Chapter 2551

Su Xinghui nodded and said, "Thank you, Premier!"

Premier Nan said, "Alright, then you go back and prepare first. You can still rest at home for a few days. After a few days, the appointment will come down."

During these days of rest, Su Xinghui was not idle. Together with Yu Ruizhi, he ran to many furniture factories in the capital. These furniture factories all had that kind of hardwood timber with a long history. Su Xinghui wanted to find some suitable wood in these furniture factories to repair the old furniture in his home.

While looking for wood, Su Xinghui also learned some skills in these furniture factories, such as the skills of making parts, and the skills of making bracelets.

When Su Xinghui was young, he was actually no stranger to carpentry. When he was young, at his aunt's house, his uncle Yu Maode made the furniture in his home himself. Tables, chairs, cabinets, etc., were all made by himself.

In fact, in the countryside, many families made their own furniture, and almost every family had carpentry tools such as planes, saws, and ink markers. The difference was just the quality of the craftsmanship.

And Yu Maode's carpentry skills were quite remarkable. He had kung fu, his hands were very steady, and steady hands were the greatest advantage of a carpenter.

When Su Xinghui was young at Yu Maode's house, Yu Maode often made him some toys with wood, such as wooden pistols, small chairs, small stools, etc., and Su Xinghui also learned a lot.

Making these small toys required very fine work, and even more required steady hands. Su Xinghui lacked neither of these two, so he had done these things. Now he just had to pick them up again.

He chatted very well with those carpenters in the furniture factories, and from them, he also learned a lot of skills in making furniture parts. ===== CHAPTER 2553 =====
