Chapter 1346: Rectifying Overloading

On this day, County Magistrate Ling Anguo came to the office of County Party Secretary Xue Xingyuan to exchange work updates with him.

As soon as Ling Anguo sat down, Xue Xingyuan casually tossed him a cigarette, then lit one for himself and began to smoke. Xue Xingyuan was a heavy smoker, smoking at least two packs a day.

Ling Anguo also took out his lighter, lit his cigarette, and began to smoke.

Xue Xingyuan took a deep drag, and more than half of the cigarette was gone in an instant. He took a deep breath, letting the swirling smoke circulate in his lungs before exhaling. He asked Ling Anguo, "Magistrate, how has the situation been these past few days?"

Ling Anguo knew what Xue Xingyuan was asking about. He said, "These past few days, the mineral water factory in Matou Town has been acquiring land, and the tourism development company's inspection is progressing smoothly. The investors are raising funds, and it is expected that this project will soon enter the substantive negotiation stage. The Matou goat farming in Matou Town has also solved its key technical bottlenecks and will see explosive growth. They are also planning to introduce beef cattle farming, and the prospects are quite good."

Xue Xingyuan took another fierce drag, smoking the cigarette down to the butt. He forcefully stubbed it out in the ashtray and said, "This Su Xinghui really has some ability; it's not all thanks to his father-in-law."

Ling Anguo nodded and said, "Indeed. This comrade has a very clear work approach and a wide range of paths for economic development. One could say he adapts to local conditions. The several industries he chose for us are very suitable for our county; he doesn't just blindly pile up funds, and he is able to directly benefit the common people." ===== CHAPTER 1348 =====
