Chapter 1027: A new way to summon guests! [Begging for monthly votes!]

"Yao Dao, feel free to speak. We were just chatting and lost track of time. After all, we haven't seen the staff members for such a long time, so we really missed them. Besides, the time we stopped filming this time was indeed a bit long. Also, have the other guests arrived? Are there any updates on the resident guests and the guests invited this time?"

Qin Mu only then thought of the top priority for today and couldn't help but say to Yao Dao with some guilt.

When Yao Dao heard Qin Mu's question, he also nodded.

After all, the time they stopped filming this time was indeed a bit long, and during this period of stopped filming, many variety shows had emerged.

Whether it was indoor reality shows or outdoor reality shows, as well as various slow-paced or fast-paced variety shows, they were emerging one after another, which was even a huge threat to the production team.

Therefore, Yao Dao could take a risk this time, and even regarding such an excellent program segment as name-tag ripping, he couldn't pin all his hopes on it, which was why he would take an unconventional path and come up with a brand-new game segment.

When everyone heard Yao Dao say this, they naturally knew that their director, for the sake of this matter and for the sake of their program's ratings, was going to completely change the entire game process this time.

They naturally also knew how important the ratings this time were to everyone. This was not only to cement their status as the crown of variety shows but also to serve as a wake-up call to the variety shows of other satellite TV stations—that they were the true kings of fast-paced variety shows.

Thinking this way, the other staff members felt a bit more determined in their hearts. They were waiting for their director's instructions.

"This time, the guests haven't arrived yet. After all, we only start filming tomorrow, and the schedules of the guests are indeed a bit tight. We can just wait here peacefully for the arrival of the guests. Moreover, the guests I invited this time, besides some resident guests, only include two temporary guests, and these two temporary guests are He Jiong and Du Haitao."

When the crowd heard Yao Dao say this, they couldn't help but be a bit surprised.

After all, the two temporary guests they invited were not the same as the usual guests. Usually, the past guests were all actors about to stage new plays, who would accept the invitation of the *Running Man* team in order to promote their own movies or works.

But this time, the two guests they invited were both well-known hosts, and their style was completely different from the usual guests.

When Qin Mu heard Yao Dao say this, a hint of strangeness also flashed in his heart.

The guests Yao Dao invited this time were indeed different from the usual style, even to the point of being diametrically opposed, making it impossible for everyone to fathom Yao Dao's thoughts.

When Yao Dao realized that everyone was surprised by the guests he invited this time, he just smiled.

"The two guests invited this time are indeed completely different from what you imagined. However, the reason I was able to invite them both is precisely because their hosting styles are very excellent and can completely drive the atmosphere of our program. At the same time, we are conducting a brand-new game segment this time, and in this brand-new game segment, I need two extremely clever guests to help us push the segment forward. So, after thinking it over, I locked my target onto these two hosts. Moreover, these two hosts have always been hosting at Mango TV, and this can also serve as a gimmick to attract everyone's attention to this. When the time comes, we can also make a big deal out of this matter, thereby attracting many viewers to pay attention to our program, so as to improve our ratings."

When the crowd heard Yao Dao say this, they naturally understood Yao Dao's arrangements in this regard.

A new game segment was thus arranged by Yao Dao.

Indeed, the other guests might not be able to handle it, and at the same time, they also needed two guests who could stir up the atmosphere.

Just having the brothers of their own *Running Man* team was not enough. At the same time, the two guests they invited also had to be able to liven up the atmosphere and be extremely clever.

And Yao Dao's invitation of guests this time indeed had no major problems. Plus, He Jiong and Du Haitao were hosts from Mango TV, and this time, the rival TV station inviting hosts from the other side to come as guests could naturally become a major topic for hype.

In this way, not only could the progress of the game segment be guaranteed, but to a certain extent, the ratings of this program were also guaranteed. It was simply killing two birds with one stone.

"Yao Dao, you are truly too clever. You thought of everything that we didn't even think of. No wonder every time you do things, you make us unexpected, yet every time you can find a better solution to take our program's ratings to the next level. So next, are we just waiting for the guests to arrive? At the same time, you also need to tell us what the newly added game segment is. After saying so much just now, we haven't even gotten to the main point. Although the two guests this time are a bit unexpected, they are very much to our taste. I heard that these two guests have always been amiable and approachable. If we proceed with filming, there shouldn't be any major problems."

Qin Mu said to Yao Dao with great admiration from the side.

When Yao Dao heard Qin Mu say this, he just smiled slightly.

After all, regarding this matter, he indeed had his own plans long ago. Ever since Yao Dao decided to add a new game segment, he had been keeping his eyes on He Jiong and Du Haitao.

After all, these two hosts had always been the best in the industry. Since they debuted, they had been hosting programs on the same show, so they naturally developed a certain tacit understanding.

And their game segment this time indeed required the cooperation of many people, and the two of them were indeed very admirable in stirring up the atmosphere. As such, Yao Dao would naturally cast his gaze on these two guests.

And regarding these two mysterious guests invited, Yao Dao had not yet released the news on the official Weibo. When the time came, it could serve as another gimmick to hang everyone's curiosity.

"I've been thinking about this matter for a long time. Alright, next I want to tell you which game segment we are adding. After all, the game segment this time is indeed a bit novel for you, and at the same time, it is a bit difficult for filming, which is why I was in such a hurry to call Qin Mu back first. Let me explain it first, and you all discuss together how our filming should proceed."
