On the third day of the Lunar New Year, Su Xinghui drove with Yu Gaoshan to Jiangcheng early in the morning. They first arrived at Jiangcheng University to pay their respects to Professor Qin.

Both of Professor Qin's elderly couple were at home. Their children had returned to have a New Year's meal and had all gone off to be busy, so they weren't at home.
