As the second part of the *Lord of the Mysteries* series, the writing of *Inevitability* has its own unique difficulties:

First, the general worldview has already been decrypted. It's impossible to follow the slow exploration and unfolding rhythm of the first volume of *Lord of the Mysteries*. It must have its own new things and must possess other points of attraction.

Second, under the foil of the many popular characters in *Lord of the Mysteries*, whether it's the protagonist Lu Mian or other characters in *Inevitability*, they will inevitably bear great pressure. With pearls before them, they will always be viewed with a comparative eye. And from the beginning, I didn't hope for Lu Mian to have the same personality and same gentleness as Klein. He should have his own experiences, and his personality should have both bad and good sides. So I chose *Hunter* and chose a start contaminated by an Outer God.

Up to now, the first part, *Nightmare*, has initially expanded the worldview and displayed some things involving Outer Gods. I've said before that I'm not writing the second part of the *Lord of the Mysteries* series to stir-fry cold rice, but because there are really many sequences that haven't been written in detail, many countries that haven't been specifically described, and many new things that haven't been told yet. And when setting up the Outer God paths, many places made me feel excited and interesting. Moreover, while doing it, I was thinking about how such things would be presented in the Western Continent and under an Eastern-style background.

Alright, back to the topic. Writing *Inevitability* up to now, everyone can see that on the basis of inheriting the *Lord of the Mysteries* framework, it has its own things, its own rhythm, and many new characters. They will interact with a large number of characters from *Lord of the Mysteries* to complete new stories together.

I dare not pat my chest and say I will definitely write it very brilliantly, but I can guarantee that I will put all my energy and passion into my work, because for me, this is also a brand-new challenge.

Always writing the same things makes me bored and causes aesthetic fatigue. I remember I said before that I hope my writing career will always remember eight words: "Never satisfied, always challenging."
