Chapter 2378

Zhang Xingguo himself was also scared. After the hot blood just now calmed down, he realized what a terrible thing he had done. He actually dared to push the County Party Secretary. This County Party Secretary was a person who could decide his fate in minutes!

Although Zhang Xingguo was one of the lowest-level people in the system, he had also heard some legends about Su Xinghui. Even the Provincial Party Secretary didn't get any good from him. What was Zhang Xingguo?

Zhang Xingguo stammered and apologized to Su Xinghui: "Secretary Su, I'm sorry!"

Su Xinghui smiled slightly and said to the several Sports Commission leaders: "Playing ball, it's normal to have such things. You are all up here, how can we play the game? Hurry up, blow the whistle as it should be blown, we still have to play the game. By the way, don't allow him to be replaced, he plays ball quite well."

The leaders of the Sports Commission had already had the idea of replacing Zhang Xingguo, but since Su Xinghui said so, how dare they replace him? They could only signal Zhang Xingguo with their eyes, telling him not to commit stupidity again.

The referee blew a foul on Zhang Xingguo for violating sportsmanship. The County Party Committee representative team had two free throws and one ball possession. Su Xinghui steadily made two free throws, then received the pass from his teammate, and missed an outside jump shot. The first half ended, and the County Party Committee representative team led 29 to 12.

After the second half started, Zhang Xingguo was not replaced. However, because he pushed Su Xinghui, every time he got the ball, the audience booed. How high was Su Xinghui's prestige in Chongjin County? Zhang Xingguo actually did such a thing. It was good that no one went up to hit him.

Plus Zhang Xingguo himself was also afraid, so his state was confused, frequent mistakes, and his shooting was basically not on track. Later, he simply didn't take the ball to attack.

In fact, this was still good news for the Sports Commission team. The other four people in the Sports Commission were also very strong, much stronger than the other four in the County Party Committee. In the first half, Zhang Xingguo had been fighting with Su Xinghui, so their strength had no chance to be exerted. Now they could exert their strength to their heart's content.

Now the County Party Committee team was leading by a large score, so they didn't have any idea of letting them win, just trying to play the ball well.

As a result, both sides went back and forth, playing very fiercely and wonderfully. The County Party Committee team took Su Xinghui as the main offensive point. Su Xinghui had good physical fitness and supporting such a game was a piece of cake. His offensive success rate was still very high, while the other four in the Sports Commission played very flexibly in tactics. They exerted their strength advantages, and their offense was also much better than in the first half.

Although Zhang Xingguo didn't participate much in the offense, as the game progressed, his mood slowly calmed down, and Su Xinghui's attitude towards him was quite good, so his performance slowly returned to normal. His 1.91-meter height standing under the basket was a restriction on the County Party Committee team's offense. In the offense, he could also become a transfer point, so he also exerted his role.

In the end, when the whole game ended, the score between the two sides was fixed at 53 to 46. The County Party Committee team defeated the opponent by seven points. However, in the second half, the Sports Commission team chased back ten points in one breath. If the time was longer, maybe they could reverse it.

In any case, the County Party Committee team won the final championship, and everyone saw the process of this final. Su Xinghui indeed played very well. He scored more than thirty points alone in the whole game, grabbed more than ten rebounds, and had several assists. It was his outstanding performance that laid the foundation for the victory of the County Party Committee team.

The Sports Commission team also had no obvious traces of letting them win in the game. On the contrary, Zhang Xingguo played very seriously and was anxious, but he didn't win.

So the onlookers cheered loudly, congratulating the County Party Committee representative team on winning the championship. Lu Xiaoya also held Niuniu and stood on the sidelines. She taught Niuniu to shout: "Dad is great!"

Su Xinghui also heard Niuniu's shouting. He smiled and waved to his son, then led the team members to go up to receive the championship trophy of this competition, as well as several individual awards such as his personal Most Valuable Player award and Scoring King award.

Su Xinghui himself was very clear. In this competition, they encountered weak opponents all the way, and the strong teams were almost cleared by the Sports Commission team, so this championship of theirs actually had moisture. Of course, he wouldn't say this.

In his speech after the game, Su Xinghui encouraged the comrades of the County Sports Commission, saying that this was a successful competition and it was held very well, which made the leaders of the Sports Commission beaming with joy.

The basketball tournament was won by the County Party Committee representative team. In the soccer tournament and badminton tournament, the Sports Commission team exerted their advantages and swept these two championships, which was also a very normal thing. There were several players on their team who had retired from professional teams in the province. Compared with them, amateur players were still too far behind.

In short, this National Day ball game tournament was still a very successful competition, setting off a craze for physical exercise in Chongjin County. After the competition, many people played ball and exercised here every day, and the ball court on the basement floor of the county government office building was also full every day after work, and many people played ball and exercised here.

Looking at such a craze for exercise, Su Xinghui was still very happy. Such a craze was much better than the craze for playing mahjong, representing a high-spirited spirit in Chongjin County.
