Chapter 2256

However, he was still a little unsure, so he asked again, "Senior sister, then how much should County Magistrate Su's role be deleted? I really can't be sure."

Feng Lan said, "How to modify it specifically, you'd better go directly to ask County Magistrate Su. County Magistrate Su is a top student in the Chinese Department of Jiangcheng University. If he gives you some suggestions, you will definitely benefit."

He Zongxin suddenly realized. He nodded and said, "Fine, senior sister, then I will go to ask County Magistrate Su. Thank you."

Since this matter is directly related to Su Xinghui, it is natural to ask Su Xinghui directly. Otherwise, He Zongxin would be working behind closed doors, and he would not know how many drafts he would have to change to satisfy Su Xinghui.

He Zongxin went to see Su Xinghui. This time he did not go with Feng Lan. First, after several contacts, he was already relatively familiar with Su Xinghui. Second, it was more convenient for two people to talk about such things alone.

Su Xinghui met He Zongxin in his office. He Zongxin's first sentence was to admit his mistake to Su Xinghui: "County Magistrate Su, this matter was my lack of consideration. I will change this play, I must change it well!"

Su Xinghui knew that He Zongxin already understood his meaning. He smiled and nodded and said, "Okay, Head He, you are really a very talented person. Your play is actually written very well, but it is a bit inappropriate at this time. I have wronged you."

He Zongxin hurriedly shook his head and said, "County Magistrate Su, I am not wronged. However, how should this play be changed? I want to hear your opinion. You are a top student in the Chinese Department of Jiangcheng University. Your culture is much higher than mine. Your opinion must be very pertinent and will definitely give me great inspiration."

Su Xinghui said, "I don't dare to be. Although I graduated from the Chinese Department, I am not very familiar with opera, and I am even more unfamiliar with this tea-picking opera, so I dare not say what opinions I can give you."

He Zongxin said, "County Magistrate Su, don't be humble. You can definitely give me good opinions."

Su Xinghui then pondered. After a long time, he said to He Zongxin, "Head He, your script needs to be greatly changed. The most important thing is to increase the roles of more actors, especially in the flood control and disaster relief part. This plot is very educational. You should shape a group of characters. The role of County Magistrate Lin should be deleted by at least 80%."

He Zongxin was anxious as soon as he heard it: "County Magistrate Su, if the role of this character is deleted by more than 80%, can it still be called a protagonist? Then his role is about the same as an ordinary character, and not even as good as my master's."

Su Xinghui said, "Yes, that's it. I think the part of your master's plot is very wonderful, and his role can be increased a bit. This will definitely have a very good effect on this play."

He Zongxin said, "But, County Magistrate Su, I am very satisfied with those roles of County Magistrate Lin. I think this is the best plot I have written in these years. If it is deleted, is it too pity? Can it be deleted less?"

Su Xinghui shook his head and said, "No, it must be deleted. Such a play should be a group image play, and there should not be too obvious protagonists. The protagonist of flood control and disaster relief should be the people, not one person. So, Head He, I hope you can describe the people more. Such art is the art with vitality!"

Although He Zongxin knew the reason why Su Xinghui asked him to change the play, at this moment he was still moved. He heard sincerity in Su Xinghui's words, and heard Su Xinghui's feelings for the people. This is a good cadre who truly serves the people!

He Zongxin said seriously, "County Magistrate Su, I listen to you. I will definitely try my best to change this play well and let you see the second rehearsal as soon as possible."

Su Xinghui smiled and said, "Head He, I am very optimistic about you. You will definitely be able to change and perform this play well. I think your play can participate in the selection of next year's Plum Blossom Prize for Chinese Theatre. Maybe our Chongjin County can also produce a winner of the Plum Blossom Prize."

He Zongxin was excited. Although he also had the ambition to win the Plum Blossom Prize, these words came from Su Xinghui, and the weight was different. Su Xinghui's recognition made his confidence explode. He nodded hard and said, "County Magistrate Su, just watch, I will definitely work hard!"

Even if He Zongxin had the ambition to win the Plum Blossom Prize, he did not dare to boast that he would definitely win the Plum Blossom Prize. This Plum Blossom Prize is the highest award for Chinese opera. The competition every year is unknown how fierce it is. Although he is very confident in his basic skills, to win the Plum Blossom Prize, sometimes it is not just a matter of strength, but also depends on some luck.

However, if he could really win the Plum Blossom Prize, He Zongxin felt that he would die without regret. The Plum Blossom Prize is the highest honor for these opera actors, and it is also He Zongxin's lifelong pursuit.

He Zongxin is currently at the golden age of an opera actor. At this time, he has both energy and experience, and his skills have reached a peak. It is the time to achieve results. So, he wants to use this play to impact the Plum Blossom Prize well.

He Zongxin intends to polish this play well according to Su Xinghui's ideas. In fact, a group image play can also be wonderful. He is very confident in performing the modified play well.

Su Xinghui said, "Fine, Head He, go change the play, I am very optimistic about you."

He Zongxin left excitedly. Looking at his back, Su Xinghui nodded slightly. From that day's rehearsal, Su Xinghui indeed saw He Zongxin's strength and potential. With his ability, if there is a good play, he is very likely to impact the Plum Blossom Prize.

If Chongjin County can produce a Plum Blossom Prize winner, it will be a huge honor. This is also a huge achievement for the cultural undertakings of Chongjin County, and it also has great significance for revitalizing the cultural undertakings of Chongjin County.
