Chapter 215: Fierce Battle (Part 1)

A one-sided battle began. How could the second-generation Savages and armored vehicles be the opponents of the Hell Knights?

The Executive Unit hadn't even used the Lambda Driver before they had already cleared out this armored unit around the venue in a short time.

"GOGOGO!"

Mimicking the tone of the anti-terrorism unit in the game, Gates manipulated the unit to wave his hand, and then led the Executive Unit to approach the venue.

And the remaining garrison around the venue also began to counterattack at the same time, but when facing the Hell Knights, they had no power to fight at all.

Because facing a large number of enemies, the Executive Unit used the Lambda Driver.

"Damn, the bullets... were bounced away?"

"What kind of new equipment is this!"

"A field?"

"The unit was blown to pieces."

"It's not working, retreat for now."

"No retreat allowed. There are only five enemy units. You must hold on until reinforcements arrive. You must buy time for the representatives to retreat."

The internal communication of the Krugis National Defense Army was full of noisy sounds. Obviously, this sudden encounter battle caused huge damage to the National Defense Army, so much so that the command system appeared extremely chaotic.

"Is this the end?"

The sound of gunfire gradually died down. Gates reached out and scratched his sideburns, looking bored: "What a boring prelude. Then let's enter the theme next."

"That... the targets seem to have left the venue. Just now, a convoy left in the north direction."

One of Gates' subordinates hesitated and reminded him, then focused all his attention on preparing to activate the Lambda Driver.

"You idiot, why didn't you say so earlier!"

Sure enough, the expected shock wave arrived as scheduled. The unlucky subordinate was actually attacked by his own perverted commander using the Lambda Driver.

Fortunately, he was prepared and blocked it with a defensive field.

"Actually... I already reminded you during the battle just now." After escaping a disaster, the subordinate quickly explained.

"What are you stunned for, chase them all!"

Gates snorted and led the Executive Unit to chase in the direction where the convoy fled.

Wang Liumei in the convoy nervously watched the rear window. The sound of gunfire had gradually died down since just now, which meant that the enemy had already solved the National Defense Army at the venue and would catch up soon.

"That idiot, can't he move faster?"

Thinking that she was currently in a dangerous situation, Wang Liumei couldn't help but complain about Li Boyong in her heart.

Before the complaint ended, Wang Liumei saw a Hell Knight holding a long spear rush out from the corner of the street behind and chase after the convoy.

Seeing that the convoy was about to be caught up, Wang Liumei was nervous to death, and swore in her heart that if she could survive this time, she must occupy Sister Shihe for a month and let Li Boyong go play with eggs by himself.

The Hell Knight holding the long spear leaped and came above the convoy. The long spear in his hand aimed at the car Wang Liumei was riding in as he fell.

The long spear fell, but it didn't stab Wang Liumei's car, because the long spear was parried by two strange-looking short blades in mid-air.

No, calling them short blades might be a bit inaccurate. Those should be two pistols with short blades.

Subsequently, a Hell Monarch revealed its figure. Yufang looked at the enemy unit holding the long spear in the pilot seat and said coldly: "If you kill her, I will be very troubled because I won't have delicious snacks to eat."

At this time, the Hell Knight holding the long spear wanted to take back the long spear, but found that the spear blade seemed to be clamped by the special structure on Yufang's short blade. He hurriedly abandoned the long spear, took a step back, and used the Lambda Driver.

Seeing this, Yufang used two blade guns to flick the long spear away, and took the opportunity to throw the blade guns into the air, while stretching out both hands to activate the Lambda Driver.

Attack field against defensive field, the fierce collision caused a powerful airflow, blowing away the vehicles parked on the side of the road.

After the fierce confrontation, the convoy successfully left the combat scene, leaving behind two AS units with overheated Lambda Drivers and a cracked road.

A large amount of hot air sprayed out along the silver hair and heat exhaust ports of the units. It looked like both sides would not be able to use the Lambda Driver in a short time.

At this time, Yufang manipulated the unit to pick up the dropped two blade guns, and the other party also picked up the previous long spear.

Two AS units set up a starting posture of some kind of fighting technique under the operation of the pilots at the same time, seemingly reaching a tacit understanding of melee combat.

Subsequently, the Hell Knight holding the long spear began to run straight toward Yufang's Hell Monarch, and the long spear in his hand also stabbed out as swiftly as thunder.

ban! ban! ban! ban!

Four consecutive gunshots, two blade guns shook twice each, firing four large-caliber AS pistol bullets, knocking the rushing Hell Knight to the ground.

After being hit, the Hell Knight struggled on the ground on a small scale, seemingly complaining that Yufang was calculating against him, and then completely lost reaction in a small-scale explosion.

Yufang casually went over and fired a shot at the cockpit, then glanced at the tactical channel and hurried to the next combat location. The wreckage on the ground was naturally cleaned up by the Savages under Li Boyong.

Inside the cockpit of the Hell Knight, the pilot seemed lucky that only his body was beaten into a mess, and his head was completely preserved, with an angry and confused look on his face.

Probably the pilot of that Hell Knight was still wondering why his teammates didn't come to support him until the end...

And the reason why the support didn't come was, of course, because he was held back by Li Boyong on the other side.

Gates and his subordinates, a total of four Hell Knights, were surrounded by Li Boyong's troops at a street corner.

A brief confrontation appeared on the scene. Gates turned on the external speaker and mocked Li Boyong: "Hmph, it seems that someone must have tipped you off. I didn't expect you to dare to come and die."

"Why run away? As long as I kill you, an Executive Officer candidate, here, and then kill another Executive Officer, I will be a proper Executive Officer. What a good opportunity this is."

Li Boyong responded lightly.

Hearing Li Boyong's answer, Gates couldn't help laughing, "Really arrogant, simply ignorant to the point of stupidity. Do you think you can win against me by relying on these pieces of scrap metal on the scene?"

"If it's the Hell series, my side has the upper hand in numbers!"

Following a roar from Gates, the Hell Knight stretched out his right hand and activated the Lambda Driver against Li Boyong.

And Li Boyong also manipulated the unit to raise his right hand to use the defensive field at the same time. In the fierce confrontation, the remaining combat units of both sides began to fire.

The remaining three Hell Knights of the Executive Unit activated the defensive field at the same time, blocking the dense firepower from all directions.

"Continuous shooting, don't stop, suppress them."

Li Boyong entered the combat state, so the command on the scene naturally fell to Shihe.

Although she didn't have commander skills, relying on rich battlefield experience, commanding a squad-scale battle was more than enough. ===== CHAPTER 216 =====
