Chapter 101

The Genie Starting from Marvel

Late at night, Kristen was sitting on the sofa in the living room, watching a boring variety show, looking at the actresses invited on it, her eyes full of jealousy. Why was no one supporting her?

Bole, Bole, where are you! I can offer everything for you.

After daydreaming for a while about her Bole descending from the sky, Kristen suddenly felt a bit sleepy. After a big yawn, her eyelids began to fight.

Ding-a-ling~

The phone rang, and Kristen subconsciously answered the phone, "Hello?"

"Hello, Kristen, it's me." The agent's voice came from the phone, "A Nightmare on Elm Street: King Returns has sent an invitation for a role. What do you think?"

"Really!" Kristen became excited, "What position? Is it a new sequel? It won't just be a cameo role, right!"

"Specifics need to be discussed in detail. They sent you an invitation letter, remember to sign for it."

With a "clatter," the agent hung up the phone. He seemed very busy over there and didn't have time to talk about things like salary.

Kristen was a bit puzzled in her excitement. She looked at the clock; it was twelve o'clock sharp. She hadn't received any letter, and were there still such ancient ways of communicating with letters in this day and age?

Knock knock, there was a knock at the door.

Kristen opened the door wrapped in clothes. There was no one outside. A gust of evil wind blew, and the envelope on the ground hit Kristen's face directly.

Oh, the letter arrived.

"Dear Kristen, we are the production team of A Nightmare on Elm Street: King Returns. We now invite you to be the heroine of the latest sequel. If you are interested, please come to 666 Elm Street for a detailed discussion..."

Kristen read word by word, and then her eyes suddenly lit up. Heroine! Heroine!

My acting career is about to shine for the second time!

But... detailed discussion now?

Kristen turned her head and looked at the clock again. Twelve o'clock sharp. Discussing in detail at this time, maybe the things discussed are not quite right.

Forget it! Just treat it as dedicating to art!

Kristen gritted her teeth and stomped her feet. She didn't even change her clothes, picked up the car keys on the shoe cabinet at the door, and walked toward the garage.

Sitting in the car, Kristen put her phone in front, "Navigate to 666 Elm Street."

The navigation software was white for a while, and then the route map slowly appeared. The destination was not far from here. Kristen stepped on the accelerator and drove from home onto the main road.

A few minutes later, Hawkeye, who had been monitoring opposite Kristen, raised his binoculars to take a look. Kristen was still sitting on the sofa watching TV.

Zzz, zzz.

Strange noisy sounds came from the headset. Hawkeye took off the headset, but the sound didn't disappear and was still echoing in his ears.

"Stop making noise, Coulson, I'm busy!" Hawkeye said, and then froze. Who was he talking to? Coulson? He wasn't here.

Thinking about it, Hawkeye made a call to Coulson.

"Hello, is there anything you want to find me for?" Coulson's voice carried a bit of fatigue.

"You've already slept?" Hawkeye asked softly.

"Of course, it's twelve o'clock now, it would be strange if I didn't sleep."

Pop! Hawkeye threw the phone away and drew his gun, carefully observing the surroundings.

I must have been pulled into a dream!

"Ya ya ya, little agent, can you tell Uncle Freddy how you discovered it?" A playful voice came from the phone.

Hawkeye stared at everything around him, "You are too unprofessional. Coulson couldn't have slept so early. It hasn't even been seven hours since working overtime until now!"

There were few reliable agent hands, and the work arranged by Nick Fury was full. Coulson could sleep at twelve o'clock at night?! What kind of big dream is he doing!

Just after finishing speaking, Hawkeye felt that the scene in front of him was a bit blurry. Freddy, wearing a red and blue sweater and a top hat, appeared in front of him, waving his blade-like claws.

Bang bang bang!

The bullets passed through Freddy's body and hit the wall behind.

"Is this a gift you gave Uncle Freddy? Then Uncle Freddy wishes you a happy death next time!"

In Freddy's arrogant laughter, Hawkeye was in a trance and woke up, finding that the syringe on his body was empty and the stun gun was also operating.

Turning off the switch, Hawkeye put on the headset he had thrown on the ground. Coulson's anxious voice came from inside.

"Hawkeye! Hawkeye! Please answer if you hear me! Please answer if you hear me!"

"Heard it, I just woke up!" Hawkeye said while stuffing the anti-sleep medicine into his mouth, chewing it, and swallowing it directly.

"Kristen's car has started, she is heading toward Elm Street, we have already sent personnel to intercept, how is the situation there?" Coulson asked quickly in the headset.

Hawkeye raised his binoculars to look at Kristen's house. This time, there was no one inside, "I'm fine, not injured. Kristen is gone, the door is open, she is most likely in that car. Should I chase? Or check?"

"You go chase, others have gone to the house side." Coulson replied.

"Okay!" Hawkeye didn't say a word, jumped down from the window, rode the hidden motorcycle, and prepared to catch up with Kristen's car.

While riding, Hawkeye recalled the situation in the dream and felt something was wrong. When was he so talkative? He even answered Freddy's question.

"Coulson, record it. In the dream, Freddy seems to be able to influence people's thinking, lower people's vigilance, or be able to guide the dreamer to do what he wants." Hawkeye reported.

"Understood! I'll record it right away." Coulson said and paused for two seconds, "Hawkeye, the interception failed. All interception personnel encountered serious car accidents."

"The better ones had big trucks ramming into them directly, and the worse ones had people stopping and shooting with guns."

"It seems that Freddy's control ability in the dream is higher than I expected. Where is Kristen now?" Hawkeye's accelerator had been twisted to the bottom.

"I sent the location to you, get there as soon as possible, I'm starting the second set of plans!"

Subsequently, Hawkeye heard dense shooting sounds, followed by the sound of vehicles overturning and steel friction. He could imagine the scene of sparks and lightning.

Obviously, Coulson's second plan was to forcibly intercept, blow out all the tires, and see if anyone could go again!

Just running over on legs, the sky would be bright soon!

"The plan was implemented successfully, the target has woken up, come over quickly." Coulson said in the headset.

At the scene of the car accident, Kristen, with blood all over her face, crawled out of the driver's seat and looked around in confusion. Obviously, she still didn't understand what had happened.

Why am I here? I should be at home watching TV... no, I seem to have received a movie notice, asking me to go for a detailed discussion?

Kristen stood up and raised her hand. There were several pieces of broken glass stuck in her hand, but it didn't hurt at all, just like a dream.

Oh~ I'm dreaming...

Kristen pulled out the glass fragments casually, watching the blood flow out, and felt it was quite fun.

"No! The target hasn't woken up!" Coulson saw the situation was wrong and changed his judgment.

Hawkeye pulled the helmet mask down, turned the front of the car, and crushed it over the lawn of someone else's house. He was going to start taking a shortcut.

Freddy seemed determined to put Kristen to death today and didn't intend to wait for the next day at all. However, he seemed obsessed with bringing people to Elm Street before killing them.
