Chapter 684: Deciding to Endorse

When Chen Duoduo called Wei Liang, Wei Liang was supervising the production of Jiuxuan Stomach Powder at Jiuxuan Pharmaceutical.

Now, all the production experience of the entire Jiuxuan Pharmaceutical is concentrated on the Jiuxuan Stomach Powder product.

Because the effect is so good, Wei Liang firmly believes that this medicine will be able to quickly become popular across the country and even the world after it is listed.

Therefore, he followed Ye Chen's requirements and produced at full power to prepare for the official listing.

Receiving Chen Duoduo's call, Wei Liang asked with a smile: "Miss Chen, I don't know if Miss Gu has considered the endorsement?"

Chen Duoduo said: "It's like this, Mr. Wei, our Qiuyi has never endorsed any medicine before. The reason why she agreed to endorse your stomach powder is indeed because she personally took this medicine and felt that the effect of this medicine is very good, so our Miss Qiuyi decided to endorse your products. I called to tell you about the specific details of the cooperation."

Wei Liang was happy in his heart and hurriedly said: "Miss Chen, please speak."

Chen Duoduo said: "Miss Qiuyi's endorsement fee is 80 million RMB, and the endorsement is valid for three years. Within these three years, she can shoot two advertisements for your company every year, a print advertisement and a television advertisement, and at the same time, she can attend an event for your company every year."

Wei Liang exclaimed: "80 million? Is this too expensive..."

Chen Duoduo said: "Expensive? This price is already last year's market price. Some time ago, a Japanese car company offered Qiuyi an endorsement fee of 130 million, but Qiuyi did not accept it."

Wei Liang was secretly stunned, but he also knew that Gu Qiuyi was an international superstar with great fame, and she was definitely the best among the best in the country, so it should be normal for the price to be more expensive.

Although 80 million is a lot, for the current Jiuxuan Pharmaceutical, it is really not much.

So, he said: "80 million is not a problem, but we hope that Miss Gu can come to Jin Ling to sign the contract with us as soon as possible. In addition, our advertisement shooting is best carried out in Jin Ling."

"This is no problem." Chen Duoduo said: "However, I have a request, I don't know if I can trouble Mr. Wei to mail some more Jiuxuan Stomach Powder to us with the fastest express?"

Wei Liang hurriedly said: "Sorry Miss Chen, our stomach powder has not been officially listed yet, so according to the regulations, we cannot disclose the goods in advance. The small pack I mailed to you before was already an exception."

Chen Duoduo said dissatisfiedly: "Mr. Wei, everyone is about to cooperate deeply, why be so rigid? Our Miss Qiuyi was filming in the United States some time ago, and her spleen and stomach were a bit disordered. Recently, there has been no improvement. After taking your Jiuxuan Stomach Powder, there has indeed been a great improvement, so I entrusted me to negotiate with you for some medicine to help her recover as soon as possible..."

Wei Liang said helplessly: "I'm really sorry Miss Chen, this matter is stipulated by our boss. When we encountered Japanese pharmaceutical companies trying to snatch our prescriptions before, we were also very cautious about this. Moreover, I cannot disobey our boss's meaning, otherwise I don't have to be the general manager."

"Since Miss Qiuyi has agreed to endorse our Jiuxuan Stomach Powder, and she really needs this medicine, then you can ask her to come to Jin Ling as soon as possible. In this way, we can provide her with enough Jiuxuan Stomach Powder while carrying out cooperation."

"By the way, please tell Miss Qiuyi that our stomach powder has excellent efficacy. If Miss Qiuyi only has spleen and stomach disorders, I believe she will be completely cured after taking the medicine for three days."

When Wei Liang sent the cooperation intention to Gu Qiuyi's agent, he didn't know Gu Qiuyi's true background.

He, like all ordinary people on the market, thought that Gu Qiuyi was just a popular star, but didn't know that Gu Qiuyi was also from a famous family.

There is a very interesting phenomenon in the entertainment industry. The stronger the background, the more they like to package themselves as grassroots from ordinary families, while those who have no background like to package themselves in various ways, rendering themselves as coming from a big family, as if they can be looked up to by doing so.

In fact, Gu Qiuyi is the one with the strongest background in the entire domestic entertainment industry, none of them.

Therefore, Gu Qiuyi is also very self-disciplined in the entertainment industry, never having any scandals, and will never do anything that damages her reputation.

Other stars take jobs and endorsements everywhere, and sign contracts as long as they give money.

However, Gu Qiuyi is an outlier, and she rarely accepts advertising endorsements.

The reason for rarely accepting is, on the one hand, she is not short of money, and on the other hand, it is also because celebrity endorsements of products often have rollover accidents, so she is very cautious about this.

She endorses very few products, and most of them are virtual products of large enterprises, such as signing as a spokesperson for short video platforms and promotional ambassadors for WeChat some time ago. However, some enterprises that produce and sell physical products pay a lot of money to ask her to endorse, and she generally will not accept it.

The reason for not accepting is that she doesn't want fans to blindly buy the products she endorses because they like her. Otherwise, if there is any problem with the product, it is her responsibility.

Once, a famous crosstalk actor endorsed a weight loss product, which was later defined as fake and shoddy;

There was also a famous martial arts actor who endorsed an anti-hair loss shampoo, but the media broke the news that this shampoo contained carcinogenic substances.

Such things happen one after another in the entertainment industry, so Gu Qiuyi is also very cautious, and she is indeed not short of money, so she is not very interested in the endorsement itself.

But this time, the feeling that Jiuxuan Stomach Powder gave her was very different.

First of all, Jiuxuan Stomach Powder is really effective! The effect is much stronger than any stomach medicine she has ever eaten. Internet celebrity product Kobayashi Stomach Powder is just a small witch compared to it, and it is more than 10 times worse.

Secondly, Jiuxuan Stomach Powder is excavated from ancient Chinese prescriptions, which makes Gu Qiuyi respect it very much.

In this day and age, most people are deliberately smearing Chinese medicine, and many people are using the banner of Chinese medicine to cheat. It is too rare to truly respect Chinese medicine and carry forward Chinese medicine.

Besides, Gu Qiuyi herself is also a very patriotic female star. She knows that many Japanese and Korean pharmaceutical companies are frantically excavating ancient Chinese prescriptions, which makes her quite indignant, and she also has a feeling of hating iron for not becoming steel for domestic pharmaceutical companies.

But now, she appreciates Jiuxuan Pharmaceutical, the parent company of Jiuxuan Stomach Powder, very much, and even regards this company as the hope of carrying forward Chinese medicine.

Because of these reasons, she made the decision to endorse Jiuxuan Stomach Powder in her heart.

Besides, there is another key reason, because she is now urgently in need of more Jiuxuan Stomach Powder.

In her eyes, the only medicine that can cure her spleen and stomach disorder now is Jiuxuan Stomach Powder!

So, when she heard Chen Duoduo's feedback, she immediately made a decision to go to Jin Ling early tomorrow morning!
