Chapter 1731

After Fang Qing talked with the station director for a while, she went to see Wang Liu. After all, she was the leader in charge of the television station. An employee of the station had been molested and had almost committed suicide; she had to offer her condolences in person.

Wang Liu was sitting with that older female colleague, who was still comforting her, but she hadn't stopped crying.

Fang Qing and the station director came over together. The station director asked that older female colleague to leave, and he also left Wang Liu's office, pulling the door shut.

Fang Qing asked with a face full of concern, "Wang Liu, what on earth happened?"

Wang Liu was still crying, but in her heart, she felt nothing but contempt for Fang Qing. You're still asking me what happened? Isn't the culprit you? How can there be such a shameless person in the world?

Fang Qing naturally didn't know that her true face had been completely seen through by Wang Liu. Seeing Wang Liu just crying and not speaking, she urged again, "Wang Liu, stop crying. Tell Sister Fang what happened, and Sister Fang will definitely seek justice for you."

After today's events, Wang Liu seemed to have changed into a different person all at once. Perhaps women are born good actors. At this moment, her acting skills erupted, and she cried loudly, "Sister Fang, I don't want to live anymore!"

Fang Qing said, "Were you bullied by him?"

Wang Liu shook her head and said, "No, but when a woman encounters such a thing, she can't explain it clearly even with a mouth full of words!"

Fang Qing didn't actually care whether she had been bullied or not. She asked, "Isn't that Director Jiang the head of the city's investigation team? What kind of situation did he come to find you to understand?"

Wang Liu cried and said, "What kind of situation did he understand? As soon as he came in, he intimidated me, saying I had very serious economic problems and that he had mastered the evidence. He said I was going to jail, and if I listened to him, I wouldn't have to go to jail. Then he started getting handsy and took off his trousers. I got anxious and struggled desperately, and he hit me. I don't know how I kneed him, and he fell down. That's how it happened. County Magistrate Fang, you must make the decision for me!"

Fang Qing was a bit strange. Hadn't she revealed the affair between Wang Liu and Su Xinghui to Jiang Zhongping? Why didn't he ask about that? Why did he go ask about economic problems? Isn't this brain-damaged?

Fang Qing didn't suspect that Wang Liu was lying. Jiang Zhongping taking off his trousers was a fact everyone saw; he must have intended to molest Wang Liu. But this wasn't strange either; Wang Liu was indeed too beautiful.

Fang Qing understood Wang Liu's personality; she was a gentle woman. She wasn't the type of person who would lie, let alone direct such a big setup. It was impossible for her to be that sharp-tongued, and everything she said was reasonable.

Fang Qing was just annoyed at Jiang Zhongping—he was useless and only caused trouble!

Fang Qing asked tentatively, "Wang Liu, did Director Jiang only ask you about some economic problems? Didn't he ask about anything else?"
