chen asked again: "Ten years, won't you go back on your word?"

"No, no, absolutely not!"

Ye Chen asked again: "When others ask you, do you know how to say it?"

"Know, know! It is my voluntary choice to come to China for development! Absolutely voluntary! Even if my wife and children ask me, I will say so!"

Ye Chen nodded lightly: "You can be taught. Since that's the case, let you go back and arrange your family first, and come to Jin Ling to report to Auntie Han in half a month."

"No problem!" Jimmy didn't expect Ye Chen to let him go back to arrange his family, and was very grateful in his heart, nodding heavily: "Thank you, Mr. Ye, for your magnanimity! Mr. Ye, don't worry, I will come over immediately after arranging my family affairs!"

Ye Chen looked at Steve and said: "If he doesn't come or runs away in half a month, then you send someone to catch him and send him directly to Hong Wu's dog farm."

Steve didn't expect that he couldn't abuse a vegetable like Jimmy, and felt a little depressed in his heart, but when he thought that it didn't matter if he suffered a little grievance, pleasing Ye Chen was the most critical, so he immediately guaranteed with his chest: "Mr. Ye, don't worry, I will send someone to watch him."

Ye Chen looked at Jimmy and smiled: "You are Paul's uncle. The blood in your bones will not disappear because of your eldest brother's death. Auntie Han is your sister-in-law for decades. People say that the eldest sister-in-law is like a mother. Although your eldest brother is no longer there, she can be considered your half-relative. You are also considered to be loyal and righteous. Not only did you run to China to attend Auntie Han's wedding, but you are also willing to come to China to help at the beginning of Auntie Han's new career. This feeling is indeed moving. In my opinion, when the wedding starts later, you must go on stage and say a few words of blessing, so that the guests can see the brilliance of your humanity."

Jimmy listened to these words, and naturally had bitterness in his heart that he couldn't speak.

He knew what Ye Chen meant. On the one hand, it was considered to give himself a step down, and on the other hand, he also needed to come forward to give the guests a reasonable explanation, otherwise everyone would be completely confused about what happened here.

Although this kind of thing is quite shameful, he has completely ignored it at this moment. Being able to escape from the clutches of Steve Rothschild is already the greatest blessing. In front of this matter, what is a little face? Let yourself take off your pants and run naked from here to Jin Ling Airport, and he can let go!
