Cabin 3.

"When do you think she'll be back?" Frank was a bit anxious. He still felt that Audasxin's actions were a bit reckless; starting with something simple was the right way to go.

"Probably in a while. She has to bump into those monsters eventually. Don't worry, Audasxin is so strong that nothing major will happen. We just need to prepare for some minor casualties." Johnson said while tidying up the medical kit in his hands.

Inside the medical kit were some common wound medicines with longer shelf lives, including antidotes, blood-replenishing potions, and Mandrake Restorative Draughts.

"By the way... should we prepare the powdered blood bags with saline in advance?" Frank asked, holding a bag of deep red powder.

"Are you sure that what's meant for humans can be used on a dragon?" Johnson asked back with a smile.

Before Frank could reply, a large door appeared in the living room.

Johnson turned his head to look, and a red shadow rushed out of the door—it was Audasxin, whose scales had been crushed by the bite of the three-headed dog.

Seeing the dragon blood splattering, Johnson was shocked. Furthermore, after leaving the door, Audasxin began to grow rapidly, shifting toward her original size.

"target="_blank">>

Fortunately, Audasxin reacted quickly; the moment her head hit the ceiling, she immediately transformed into her human form.

By this time, the living room was already a mess.

Johnson ran forward a few steps, clutching the medical kit. "Drink the restorative potion first. It's a Mandrake Restorative Draught from Hogwarts; you shouldn't be allergic to it!"

Audasxin took the potion and downed it in one gulp. There was a huge tooth mark on her right hand, from which fresh blood was gushing out.

Frank brought over a large roll of gauze and shoved it into Audasxin's hand. "What happened?! How did you end up like this?!"

"A three-headed dog. Very strong, extremely powerful." Audasxin leaned against the wall, saying as she stopped the bleeding.

"A three-headed dog?! We didn't see one last time we went, and besides, isn't that world already dead..." Frank said, unable to believe it.

Johnson paused. "Perhaps that is the change the Ancient One spoke of..."

Audasxin observed the expressions of Frank and Johnson from the side. Their reactions so far were normal; this shouldn't be a trap.

Thinking about it carefully, it made sense. If it were truly a trap, Frank could have just changed the permissions for Cabin 3, which would have been enough to do Audasxin in.

"Our world is rapidly approaching yours, right?" During this time, besides recovering, Audasxin had been freeloading off the intelligence Frank and the others had collected.

Frank and the others were also happy to make some early investments; a common crisis was the only thing that could make both sides cooperate better.

"According to Constantine and the Ancient One, that is the case. Constantine is a subordinate of Mephisto, the monarch of the Hell Dimension." Frank said.

Audasxin was silent for a moment, her fingers gently brushing over the wound that was deep enough to see bone. "I request to modify the contract terms."

Frank breathed a sigh of relief. As long as it was just a modification, it was fine. He had been afraid that Audasxin would be scared off directly. After all, compared to the dangers they were about to face, Grindelwald, Dumbledore, and those wizards were not only familiar but also relatively lower in combat power.

"How do you want to modify it?" Frank asked.

"I can continue to participate in the fighting, but I will not participate in the preliminary reconnaissance work. Furthermore, I request to increase the resource subsidies in the contract based on the severity of my injuries." Audasxin looked at Frank and said, "Of course, this time doesn't count. You already tried to persuade me; this time is on me."

"But..." Johnson wanted to say something more.

Frank nodded directly. "I can agree to this request, but both sides will take turns sending people for reconnaissance missions. After all, it's impossible to finish scouting a world in one go."

Johnson opened his mouth; they didn't really have any manpower on their side.

"Fine." Audasxin agreed just as directly. "When will the next world coordinate be brought over? I need to recuperate for a few days."

"Three days later, on the first of next month." Frank glanced at the time and said, "Is the rest time enough? If not, we can push it back a bit."

Audasxin looked at her wound. The Mandrake Restorative Draught that Johnson had taken out must have come from a Potion Master; the wound had already gradually stopped bleeding.

"That's about right. In three days, I'll be seven or eight-tenths recovered. If you encounter danger on your side, I'll be able to step in and stall for a bit." Audasxin calculated in her heart and said.

"That's settled then. We'll set it for three days from now." Frank said.

Three days later, Audasxin's recovery was even better than expected.

Under the watchful eyes of Johnson and Audasxin, Frank began to make his wish.

The preliminary intelligence preparation was complete, and Frank began to use the last wish opportunity of the month.

The lamp emerged from the phantom light once again.

"I wish for a world coordinate. The world corresponding to this coordinate should be one mildly affected by the Dark Dimension, and it should be close enough to my current location..."

【This wish requires two Wish Points to take effect. The Strange Tale World coordinate has been read.】

"Strange Tale..." Frank muttered once, then took a deep breath. "Confirm the use of Wish Points."

This time, the lamp pot directly spewed out a stream of information, displaying the coordinates of the Strange Tale World with various standard markings.

Frank looked at Audasxin. Getting the coordinates was only the first step. If Audasxin couldn't open a portal to that world, then this wish would effectively be a failure, and the Wish Points would be wasted.

It wasn't that Frank wasn't willing to or hadn't thought about adding more restrictive conditions, but the more conditions there were, the more the consumption of Wish Points would skyrocket.

Audasxin quickly calculated the estimated consumption and looked up a moment later. "The consumption is within an acceptable range. We can try."

Frank breathed a sigh of relief. As long as they could get there, the problem wouldn't be too big. Returning would likely rely on Cabin 3.

Come to think of it, that wish for Cabin 3 was truly the most profitable one, bar none.

"If we were to construct a semi-permanent teleportation array, would we need any additional materials?" Johnson asked from the side.

Although Johnson's ritual magic and Audasxin's magic were very different, some things were the same in the end: the stronger it was, the greater the cost usually was.

A single use might rely on the energy within the caster, but semi-permanent types usually couldn't, unless someone was willing to act as a battery.

Audasxin glanced at Johnson. "If it's really needed, I'll find a way to get it."

Johnson nodded. As the supreme leader and protector of supernatural creatures, Audasxin had a natural advantage in this regard. The prices of various materials in the Wizarding World were now skyrocketing because many magical creatures had left the control of wizards. ===== CHAPTER 178 =====
