Chapter 1748

After pondering for a moment, Shi Ronghuai said, "Secretary, didn't the county hold a training class for young cadres last year? I think this year's cadre adjustment is a good opportunity to promote these young cadres who participated in the training class. This is my opinion; please consider it, Secretary."

Ling Anguo nodded and looked at Su Xinghui.

Su Xinghui said, "For the position of Transportation Bureau Director, I think it is better to let Comrade An Dachang make a recommendation. He is more familiar with the internal situation of the Transportation Bureau, and he knows better than we do who is suitable to be this director. The work of the Transportation Bureau has strong professionalism, so it is more suitable to promote from within the Transportation Bureau."

Ling Anguo and Shi Ronghuai both nodded. Su Xinghui's words made a lot of sense. The position of Transportation Bureau Director was indeed a highly professional position. In order to continue the good momentum of Changshan County's transportation work, it was indeed necessary to promote someone more professional.

Su Xinghui continued, "For the position of Xiongshan Town Mayor, I recommend Comrade Lü Xianghui. Comrade Lü Xianghui was the deputy mayor in charge of the economy in Matou Town. Over the past year, he has performed excellently in this position, which everyone has seen. Therefore, I think he is quite suitable."

This candidate was indeed very suitable, and Lü Xianghui had also won the title of outstanding student in the training class, which also met Shi Ronghuai's proposal, so neither of them had any objections.

Su Xinghui added, "As for the position of County Government Office Director, please let County Magistrate Shi recommend a candidate. I think that would be more appropriate."
