Chapter 1053

Chen Hongfu said: "No matter what, regulations are still regulations. Who will bear the responsibility for illegal operations?"

Tian Xiaopeng smiled and said: "I will bear this responsibility."

Chen Hongfu said: "But if this project is launched without environmental assessment, and in case it causes an environmental disaster and causes adverse effects on the health of the common people in Shangjun County, who can bear this responsibility?"

Speaking of this, Chen Hongfu took out a "Hudong Daily," opened it, and brightened the first article written by Lu Xiaoya: "Everyone should have read this article. Everyone should have some understanding of these environmental disasters in developed countries. It is shocking, comrades!"

No one dared to answer Chen Hongfu's question. For a time, the atmosphere in the conference room was a bit dull. Several deputy county magistrates were smoking with their heads down. The air in the conference room was foul, making people feel a bit breathless.

Who dared to answer such a question? Who dared to say they would be responsible for such things? Now it is the County Magistrate's office meeting. Everyone's speech is recorded and archived. In the future, in case any major environmental accident occurs, once the file is checked, the person who made the decision at that time will be responsible.

Qi Xiaoyan stood up with a charming smile, walked to the window, and opened the window: "You big smokers, smoking non-stop, choking people to death, and not taking care of female comrades."

Office Director Fang Yinqian was originally responsible for the record. The tense atmosphere at the conference table made him not dare to breathe. Seeing Qi Xiaoyan go to open the window, he hurriedly put down his pen and notebook and went up to help.

Qi Xiaoyan's words couldn't help but make several deputy county magistrates blush, and they hurriedly pressed the cigarettes in their hands into the ashtray.

Chen Hongfu said: "County Magistrate Qi, others are smoking, and you also know it is choking people to death. But if this project lands in Shangjun County, without environmental assessment, without environmental protection measures, and waste gas is discharged directly from the chimney, have you considered whether the local common people can bear it?"

The smile on Qi Xiaoyan's face stagnated. She opened two windows and returned to her seat, sitting down with a straight face.

Tian Xiaopeng looked around and asked: "Do other comrades have any opinions?"

During this period, Tian Xiaopeng talked with several deputy county magistrates and carried out some winning-over work respectively. The temptation of this project is indeed relatively large. He hopes that the talks during this period can take effect and let them stand up to support him.

Just a Qi Xiaoyan, the weight is still too light.
