Chapter 2653: You did well

In the next few days, Su Xinghui went to work as usual. Chu Zheng asked someone to investigate the process of Shen Zhongtian taking that piece of land. Sure enough, there were tricks in his taking of this land. He took this piece of land on behalf of the Fuqiang Real Estate Development Company and signed an agreement with the relevant departments, taking down this piece of land at a price much lower than the market price.

Afterwards, he went through the green light all the way to obtain the land planning permit, construction planning permit, demolition permit, and other relevant certificates. All these processes were not carried out according to regular procedures and were the result of black-box operations by relevant departments.

This is also very normal. With Shen Zhongtian's status, he went to these departments to handle these procedures, would they dare to make things difficult for him? Besides, the real estate industry in this era is already very chaotic and not standardized at all. There is no mandatory bidding, auction, or listing, so there are too many such black-box operations, and it is too easy.

Such things are originally "the people don't report, the officials don't investigate." If no one reports, are the government departments full and have nothing to do but investigate themselves?

Even if the people reported it, no one had the ability to investigate the relevant government departments. Therefore, such things happened repeatedly, and no one had ever heard of any investigation or punishment. Shen Zhongtian had the background of the Shen family, and no one dared to investigate him even more.

But this time it was different. The one investigating this matter was a red third generation of the same level as Shen Zhongtian. Naturally, it didn't take much effort to investigate it. Soon Chu Zheng obtained all the evidence and handed it to Yu Ruizhi. Yu Ruizhi handed the evidence to Gu Shanmin according to what was agreed in advance.

On this day, Premier Nan summoned Su Xinghui to his office again. For a cadre of Su Xinghui's level, except for the staff in Premier Nan's own office, no second person could see Premier Nan so frequently. This kind of special treatment was enough to make people envious.

Arriving at Premier Nan's office, the two research reports were placed on Premier Nan's desk. He made a gesture for Su Xinghui to sit down, and a staff member poured tea for Su Xinghui and then went out.

Premier Nan's face had both joy and worry, which made Su Xinghui a bit uneasy. Did his report give Premier Nan great pressure again?

Premier Nan first picked up the research report on the reform of state-owned enterprises in Hujiang City, "Is the situation on this investigated by you?"

Su Xinghui said, "The director of the Economic System Division, Comrade Xing Guodong, and I each led a group to conduct in-depth investigations into many state-owned enterprises. In addition to listening to the reports of these state-owned enterprise leaders, we also widely visited enterprise employees, including middle-level cadres, frontline workers, and laid-off workers. Therefore, the investigation conclusions should be relatively objective."

Premier Nan nodded slowly, "I have always been very concerned about the reform of state-owned enterprises in Hujiang City. Judging from your research report, their reform has achievements, and the achievements are great, but there are also problems, and the problems are not small!"

Su Xinghui listened quietly without answering.

Premier Nan said, "Especially the loss of state-owned assets and the problem of laid-off workers, it is shocking to see!"

Su Xinghui said, "Premier, there are too many state-owned enterprises in Hujiang City, and the situation is too complex. This is also unavoidable, and the Hujiang Municipal Government cannot take care of everything."

Premier Nan actually knew this, but he couldn't be numb to these things no matter what. In his heart, he always had fiery passion like a young man, and he couldn't help but feel indignant when he saw these. ===== CHAPTER 2655 =====
