Chapter 2782

There was also some deep tap water, which after heavy filtration, the water quality still met the standard, so deep wells should be dug, and the water in these deep wells could still be taken.

In addition, for these polluted areas, Su Xinghui was also planning to install tap water for them. These polluted areas were basically in the mountains. Because of the limitations of the terrain, basically no tap water was installed. Of course, installing tap water in such places was also a huge expense, which could not be completed in a short time. Su Xinghui could only think about it now.

Su Xinghui also let the testing department test the soil in the polluted area. Soil pollution was mainly heavy metal pollution, especially mercury. In the process of extracting gold and silver, mercury was a commonly used extraction agent, and the mercury after extraction, as long as the supervision was not strict, it was easy to cause pollution to the soil.

Mercury permeated into the soil, which would make the soil heavy metalized. Planting crops on such soil would cause mercury enrichment. Eating such crops would cause huge damage to the human body, producing all kinds of diseases, such as kidney disease, liver disease, blindness, etc.

After testing these lands, it was confirmed that the soil with high mercury content could no longer be used to plant crops, and very special means must be used to restore and govern. It was estimated that it would take a long time and huge manpower and material resources to restore these plots.

And some plots with serious pollution were afraid that they would never be restored, unless all the soil here was replaced.

Thinking of this, Su Xinghui was full of suppressed anger. These people, for their own selfish interests, polluted the environment, caused indelible damage to the common people, and also caused huge losses to the country. It was really unforgivable!

Now Su Xinghui had just arrived in Baozhou City and had not yet established his own foundation, so he could not let these people get the punishment they deserved for the time being. But Su Xinghui made up his mind that one day, he would make these people pay the price they deserved. ===== CHAPTER 2784 =====
