Chapter 2354

Lu Yecheng was wearing the clothes that farmers often wear today, and the shoes on his feet were liberation shoes. He played the farmer so vividly that if Su Xinghui hadn't already known that this was a police officer catching pickpockets, he really wouldn't have recognized him.

Speaking of which, catching pickpockets is also a high-risk profession, and it is easy to be recognized by habitual offenders. Therefore, to be good at catching pickpockets, one must be a good actor so that thieves cannot recognize them. In this regard, Lu Yecheng is quite talented.

The thief was firmly controlled by Lu Yecheng and could not move. Lu Yecheng asked everyone to move aside, and he escorted the thief toward the end of the street.

Su Xinghui led Du Changfeng and his group to the side of the street, clearing a path for Lu Yecheng. However, Lu Yecheng swept his eyes and saw Su Xinghui. Of course, he recognized Su Xinghui. He was stunned for a moment, and just as he was about to call out "Secretary Su," Su Xinghui smiled and waved his hand at him gently.

Lu Yecheng was quite clever. He knew that Su Xinghui did not want everyone to know his identity. Today, Su Xinghui and the others were dressed very plainly, all in ordinary casual clothes, not wearing very formal suits or Zhongshan suits, so at first glance, one could not tell they were cadres.

If Lu Yecheng had exposed Su Xinghui's identity here, it is estimated that it would have been surrounded by a sea of people, blocked tightly.

Lu Yecheng also nodded slightly to Su Xinghui and escorted the thief toward the end of the street. A hundred meters away from the street corner was a police station.

Su Xinghui said to Du Changfeng, "Lu Yecheng is really a master at catching pickpockets. This is the second time I have seen him successfully catch a pickpocket with my own eyes."

Du Changfeng nodded and said, "Yes, I have also heard of his great name."

Su Xinghui asked, "It seems there are quite a few pickpockets on this street."

Du Changfeng said, "There are so many people here, and it's a mixed bag, so there must be many pickpockets. Especially since the nearby enterprises have basically gone bankrupt, many young people have lost their jobs. Some have found jobs in the Economic Development Zone, but there are also some people who are lazy and hate work, so they have embarked on an evil path."

Su Xinghui said, "This cannot go on. We must do a good job in this area as soon as possible. It cannot continue like this. If it continues like this, sooner or later, something big will happen."
