Chapter 493

Soon.

It was time for The Wild Goose Lake.

This is also a drama movie.

In the promotional video, the acting skills of Hu Ge, Gwei Lun-mei, Liao Fan, and others were definitely online.

And the plot was quite tortuous, and the visual sense was very strong.

However, this movie's pre-sale in China was not optimistic.

Only sold over 10 million.

According to this trend, I'm afraid the final box office won't exceed 300 or 400 million!

It can be said that it is very niche.

Of course, being able to be shortlisted for Cannes shows that it still has artistic value.

It's just that the commercial value is lower.

"Director Diao is very suitable for filming this type of movie."

After watching, Zhang Yimou sighed: "It's just that the promotional reach is not enough, and the attraction of the theme innovation is not great, which led to the low box office."

"Having this honor is not bad either."

"Many people want to be shortlisted, but don't have the chance!"

Andrew Lau said with a smile.

"Everyone's pursuit is different."

Qin Mu interjected.

It is indeed so.

There are many good directors in the country; some of them film for the box office, trying their best to cater to the audience's taste, so the box office is a hit, but the artistic value is very low, and they almost haven't won any big movie awards.

But some people, regardless of the box office, only film art, win countless awards, and finally the box office flops.

But they are still happy.

Of course, wanting to film a movie that has both box office and awards is extremely difficult.

In the Chinese film circle, I'm afraid only a few people have such strength.

And you have to look at luck; it's not that you can film it just because you want to!

"Come to think of it, Director Lau."

"Your The Captain is probably going to bloom in both art and commerce!"

Zhang Yimou joked.

The Captain won't be released for another half a month, but the pre-sale box office has already broken 100 million.

You can imagine how high the box office will be after the official release!

"Little Brother Qin helped a lot!"

Andrew Lau expressed his gratitude again.

Whether it's box office or being shortlisted, a large part of the credit goes to the promotional video Qin Mu filmed!

"Mutual help."

Qin Mu smiled.

He achieved The Captain.

The Captain also provided him with a larger platform!

"Haha, I'm suddenly very confident in my next movie!"

Zhang Yimou laughed.

"Sigh, if only The Captain could have Little Brother Qin as the main photographer."

Andrew Lau glanced at Zhang Yimou and muttered with a wry smile.

To the fifty-third movie.

The Captain is here!

Unlike the edited, spliced promotional videos of other movies.

Andrew Lau used a one-shot take.

Yes.

The content is what Qin Mu filmed.

No other content was added.

Even, not much was cut, maintaining the characteristic of a one-shot take.

I saw on the big screen.

Zhang Hanyu and others walked up one after another.

They were in formal wear, some serious, some playful, some joking.

Different personalities.

Soon, they crossed a long boarding gate and walked into the cabin.

Every detail was quite full, especially real, as if you had walked into it yourself.

With the last shot.

Yuan Quan smiled slightly and closed the cabin door.

In the entire venue, cheers and exclamations rang out!

"Holy cow, a bit looking forward to what will happen next?"

0 ·······Begging for flowers···· ·····

"A short shot, actually showed the personality characteristics of each of them!"

"Yeah, suddenly looking forward to their personalities, what kind of reaction they will have when they encounter a disaster later!"

"The atmosphere is rendered very well, especially when the chief flight attendant closes the door at the end, there is a faint sense of fear!"

"This movie is really good, I've also seen that news, it was super thrilling at the time!"

Andrew Lau vaguely heard the praise coming from his side, and his face was full of smiles.

Really good!

Immediately after, the host also gave an elegant praise of the viewing experience.

Clap clap clap!

Applause continued.

The atmosphere of the whole scene became active again.

........ 0...

You have to know that such a situation has only happened five or six times from the beginning to now.

You can imagine how popular this promotional video is!

"This promotional video, I really marvel at it every time I watch it."

"Too many details!"

Zhang Yimou said slowly.

"Me too."

"I feel like the person inside is really that character, not myself!"

Zhang Hanyu sighed.

"You actually have this feeling too?"

"Me too!"

"I feel like the one inside is the chief flight attendant, not me!"

Yuan Quan also said in surprise.

"Okay, me too."

Du Jiang smiled wryly.

For this matter, Huo Siyan specially bought him a captain's uniform and asked him to wear it.

As a result, after wearing it, he was disliked.

Said there was no feeling, not like it at all!

But the more this is the case, the more it proves a truth!

Little Brother Qin's camera detail sense is too strong, shaping each character inside perfectly.
