Chapter 2032

For this child Xia Song, Su Xinghui was still quite satisfied. He grew up in a poor family since he was a child and knew the suffering of the people. And he could be admitted to Jiangcheng University, which proved that his IQ was also very high. Learning in a key university like Jiangcheng University for three and a half years trained his thinking ability and learning ability. As long as he followed him to run more, Xia Song's growth should be very fast.

Xia Song also carried a notebook with him. No matter where he went, he liked to write down some things. This was a very good habit.

Although Chongjin County's geographical environment was similar to Shangjun County, due to the existence of this large lake, Yanglan Lake, the differences in customs and feelings from Shangjun County were relatively obvious. Xia Song arrived at the lakeside and watched with great relish, especially the large groups of migratory birds, which lived on the beach by the lake, just like a cloud, which made him feel in awe after seeing it.

Su Xinghui told him about the scene he saw when he first arrived in Chongjin County. Xia Song heard that some people set up nets to catch birds, and he was also filled with righteous indignation. However, he also understood that some of these people must have lived too bitterly, so they had to catch birds to make money.

On this point, Xia Song was completely different from some young people who didn't know the suffering of the people. Some people's mentality was "why not eat meat porridge," but Xia Song knew some deep-seated reasons for the common people to catch birds.

After all, Xia Song was also a person who set traps to catch wild animals at home since he was a child. At that time, catching a pheasant or a wild rabbit could make the whole family happy for several days.

Su Xinghui then asked: "If it were you, how would you solve this problem?"

Xia Song then pondered. After pondering for a long time, he said: "Strengthening patrols at ordinary times and increasing the crackdown on bird catchers are certainly necessary. But to solve this problem from the root, we need to increase the income of the common people, let them not worry about food and clothing, and they will naturally not catch birds. Just like our Meng Hu Ling, now no one hunts there anymore."

Yes, hunting is both dangerous and illegal. The common people in Meng Hu Ling now have more ways to make money, and their lives are getting more and more prosperous day by day. Why take this risk?

Su Xinghui nodded appreciatively and said: "Xia Song, this method of yours is very good. Let the common people have things to do, let them have income, and strengthen patrol intensity and increase crackdown intensity. This can be considered a two-pronged approach, which can solve this problem from the root."

Xia Song looked at the common people who were busy on the lake embankment construction site and said: "They are the local common people, right?"
