"The current elarion will soon reach its maximum capacity and furthur improvement will become slower so to tackle this we will start implementation of Elarion Improvement Project"

"As you can see behind me is the map of elarion, Now we will construct 5 cities around it and their location will be corners for a pentagon with elarion as it’s center and there cities will be on of their kind ever made"

"The first City will be known as SEASTARA The city of ports"

A massive design was displayed on the board.

It consisted of docks larger than some towns,massive shipyards,large no of warehouse and a massive harbour.

"This will be naval heart of elarion"

It will consist of everything the city will ever need to produce ships and train sailors.

Then he moved finger towards the harbour and said

"It will posses the largest port on the continent ever made with military shipyards,commercial shipyards,naval academy,merchant facility and fleet headquarters of elarion naval command"

After lucien moved his finger to 2nd location a massive open and flat land

"Here we will construct our second city known as city of skyforge"

"This city will house the largest airfield on the continent,large enough for anything for any aircraft usage"

Many appeared confused about the word except Gandalf and Malen.

"Aircrafts refers to flying mechanized units"lucien continued

That dawned a realisation upon everyone but created even more questions.

Ironbreaker the dwarf appeared more confused " you mean to say we fly these iron lumps in the sky"

Now everyone appeared horrified imagining the destruction they will cause.

" It will house largest airfield on the continent with its supporting facilities including multiple hangars, runaways with the city housing pilot academy, flight testing facilities,aircraft production facility,research center for development of new aircrafts and elarion aviation command"

Now lucien moved to the third City unlike the first two it has many rail lines like spiderwebs running accross it.

"This city will be named Iron junction"

" It will be main transportation hub for elarion housing the largest railway station and it will be connected to every to every major city "

"This will be elarion lifeline on ground making transportation of both common and military easier"

Everyone looked at the sketch showing multiple freight stations,terminals, maintanence depots,military logistics hubs"

Now for the fourth city

"It will be known as TITANWORKS-The machine city and also the machine heart of elarion"

Everyone looked at the city sketch and everywhere they looked it only appeared factory,smelters and workshops.

"This city will be responsible for building all types of machines,steel production and all type of heavy duty machines required by both civilians,army,airforce and navy including but not limited to engines,rotors,all equipment used in machinary, Train engines,Heavy cranes or any other goods required but no firearms or similar equipment"

And sketch shifted last time to the final city

The design showed everything ranging from massive cranes,factories with rail lines and more factories,armored vehicle plants,rifle factories,artillery complexes,testing grounds to military proving grounds.

"This will be known as IRONHEART-The military arsenal of Elarion"

"It will possess factories large enough for making any caliber guns elarion wishes to build at any given time with ammunition production facility large enough to support High intensity future warfare and wars elarion fight in future"

Finally one of the officers asked"My lord then what city of elarion itself"

"Elarion will be converted to capital of the future duchy-the center of governance"

"Here we will focus on adminstration of everything that will happen in the territory is reported,analysed and controlled from here"

"So all factories will be moved"Ironbreaker the dwarf asked.

Lucien gave a small nod to this.

And what about the invasion Lucas asked.

Lucien sighed and started "nothing spoken in this room is to be told outside"

To make the long story short-There is a great tear in center of the world much like a portal and every thousand years demons invade us in an unknown quantity maybe millions or billions and whenever this invasion happens the world face a disaster countries,kingdoms etc everything and anything that comes in the demons path gets erased villages,towns,animals,monsters disappears entirely.

And each time it happens every kingdom,every race joins hand to fight off invasion and even so the world barely survived last known invasion.Humanity almost reached its extinction and worst of all there have been no complete records about this invasion till now that means we are still half blind about the invasion.

This chilled everyone’s heart.

Finally an officer asked almost in a murmur"so when is the next invasion My lord"

The last invasion happened 950 years ago,to be exact this is the 951th year after last invasion. So if we go by what is known the next invasion will be within 50 years or maybe earlier if we are unlucky enough.

But there is a good news and a bad news.

Everyone looks towards lucien waiting to hear them.

Good news is our highest caliber firepower equals to theirs so their high ranking individuals won’t be able to interfere much.

And the bad news is this still doesn’t improve our winning chances,the main issue is those innumerable lower demons which floods and overwhelms everything with their

numbers.

"So is there anything we can do"A senior dwarf muttered.

"In the capital I met the royal guardian and I will be going with him to meet the supreme mage council and meet the influential figures of the world and our best bet will be pitching our weapons in front of the council And hope everything goes well".

"And what do we get in exchange"Lucas asked

Everyone looked towards lucien this was a concern everyone present here had.

"We get protection, money,resources and our weapons will have customers with an unending demand"lucien replied
