Chapter 853

Shi Tingxian is a place that was once led by Jiang Yuan to expedition and plow the court and sweep the cave—this is completely literal, the biggest case Jiang Yuan and others did in Shi Tingxian was that someone stuffed a corpse into an ancient tomb. For this reason, the special task force dug a large number of tombs at that time, and finally solved the case... and killed the Yuan family, the group and the head of Qinghe City.

Don't look at Jiang Yuan just completing the "Drug Capture Network" case, killing three Crystals and the new drug kingdom of the Crystal Cruise, but in terms of scale, especially in terms of influence, "Drug Capture Network" is not as good as the Jianyuan Group.

Jianyuan Pharmaceutical is a pillar enterprise of Qinghe City. After being killed, the economy of the entire Qinghe City has become worse.

Shi Tingxian has also become poorer.

Correspondingly, White Squadron Leader of Shi Tingxian Bureau should also be particularly poor. After all, they also contributed to the new comprehensive building in Ningtai County...

Huang Qiangmin looked up and down at White Squadron Leader Bai Jian and said: "Old Shi, taking the initiative to pay, this style is not like you."

"This is your old concept, and you still look down on people, as if our poor county units will be reluctant to pay." White Squadron Leader stared at Huang Qiangmin, his hard mouth was consistent: "To tell you the truth, I don't like this attitude of yours. We poor counties know that money should be spent on the blade!"

Huang Qiangmin shook his head: "I tell you, people without culture can't hear that you are praising our Jiang Yuan in a roundabout way."

"Where do I praise. I am talking about our family's financial strategy." White Squadron Leader's mouth has always been harder than granite, and said: "You just say, how much funds do you want for this Taihe working group."

Huang Qiangmin waved his hand: "This matter is not so simple. Your Shi Tingxian does not pass through Taihe. It is not appropriate to let you raise funds for the Taihe working group."

Bai Jian frowned: "Do you think our Shi Tingxian has no money, right?"

"Old Shi, don't hang money or not on your lips, this is not all about money." Huang Qiangmin smiled and looked at the crowd around him, saying: "The brother units in our Shannan Province are mainly mutual help. Otherwise, we will go directly to the capital. People shoot A6, and the support in all aspects is not a little bit stronger, but we don't compare this."

"You have finished comparing. I don't care so much. In short, our Shi Tingxian wants to join the Taihe working group. Taihe is the Taihe of Shannan Province. Taihe has been the Taihe of Shannan Province since ancient times. It is equivalent to the mother river of Shannan Province. Therefore, everyone has the obligation to join the Taihe working group, and every county should join the Taihe working group." Bai Jian's language is hard to resist.

The group of squadron leaders at the scene looked at White Squadron Leader with appreciative eyes. Old criminal police must have this ability to talk nonsense with their eyes open. Otherwise, wouldn't they be fooled by the little yellow hair on the street?

Huang Qiangmin looked at Bai Jian again: "Old Shi is okay, there is progress. Can you decide?"

The criminal police squadron leader is only a middle-level cadre in the police bureau, belonging to the business leader, but cannot decide major events.

Bai Jian held his head high: "I have indeed made progress, promoted to deputy bureau chief, and still in charge of criminal investigation."

"Oh, congratulations, congratulations." Huang Qiangmin and a group of squadron leaders all said auspicious words. Huang Qiangmin glanced at it, feeling that at least 80% of the people knew the news.

Huang Qiangmin couldn't help but self-examine, is he too insensitive to the news in the province.

"Bureau Chief Bai." Huang Qiangmin arched his hands.

"Political Huang Zhengwei is polite." Bai Jian laughed twice, and then used his tight mouth to say: "We have solved multiple homicide cases in one breath this year, and solved a series of major cases. The leaders appreciate it, there is no way... How about it, come to our Shi Tingxian to celebrate?"

Huang Qiangmin was amused by Bai Jian. This guy can always say soft words in a hard tone. He is a true master of hard mouth.

"What kind of case is yours?" Huang Qiangmin asked.

"Our case is really special." Bai Jian said when he came to the case, his expression was solemn, saying: "I wasn't in a hurry just now because I knew that if I took this case out, Team Leader Jiang would definitely be willing to help take a look."

During the time Jiang Yuan handled cases in Shi Tingxian, he dealt with Bai Jian a lot. Hearing him say this, he sat over and smiled with a little emotional intelligence: "Bureau Chief Bai, please introduce it."

"Our case actually only happened five days ago. I will summarize it in one sentence: a woman died, and her scalp and face were peeled off." Bai Jian said here, there was no smile on his face, and said coldly: "The scene was miserable. The victim's face, scalp, were all peeled off. There were no lips or nose, just the eyeballs left, hanging on the white gums."

As soon as he said this, everyone immediately filled in the scene.

Hou Lejia couldn't help but shake his body: "Your Shi Tingxian has a big case!"

Bai Jian ignored him, looked at Jiang Yuan and said: "Our forensic doctor, that is Wei Qun, Team Leader Jiang has also seen him. His judgment is that the victim was first strangled, and then her scalp and face were peeled off bit by bit. In addition, there were traces of fighting at the scene, and there were traces of blunt force hitting the victim's head."

"The victim is a woman living alone, 42 years old. Her husband is working outside. She opened a small shop in the village. Her reputation is still okay."

"The corpse was discovered by villagers who came to buy things. The estimated time of death was in the evening of the previous day. The village is close to the main road, and the small shop is close to the county road. It is initially suspected that it is a case of outsiders, but if this is the case, this case is relatively difficult."

Jiang Yuan couldn't help but listen.

This case, although he hasn't seen the specific case file, from Bai Jian's description, it already has the signs of a serial killer.

Especially the action of peeling off the scalp and peeling off the face has the characteristics of a typical serial killer. Famous ones, such as Ma Yong, the face-cutting demon in Deep Harbor, killed more than a dozen job-seeking girls, cut their faces and dismembered them, and Americans who pioneered the West cut the scalps of Indians...

And in Shannan Province, in Qinghe City, there is such a murderer, which is somewhat unexpected.

Thinking further, is this the murderer's first crime? Or a mistake in multiple crimes?

From this perspective, the small shop in the village is close to the main road, which is convenient for committing crimes, but it may also be easy to be discovered. If the murderer was startled, gave up processing the corpse halfway, and fled in a panic, it is also possible.

But no matter what the reason, if it is a case of outsiders, especially a serial killer, the difficulty index of this case will be very high.

"Have you investigated whether there are similar cases in other places?" Jiang Yuan also had to consider the worst situation.

Bai Jian shook his head slightly: "Investigated, in recent years, there are no similar ones."

"Then look at the case file first, and then let's go to Shi Tingxian to see." Jiang Yuan stood up as he said, leaving others to deal with Political Huang Zhengwei.
