The hard drive threw an error, and the computer's been used for six or seven years; I took advantage of June 18 to buy some parts, and today only the memory stick hadn't arrived yet. I started assembling it myself, but it wouldn't power on. I swapped back to the old motherboard, still nothing. I tinkered from after lunch until nightfall, and decided to pay a technician tomorrow to install it. Fuck!
