Chapter 2457: Lu Guojun

Qi Canghai nodded: "Fine, Young Master Yu, sit here for a while, I'll go talk to them."

Qi Canghai went out. Yu Ruizhi said to Su Xinghui, "This guy, he has really changed so much that I can't even recognize him."

It turned out that Qi Canghai's father had once been a bodyguard for Elder Yu before liberation, and after liberation, he had always been a subordinate of Elder Yu. Qi Canghai later joined the army, and after transferring to civilian work, he entered the public security system. Under the protection of Elder Yu, his official career had been quite smooth, and now he had become a deputy bureau chief of the public security bureau of the provincial capital.

Qi Canghai was a few years older than Yu Ruizhi. When Yu Ruizhi was a child, Qi Canghai often took Yu Ruizhi to play together. When Yu Ruizhi fought with others, Qi Canghai was a good helper. At that time, Qi Canghai fought very fiercely, and fighting one against two or even three was a common occurrence.

Therefore, Yu Ruizhi's relationship with Qi Canghai had always been quite good. It's just that in recent years, Qi Canghai came to Yanbei Province, and the two had much less contact.

Today, on the way to the police station, Yu Ruizhi called Qi Canghai, saying he had arrived in Yanzhong City and was going to the Jiefang Road Police Station, asking Qi Canghai to come over if he had time.

Summoned by Yu Ruizhi, Qi Canghai naturally came quickly. He was the only acquaintance Yu Ruizhi had in the public security system of Yanzhong City. Yu Ruizhi had originally placed high hopes on him, but he didn't expect Qi Canghai to become so cowardly, completely lacking his original fierceness and sharpness.

Yu Ruizhi shook his head and sighed: "Sigh, he has disappointed me too much. He has changed so much that it's as if I don't know him at all, completely becoming another person, cowardly and slippery. If I had known, I wouldn't have called him over." ===== CHAPTER 2459 =====
