Chapter 151: Word Crashed, Word Count Lost, It's Over!

Word crashed, word count lost, it's over!

People were stunned; typing on the company computer, typing and typing, suddenly Word crashed.

After reopening, discovered the auto-save hadn't saved much at all; nearly six thousand characters reduced to just over five hundred, blood pressure skyrocketed immediately.

Complained wildly about this in the group chat; the more I complained, the higher my blood pressure rose, even wanted to burn the computer; the company computer's 2010 version of Word was too old...

Switching to WPS tomorrow; at least the auto-save function won't be as terrible as the 2010 version of Word.

Tonight's update is over; sorry, blood pressure is rising rapidly right now, brain has also turned into a mess of paste.

Updates tomorrow as usual.

The screenshot of the recovered text after Word crashed has already been posted in the bonus chapter; it will be visible once Qidian's backend review passes.

PS: I saw comments about the update issue; I will try my best to release them before midnight in the future, striving to be less ghostly.

PS2: As for the number of chapters updated daily, last time I asked at the end of a chapter, the result was that merging daily updates into one chapter feels better and reads more smoothly.

So you can see that although my recent updates are all one chapter, the word counts are over 5k, over 6k, over 7k...

If you want them separated, that's fine too; I will adjust it later.
