Chapter 2746

After they went out, Yu Ruizhi asked, "Who are these two?"

Su Xinghui said to the waiter, "You go out first. You don't need to serve here."

The waiter bowed to him and then went out. Su Xinghui then said, "Brother Yu, these are just two nouveau riche. They made their money from mining. There are many mines in Baozhou."

Yu Ruizhi nodded, "Hmm, I understand. Mining is quite profitable now."

Su Xinghui said, "Yes, this Zhang Dacheng is said to have assets of over 100 million, and this Li Shuangli is probably about the same."

Chu Zheng smiled, "I heard that Baozhou's economy is not very good, but these nouveau riche are really rich."

Su Xinghui said, "This economy is not necessarily directly proportional to the personal assets of the nouveau riche. Haven't you heard this saying? 'Poor temple, rich abbot.' This is also a distorted way of economic development!"

For a resource-based city like Baozhou, its resources only enriched a few people. Most ordinary people not only didn't enjoy the benefits brought by the resources but also had to endure the environmental pollution brought by mining these resources, and their own lives didn't improve.

However, such resource-based cities are very easy to create sudden wealth. For example, in jin weight Province, where there is the most and best quality coal, the wealth of the rich there is unbelievable to hear about.

There are many jokes saying that the motorcades of the coal bosses there are composed of dozens of luxury cars. Once, when a boss went out, dozens of identical Hummers formed his motorcade, making people look sideways.
