Chapter 1530

The Party School staff notified that the county leaders and the lecturers of this session would come to hold an opening ceremony at 8:30. There was still more than half an hour, and these students began to whisper excitedly.

The highest-ranking student among these students is Guo Qikai, the mayor of Xiongshan Town. He is a positive section-level cadre and also meets the three standards of being under thirty-five and having a technical secondary school education or above. Besides him, the higher-ranking one is Lu Xianghui, who also meets these three standards.

In addition, among these ninety-six cadres, there are more than ten deputy section-level cadres. Of course, some of them are over thirty-five and under forty, and some have not reached the technical secondary school education. In short, most of these cadres entered the training class after the conditions were relaxed.

Excluding these section-level cadres, the total number of section-level and deputy section-level cadres is about twenty or thirty. Of course, there are also many in them who were selected after the conditions were relaxed. There are less than ten people who fully meet the conditions, including Lu Xiaoya, Wei Pengfei, and Zou Xu. Zou Xu is a section chief in the County Government Office, who accompanied Wei Pengfei and Xiang Tianlu to Matou Town to check the scenic spots of Dafushan.

The rest are young cadres without levels. Their ages are relatively young, mostly in their twenties, and their education is generally relatively high. They are at least high school graduates, and more than half of them have technical secondary school education or above. They are full of vigor, and their faces are full of hope. They are also the hope of Changshan County in the future.

Guo Qikai sat with Lu Xianghui. Guo Qikai asked, "Mayor Lu, I heard that County Magistrate Su is going to give lectures personally this time?"

Lu Xianghui nodded and said, "Yes, this time the Party School invited a professor who teaches economics from the Department of Economics and Management of Jiangcheng University. This professor gives theoretical lectures, and County Magistrate Su gives practical lectures, mainly some of his own insights in his previous work."

Guo Qikai's face was full of excitement, "Then this training class is too beneficial for us. Whether it is theory or practice, we cadres still have great deficiencies, especially County Magistrate Su. I have seen many reports about him in the newspaper, but the reports are not detailed, and County Magistrate Su's real experience cannot be seen. Now listening to his lectures, we will definitely benefit a lot."

Lu Xianghui said, "I have been working with County Magistrate Su for this period of time, and I have benefited a lot. However, County Magistrate Su is too busy, and we don't have much communication. This lecture is also very important to me."
